If you have any sort of timeline to stick to, like coordinating a project across multiple shops, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Extremely poor communication.Dropped a hood of for repair with a specific deadline. Received no updates, when I inquired status at the midpoint of my deadline, I found it had not been started at all, and if that was a problem to come get it.Customer Service?Disappointed to say the least.Here is a picture of my hood going back on the fully rebuilt car, un-finished thanks to Hastings Street.

They helped make the process so easy getting my repair made while working with my insurance company. So happy with the quality of work my car looks great again! Couldnt be happier. They were recommended to me and I will surely recommend them to anyone.

Walt is the best. I have had 5 different cars taken care by Walt and I have referred a number of friends to him as well. He does first rate work at a fair price. The best thing about the shop is that they are perfectionists which is what you want in a body shop. They also have the best paint guy in the region. He can match any color and his blending skills are the best I have ever seen

Walt & staff will take care of your car! They work with any insurance company; offer a rental car in many cases (not some crappy vehicle that sits out back, but a Hertz rental car). Come by just for a visit to the lobby.... Walts a collector of TC street signs and miniature replica cars. Plus you HAVE to see the couch!
