The manager Brandon Kurzweil down at the downtown (Union St) TC, AT&T store was by far the best manager I’ve ever dealt with/ worked with. Extremely friendly, accommodating, professional and very helpful. He made switching from another carrier over to AT&T as easy as can be! If your looking for top notch customer service I’d highly recommend going and seeing Brandon K.

Completely unhelpful. I went in today to try and transfer my billing service and the associate acted dumbfounded even after locating my account and confirming my identity. He also spent the first few minutes I was in the store completing a personal phone call on the sales floor. These people have no idea what they are doing.

Edit: I at first had 5/5 star help on arrival. I set up a new line. Was told step by step how to end my old line and turn in my old phone. A month later I received a call from ATT that I would not be getting my $700 credit on my old phone because the line was ended. So I was literally out $700 because they refused to return the phone. I called Brandon at the store multiple times for help. Was told a manager would follow up. Never happened. I spent hours of my life with customer service who stated what I was told by Brandon was incorrect and a formal incident report was created. If you want to save your money and hours of your life, stay far away and just deal with customer service for any needs.

This store is fantastic. I worked with Brandon Kurzweil to get an LTE modem set up. He did a great job and pointed me to a better account at a better rate than what I expected when I walked in the door. Brandon also had lots of practical advice about things to watch for as I set this up. The modem needed an APN setup and he got me to the right help page for the information I needed. I had preordered Starlink but with this unlimited account and the speeds Im getting from the nearby AT&T tower Im rethinking that. Brandon and the rest of the people at this store are friendly, helpful and focused on your needs. Its a refreshing approach in this industry.

My wife and I went into AT&T on Union street with a iphone problem. Brandon was very helpful . He was patient and listened to what we had to say. He was able to correct the problem. We asked about are account to see if he could save us some money. He told us we could upgrade to a iphone 12 for both of us and save money at the same time. Great service from Brandon, I came in with problems from two phones, he figured everything out for me and made it look easy, he knows his job very well.

The AT&T folks here are friendly and helpful but one customer service rep simply doesn’t wear his mask properly, exposing his nose. No one else seemed to care but I did not feel comfortable with my 86 year old mother (who has medical issues) in tow.

Great experience, arrived w broken phone, Brandon Kurzual made sure I got the best promotion going and the entire staff (3) at some point pitched in to get me out w a working phone.

Ive had better ATT store experiences- I need technical help with my moms Apple phone & Ipad, only customer in store seemed like I was an inconvenience to the customer service guy, got the info he needed to proceed and then had to ask him to help me fiqure it out, I am not tech stupid. I had tried to figure out the problem via online already- I think the guy just wanted to sell me something not like my normal experience with ATT store.

Went in and douglas took great care of me. Dillion was helpful as well

Today I went into AT&T for help with my phone. I was greeted at the door by Kyle who was very friendly. I had quite a complicated problem which was no problem at all for Kyle. I felt understood, I received all the help I needed and, he solved every problem I presented. To top it off, I walked out the door with a far greater plan for me and my family. It was so nice to be treated with kindness and patience!!

Had a 10am curbside appointment and i cant say enough about how awesome the staff here was. David greeted me outside first then Krissy took over. Would give less stars if I could. They sold me a phone that didnt have an IP address! I had to call the customer service line and have the person om the other end walk me through typing in one for my phone. The people in the store were very unhelpful and even cold to me after they sold me the phone.

By far the most helpful AT&T store I’ve visited. I had an issue with my account and after going to another location for help with no luck, I came to the Union Street Store. I spoke with the manager, Dan, and explained my problem. He seemed to genuinely care and with one phone call, he was able to get my problem resolved. I’ve spent days trying to get this done and he had it fixed in 15 minutes. This is the only store I will use!

Always greeted warmly. The on hand staff is hit-or-miss as far as knowledgeability. They have a rep named Brian who has a good handle on things and who I always hope to find. The last time I was in there, it took the reps way too much time to figure out something simple. Glad that they are in town, but lets just say I avoid going there if I can avoid it.

Shane did a great job helping us understand the ways of ATT. He made sure we got the right phone without up selling us.

Talk about poor customer service. Been to the store twice now and stood around for 10 minutes with out even being addressed by an employee. Not even a hello welcome to att we will be with you shortly. About to say hello Verizon! Smh

Every single time I have gone to this store location it hasnt been very pleasant. The last time I went to get my wife a new phone after I had gotten one myself. Customer service was zero. The only said to us (rudely) Was you have an appointment? They werent even busy. No we will be with you in a second. Welcome to att. So we went to the south airport store and it was great. Very friendly staff and we were in and out in a timely fashion. Skip this location and just got to south airport location across from the mal. Everytime I have been there its very professional unlike union street location

The worst service I have ever had. Very rude and the manager looked like he was in a fight the night before black left eye and just a complete rude man. I have been with att for over ten years this management needs to be reviewed. I would suggest the airport road location. Once again the manager is very rude and was no help what so ever. “ His response to my issue was not my problem! Now if your the customer and the manager treats people like this . Would you consider doing business with att union street store. NO WAY.

I was specifically told I was still in the timeframe for a buy one get one deal, so I got the phone that same day, but then several weeks later they(including the manager) told me I had been one day late and there was nothing they could do, meaning I would be stuck paying for a phone I would never have bought if I wasn’t under the impression it would be free. Thankfully, I called the ATT complaint number I found online and they reimbursed all my phone payments as well as gave me a montly discount.

Ive had AT&T since 1995. Went in this store to buy a new Note 9. These people know who I am. I was told that my ID was expired. I asked if they were owned by the state, and explained Ive been going in there since they opened. The manager who knows me says, I meet people here every day. Pretend that she doesnt remember me. So rude. They would not take my $1000. I walked out got on the phone and had one sent to my home the next day. With an expired ID. Horibal employees. Figure it out.

This place is a joke. Expect to wait around while the employees talk among themselves or are outside smoking. Dont expect to call the local number for this store either. You will not be able to talk to anyone. One of the last times I went into this store for help, I was given the 1-800 number for AT&T and told that I would have to call myself. When I was finally connected (on my own phone) to an agent, the agent asked me why I was calling when I was at the store? Why werent the representatives in the store assisting me? Great question. She asked to speak with Brian (the representative at the store who was helpingme) and after he spoke with her, he was none too happy. Ironically, after sitting there on the phone for over 30 minutes and being transferred around, Brian then decided that he himself would call a representative. He then told me I would need to hang up because there could not be two reps working on the issue at the same time. I would not recommend using AT&T for your phone services. And DO NOT ever pay them for their phone insurance. Also a joke. Get phone insurance through your homeowners or renters insurance. Its about $25 a year and you will receive a check to buy a new phone or fix yours. You will NOT get a replacement phone that is still registered to the person who owned it three years prior to you. Needless to say, AT&T did do the right thing today (not at this store) and let me out of my contract early and gave me a whopping $50 credit on my last bill.
