You literally cannot beat their customer service here. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We have our wedding registry here and they make exchanges and returns so easy. They have been able to solve any of our issues and are always trying to do what they can to assist us. Also, they always have coupons which is a plus.

I had a great time going back in the store. Because of the virus I have not been able too go out because I am a high risk. I have a service dog now and everyone was very helpful and respected my dog . I got the items that I wanted and the cashier was very kind.

I like the clearance items! For the most part customer service is Good!

Always an interesting display store and Id love to support my local store but the prices are 2-3xs as much as Amazon and other local stores for the same merchandise. Sorry, cant buy here.

Went to Traverse City store yesterday.... I want to give a huge shout out to the employees that were there!! They were the most welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind people ever!! So, if your feeling down, take a trip to this Michigan store for a little pick me up!! Also the store is nice, clean and organized!!

During these times, everybody is very helpful and kind. Whenever a customer needs to find something, they’re right there to help.

You never truly understand the meaning of “beyond” in the name until you come across Alanna! We were finishing up some Christmas shopping and decided to spoil ourselves a little bit. We came across a blender that we have been dying to have in our home - and she helped us pick out the right fit! Unfortunately the shelf was empty for this specific item (that’s how great it is) and she ordered it online for it to be sent to our door without even leaving the section at no extra cost! Just a couple days wait time! Her coworker, Skylar, and her had this process done in no time! I was also in the market for a specific mug that I had seen on a Facebook ad- and Alanna to the rescue again! Had she not known her product placing so well, I’d still be searching for it! Thanks again, Alanna and Skylar for being the “beyond” in our bed bath and beyond experience!

I cant wear a mask and felt I was spoken to initially disrespectfully and told I had to leave as opposed to being invited to make use of their online curbside service. When I did use the online service it all worked out well. I was able to choose from their wedding registry, order and pick up in a very timely fashion.

Didnt have towels I needed...but got great deals on my candle wax pods!

Im giving 5 Stars because Eugene gives a Five Star Red Carpet Customer Service. Very frustrated with the advertising of merchandise that is not in stock (3 stars) I think that during Covid advertising store merchandise should be VERY limited. BUT! Eugene goes out of his way to bring customer satisfaction which means a big smile when you leave AND encouraged to return. Thank you Eugene for going the extra mile!

This Company is going under! Its been two months and they have not gave me a credit for my return. Ive spent countless hours waiting for a chat rep. Ive been on the phone with customer support twice to report. If they escalate the call, they will eventually hang-up on you.

Products and selection is good. Customer service not. Both ladies, old one at checkout and a curly strawberry haired one were both short and snarky. I got three lawn chairs but they werent too happy to help me retrieve them or help me load them. When I called back because one didnt get loaded the woman hung up on me after I left my name so I could pick it back up the next day. Didnt have the chance to spell my name or leave my number. Sometimes staff is nice and helpful and sometimes not.

Nice clean store. Attentive and helpful staff. My family and I found some harder to find kitchen tools as well as a mini waffle maker. The maker is a gift, but I look forward to seeing it in action 😁. BB&B seems to hold all of their stores to a high standard. I have seen these standards in every store I have visited. I will return.

I purchased a new to them 8 quart instant pot here plus several other items. The younger lady cashier was SO helpful with my stack of coupons I brought in. Plus an older gentleman described general use of instant pot to me. They were very helpful & as a single mom it was much appreciated! I enjoy shopping here!

Very disappointed the new policies, I brought a Lounge chair a little over 30 days return and cant anymore. You could always return with with recite.so very disappointed they changed. My shopping days there has ended. Even dont do 20% coupons anymore. Was a great store really changed.

We came here to buy some pillows. We liked the pillow selection and found some quality pillows for a good price.

Usually, you can get most of the kitchen items you are looking for. I do think that the store needs an expansion and an upgrade, as it seems a bit dim in there which doesnt make it very inviting. Generally, I go in there if I cannot find what I need anywhere else.

Customer service was not good! The one employee was following me around like I was going to take the items I had without paying for them! That was supper uncomfortable and really rude. I bought my items and left. If I need something from this store again I’m just going to order it online...
