The worse detailed service I have had. At first sight my car looked ok but when I looked at the DETAILS thats where I realized I had just paid $120 for a glorified vacuuming and shine. Honestly I could have done the same job at home myself. They didnt remove the stains from my seat or the sticky stuff on the console. Note I can remove the sticky stuff with my fingernails if I had the time and Im pretty sure any foaming scrub from the auto parts will remove the stains. Why then this guys who are supposed to be professionals at what they do couldnt????The trunk cover wasnt scrubbed all the way and under it its still dirty.We had two more vehicles in line for detailing but Im not willing to give them a second chance. I doubt they know what they are doing.

Amazing service team, very professional, timely and always well priced. Ive had interior and exterior cleanings down to trim installation and repair and window tint done here. Its the only place in town that I would go to for that over and over again. Theyre the best in the game.

My car was a mess. It was filthy when I bought it, and then Covid hit and I couldnt get it cleaned. After spending most of the summer using it as a utility vehicle, I needed help. Love My Car did a fabulous job cleaning my car and buffing the headlights. Unfortunately, during the process, the latch on the console was broken, and over two weeks later, Im still waiting for them to get the part and fix the console. Every time I stop, go, or turn, the console flies open.

Would not recommend. Beware

Had the worst experience here, My significant other took her Nissan Pathfinder to get detailed here and purchased the most expensive package. By the end of it when we went to pick it up and look at it the right side mirror had scrapes from the buffer!!! The front bumper had wax on it still and you can still see the wax there its been 3 days?! Do not go here!!! Ignore these good reviews because they are wrong!!! And also they did all of the cup holders and miscellaneous holders in the front and back but not in the trunk where the 3rd row is there was still grime and gunk from before we took the car there!!@

Great customer service, even when not making a new. They installed an automatic car starter for me over 10 years ago and it still works great. Whenever I need to reset it and have forgotten how to, I call and they kindly tell me the steps. I also lost a part to my remotes and they said theyd look to see if they have any spare parts for me. I always have to call, as I now live in Oregon. Very helpful and friendly!!!

Did a great job cleaning my wifes Tiguan. If you want a quote though give them a call dont email from their site. I think their email is broken as I never receive an email response. I will definitely return here for future service.

I had to bring my vehicle back to this place so it could be cleaned again. When I got home, there are multiple areas that were not cleaned. I have always had good work done here I the past, but not this time. Vary disappointing

I accidentally dropped my car off at another (the wrong) detailing place in Traverse City, and the team of Love Your Car and Truck actually offered to go and retrieve it for me! Wow. I took my husbands car to them as a surprise for his birthday after seeing the work they did on our sons Jeep last month. The level of cleaning was amazing. Both my husband and I agreed the price paid for the work provided was beyond exceptional (and were both picky). The staff are very professional. Call ahead as they are busy, but I am very happy with their service and would/will suggest them to anyone looking for this service.

Stopped in during my lunch to get a quote & set up an appointment to get a spot cleaned. They got me right in, were super friendly, & did an excellent job with the cleaning. Thank-you! Will recommend & use you in the future.

Let me preface this review by saying that my vehicle was DISGUSTING. I have a four and seven year old and it had not been properly cleaned since they were babies. (Think yogurt spills, ground in goldfish crackers, chewed gum.) Not only did they do a spectacular job detailing the endless stickiness of my interior, but I had forgotten the carseats in the car when i dropped it off....and they cleaned those to perfection as well!!! Highly recommend. Thank you, Love You Car and Truck, for the fantastic job!

I wanted to share a very positive experience in which this company went above and beyond to really take care of their customers.We brought in two cars to be detailed (which was done beautifully). Afterwards we discovered a problem that seemed to have happened accidentally while in the care of the LYC&T which required the dealer to fix. We brought the dealer’s bill to the owner afterwards and after a very polite discussion of different views they handled the issue for us in full. I recognize that they didn’t have to do this, and they might not even have believed the problem occurred under their care, but they stood by their work and their name and wanted us to feel they did the right thing.This is the kind of small town, we-all-live-together care that makes local business work! Accidents happen, and we’ve all had big-chains point to some fine print and wash their hands of a situation. This is a company run by TC people for TC people and we should be grateful that 1) they do fantastic work and 2) they have such high standards for themselves and customer interaction.Bravo!

I would honestly never recommend them for anything. My dad got me remote start as a gift for Christmas. He purchased it well before Christmas and I opened it up a little before. When I called to get it installed they were closed until after the new year. Okay no big deal. Well then I call and I’m told their installer up and left so they have no one. He told me any trainers were at a show the following week but that he was hoping to have information and he would call me. Never once received a call so I again called them. Still didn’t have anyone yet but he offered me a refund. I gave it a little more time before calling a 3rd time to see if they finally had someone. Still no. So I finally opted to get the refund. My dad went in for it and was told they finally have someone to install. I wish he’d just taken the money. He’s told there’s two days at the beginning of the next week open and for me to call. So I do and talk to some terribly rude employee who said there’s absolutely nothing until the following Friday. Then seemed shocked that I would be at work at 9:30 on a Friday, but with annoyed tone let me know I could drop it off Thursday night. When we dropped off my car I was told I’d get a call when everything was done. Never received a call but we showed up anyways and my car was ready. I was told I was called and a message left, but I never received either. My remote start only works if I’m about 5 or 6 cars away which sure defeats the purpose when I’m at work. And it often takes 15 seconds or longer to even start. Apparently all of this is normal but it was never anything mentioned to my dad or myself. Had either of us known that we would have taken the refund and ran. Especially after waiting almost 2 months to get it installed. And maybe that is normal since I know it’s through my original keyfab but hey here’s any idea- maybe let people know about the limited radius before they drop $300 that isn’t going to work unless you’re basically next to your car.

Got my car detailed today. Everyone was friendly and professional... And my car looks like new! They did a great job getting the stains out of my light colored fabric.

Ive been a customer of Love Your Car since 2005. Ive NEVER been disappointed with the quality, timeliness, and value of their detailing services. Bought a high-end pickup truck cap in 2015 which ended up having manufacturing defects - the owner of LYC fought my side of the argument and got the (non-trivial) repair completed free of charge. THANK YOU for all you did on my behalf.

Terrible Job for the price! Left polish residue everywhere, never cleaned up even after requested to do so, missed areas when polished and waxed. My 3 year old could of done the same job I paid for from this place

Had the owner of store order me front bug guard, rain deflectors for all 4 of my windows, roof top rain deflector for sun roof and a very expensive set of black running boards for my new truck. They called me after they installed everything to have me come pick up my truck because it was finished When I arrived at their store the owner and for me there is a Couple chips in my running boards the size of a human finger nail he told me he would order a set of new ones and they would be and within a week and he would install them for free So a month went by and I called him up asking him about those because I never received a call and I got the same song-and-dance Never once as he called me and its been over a year nor did he give me some kind of a discount on the damaged running boards that were Very expensive! Needless to say I will never recommend anybody to go to him for anything for their vehicles I have since taken my vehicle to a different place and spent a few thousand on additional items for my truck the owner of Love your car should be ashamed! This was all his doing not his employees!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, NOT SURE OTHERS ON HERE WHAT THEY GOT DONE TO THERE VEHICLES BUT OURS, IT WAS JUST FOR INTERIOR CLEANING, ! WE TOLD THEM WHAT SPOTS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED ABOVE VISOR AND TRUCK VACUUMED, JUST SIMPLE THINGS! WE PICKED UP THE VEHICLE JUST RECENTLY TO FIND THAT NONE OF THIS GOT CLEANED, THERE IS STILL SOME SAND LEFT IN THE TRUCK HATCH, VISORS NOT CLEANED AND COUPLE OTHER LOCATIONS AS WELL NOT CLEANED,! A FRIEND OF OURS ALSO TO HIS TRUCK THERE TO HAVE SAME THING DONE TO HIM ! WILL NOT AND I MEAN WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR ANYONE TO THIS PLACE, IT SEEMS EVERYWHERE YOU GO THESE DAYS NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE IT IS, THEY WANT THE MONEY BUT THEY DONT WANT TO PROVIDE THERE SERVICE, TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN, WTH ! FEEL FREE ANYONE TO ASK ME ANYTHING IN REGARDS ABOUT OUR SITUATION, BOTTOM LINE..............NEVER GETTING MY BUSINESS HERE AGAIN..................... TWO THUMBS DOWN

Love Your Car and Truck is a business that is unmatched in the art of detailing. I have tried other detailers but as far as i am concerned they are hands down the best around! Keep it up guys!
