To professional sales staff Chris and Thomas went well beyond the call of duty to help my wife and me with my new 12 pro. They deserve a raise and a hamburger. Too good guys, I would hire them in a minute.
I was in Verizon a few days ago with my 86 year old mother. It was not our first attempt at getting help with her phone she left out in the rain. We had been to Verizon corporate on Airport Road and given zero help!! I understand that there was a “no touch” policy in effect but we got absolutely no help or direction except to go to Best Buy. Same thing happened there except they could touch things. The guy who helped us was basically useless since we went on to find that the “wrong code” my mom gave him turned out to be correct. We went to Verizon! They were bound determined to help my Mom! They came up with every possible solution and were successful!! In these unsure times, I am absolutely certain that my Mom was treated with incredible respect!! Thank you so much to the young lady and man who went above and beyond and kept a smile on your face!! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time!!

I went in to upgrade my phone David helped me out and got it ordered for me and it came super fast! When I picked it up Calli helped me out and she was personable and very helpful! And even got my bill down! Thank you guys SO much.

I was very pleased with my visit. I was at work so I needed to be quick, called ahead and said what I wanted to do. I was in and out with a brand new Iphone in about 25 mins! Very very happy!I worked with Michelle, she is new and didnt pressure me to buy things I didnt need but was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I would recommend them to anyone! : )

I have had some trouble with Verizon in the past but working with the Wireless Zone was actually enjoyable. The sales people were willing help me through every step of upgrading my iPhone. They even took the time to do a full data transfer.
Chad helped us tremendously and was very patient eith us. He checked our account to make sure it was up to date. Thank you very much for all of his wonderful help! ☺
Do not go to this Verizon store! We were told two completely different ways to upgrade our phones by different people. The first gentleman (who ended up being correct about or upgrade package) was very nice; however, the second gentleman was rude and pushy about buying their accessories, telling us that we shouldnt buy things online. After being at the store for over an hour, the second gentleman started helping a family of 5 before he was done with our appointment. Weve spoken with other Verizon stores in the area, as well as Verizon customer service, who have all told us that our upgrade problems at this store should have never happened and something didnt sound right about how this store handled the situation. We wasted a lot of extra time trying to sort this all out. Do yourself a favor and just go to another Verizon store.

After spending more than 2 hours on Verizons 800 number, being transferred numerous times, speaking with women with accents and were hard to understand, I went to this store. The salesman was friendly and solved my problem in 20 minutes. He was very helpful and encouraged me to return when I have questions and any more problems. Thank you!
