Huge store filled with womens clothes/shoes/purses (with a big selection of plus sized), kids clothes, and a small room of mens clothes, too. There is a whole room dedicated to prom/fancy dresses priced really well plus another room with wedding dresses! Great prices they were also doing a 30% off clothing sale when I went. The nice owner was also making masks when I was in the shop. $5 each in a lot of cute fabrics.

I stopped here to look at prom dresses with my daughter. The owner of the shop, Julie went above and beyond helping us find one. She must have brought over 8 or 9 dresses for my daughter to try on after the two we had picked out werent right. My daughter settled on one that was a little too big. Julie showed us what it could look like with a few simple altercations and referred us to a seamstress. Honestly this was some of the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great price and great customer service by a person that really seems to care.

I have been to small wonders several times in the past year, and I have ALWAYS been greeted with such helpfulness from the owner Julie. The prices there are MORE than fair, and the clothes and items for sale are always clean and well presented. But more than that, the kindness and generosity of the owner is by far the best thing about this consignment shop. She treats her customers with such good service - always with a smile, and has been known to go out of her way to help someone when they need it. I highly recommend that you stop in and experience the unusally good service yourself.

I love Small Wonders! I have outfitted my entire licensed childcare with quality toys,pack-n-plays, books etc from the store. Between the store and the resell list Julie helps run I have also been able to buy all of my granddaughters adorable clothing at a fraction of the price of new. Something that sticks out in my mind is when you walk in the store you are no longer just a customer, you become part of the family and they go out of their way to help you. Thank you for all you do for our community!

Although I have only shopped at Small Wonders a few times, I have sold to them multiple times. They pay very fair and are better then most places around town, and Ive been able to sell to them when Ive needed the cash. Im always a happy customer when I leave and Ive never had a bad experience with any of my transactions. I know many people agree with me that owners of this small business go above and beyond putting customers first and helping them outside of just making a sale. This small local business has really made an impact with many locals in our community. I look forward to many more times of doing business with Small Wonders.

Very caring and wonderful store owners. Great clean used items of baby/infant gear and clothing. Also clothes for men and women up to about a 5x or so as well as toys and games for young children.

I called just to check on their hours, then learned that they dont deal in furniture. The woman then told me about two little-known places in Traverse City that I might want to check out. I hadnt heard of either one, but I will certainly go look. Rumor is the prices might be better than other furniture consignment stores, and they donate their proceeds to nonprofit.

The owner is friendly, helpful and gives a discount if you pay in cash. Wide range of sizes and if youre looking for premium denim shes got quite a bit and only around $20 for it.

Let me begin with a disclaimer of sorts....Small Wonders and Curvaceous consignments shops are the wonder children of my Daughter, Julie Light and my granddaughter, Emily Austin. I have watched this business from the very beginning and often wondered how in the world they keep the doors open. These two young women are more concerned with customer service and not necessarily the bottom line of business. If someone comes into their stores, and Julie and/or Emily realize that times are tough for them, it always amazes me at how just exactly what that in need customer chooses is always on sale. They are more concerned with their community and customers and safety than with whatever money they lose on those on sale items. I have witnessed victims of a fire receive clothing and essentials with just a nod from Julie or Emily. Julie is so concerned with child safety, she refuses to sell any baby equipment that is out of date, whether it is a crib, car seat or high chair. She will take a loss just to get those unsafe articles off the market. I realize that I am a bit biased, loving these girls as I do but I am also so proud of their commitment to their community and customers.

My experience with owner of small wonders consignment/traverse city re-sell on facebook was horrible.She has lost my business and i will for sure let people know that she doesnt care about the way she treats people i refused to sale her something of mine on traverse city re-sell and she dropped me off of the site.I have since talked with many people and have come to realize she doesnt care about her customers,if you are on traverse city re-sell watch you ps & qs because she will drop your account with out even a second thought.I was hoping that others could see our conversation and see how disrespectful she was,but she deleted it and i cant say i blame her i would be embarrased too if i was talking/bullying someone that way too.This is a small community and word spreads quick.And please remember to check the items to make sure they work because they have all these rules but apperantley not one to make people accountable for ripping off other people.This is one comment she will not be able to shove under the rug.
