I went in to get s a power adapter for my laptop. The guy helping me was great, very helpful. I was able to test the plug right there in store.

Manager was rude! Did not want to do her job and find something that online says is in stock. Argued that online is wrong. Even tho I could do 1 hr pick up with it. Told her she was being rude and she had to argue about that too. Will never buy from there again if this is how they treat customers!

Will in the printing department is a delight. He helped me above and beyond with what I needed, and was so patient. Give this man a raise!

Recently, I went in to send a fax. Not only was Ms. Carol (with an “e”) EXTREMELY helpful, but as well pleasant. Bravo Zulu (military jargon) for GREAT service. From start to end: this is what Customer Service should be like!

Very disappointed that their delivery driver has been into my business multiple times wearing a Trump hat, mask, and shirt. I don’t know any businesses who allow their employees to advertise political candidates while representing their company. I had more than one upset customer due to this, and won’t be ordering from them again. Remember, your employees represent you on the clock.

Had a problem with forms I purchased. In the way the staff addressed the problem, I was dignified by their offer to take care of the issue. As I realized the error was mine. I also realized they were willing to help despite obviously knowing that I made the error. This was addressed in a way that is truly exemplary. They could have explained my error to me but instead dignified my request. Outstanding job guys.

Went to Staples to do some scanning and photocopying of some very important documents. I have no idea what I am doing with any office machinery. Alex helped me to do everything and was so polite. I can not thank him enough. I have no idea what he earns but it should be doubled.Thanks again !!!!!

Just finish school supply shopping here. Walking Gabriel greeted himself and took us around the store and made a sizable task complete in minutes. Guy working the register was outstanding I bought a computer here a couple months ago for my daughter and the guy that helped us then was outstanding. Kudos to the manager and all the staff here. Fantastic experience more than once.

Very upset to find out that the print center had recently (within a week of my previous purchase) changed its printing pieces per sheet. Only a week earlier I was able to purchase 10 copies on their 80 weight glossy paper for $.26 per sheet. Today i came in to find out that that paper was now $.79 per sheet. The young man in the print center was very short with me. He could not tell me why the price went up so drastically so quickly. He didnt seem to care about my concerns. He wasnt helpful and was quite rude. He didnt even know where they even kept the paper to print my order. I was visibly upset but he just stood there looking at me. I usually always come in for my printing needs, but I think I would rather pay a little more to go to another copy place from now on.I was in their yesterday (5-3-17) at around 5:45 pm. I left without getting any copies because of how upset I was.

All the staff were incredibly helpful in picking our the right printer for my needs and being patient as we picked out chairs. They let us know of all the current deals and what our rewards program does for us with these purchases. They even helped load everything up into the car! Huge compliments to the staff in Traverse City!

I had Tim help me with an office chair. He really knew his products. My decision went smooth and quickly. Thanks Tim for your expertise.

I feel like I was molested by an 80yr old man. Lies, lies, lies.Customer service is non existent, if a customer refuses a virus protection warranty, dont try to sell him hardware warranties.On top of that, you tried to sell a virus warranty with false information. A drive zero is good enough to get rid of a virus for the basic consumer. 25 years in tech has taught me that.Horrible employees and customer service is why staples is going under.Thanks for the laptop Brandon. Next time dont try so hard to make a quick buck.No more staples purchases for me.

Dont even waste your time coming here! Employees are lazy and unhelpful, PLUS the store may say it is open to 9:00 but the employees cash out the registers at 8:40, so you cant even buy anything. Ill be going to office max/depot from now on. Better prices and service.

As of June theyre amidst a messy remodel but the employees are fantastic at helping customers through the transition. All you need to do is ask (politely...I shouldnt have to say that but one witnesses so many rude, self-absorbed retirees and tourists in a tourist town we almost need elementary school lessons on manners posted in every shop entrance) for help and they will bend over backwards for you and if they dont have it theyre great at ordering it or walking you through the order process at their computer. The price matching is unparalleled as well! Theyve helped me find the right laptop for my media editing and, though they didnt have it that day they helped me order it for home delivery AND I got it price matched from Amazon and a heap of Rewards points, something most other places dont offer. Once those post I cant wait to go back after their remodel is done and get a couple pounds of free bulk bag candy with rewards.

Checked out with a woman whose name tag said General Manager. Had an outstanding experience. Item was placed in the wrong spot and she made things right without me even having to ask. Will shop here for office supplies always!

The employees have slim to non knowledge about anything regarding computers and printing. While I sat in their store waiting for them to figure out what they were doing, they started yelling at each other about other employees and their worth ethic. Turned off by their TLC drama show.

Ordered graduation cards, was a half hour past the cut off for same day at 2:30 pm, called next day at 5:45 pm the guy said he wasnt going to get to them today and probably not the next either. horrible service.

Could not find anyone to assist meErgo... spent $15 on something I cannot use. Turns out it was laser labels as opposed to the ink jet I needed. I realized this after I opened the pkg. Anyone out there in need of 300 laser labels? Furthermore there was no one at the check out. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had a really awful experience today with a new employee. Right off the bat this person was rude, disrespectful, and was bluntly irritated with my sister and I. I have come to staples to make Christmas calendars for the past 10 years and none of my experiences had been this difficult or time consuming. I had asked a few questions and the conversation with her just got worse and worse with interruptions and sarcastic answers. After being there an hour, I told her to forget it, and I’d take my business elsewhere. I was so frustrated I told the manager who nicely listened but didn’t really do anything. If you’re new at a job, maybe you shouldn’t start off being so rude to the customers... or maybe think about getting a new job. Not my fault you’re middle aged and working at staples.

Staples is a good place to go for office supplies, however, some things you can get at Wal-Mart for less then Staples.

Revisted 2 days ago but the training person was training a new employee, so of course I had good service, however, other resent stops Terrible Customer Service.

Copies and more. Everything else closed down.

I went to get a payment register book and they didnt have any. I then went to look for a new laptop, the choices were limited and only had one with a touchscreen.

Printing issues. I was told my job had issues yesterday. Not sure why they didnt try to print again yesterday or why they didnt call. Came in twice to pick it up now they are having computer issues.

We needed a wheel chair, they dont have any, the manager said go in the back and use a office chair. REALLY........I said lets orderer it from amazon!!!
