If I could give this pharmacy negative Stars I would. I am on a controlled substance prescription that is covered by my insurance however, it is covered poorly. For a one month supply of this prescription under my insurance it costs $135. I found a way to get a coupon from the manufacturer that would drop my prescription cost per month down to $5. I tried to use it at this pharmacy and the pharmacist and staff told me that they do not accept coupons on controlled substances. The reason why they do not accept them is quite concerning in my book. They told me they dont accept them because of the lower class of customer that it attracts to their store. I tried to get this overridden by management.. I even went to their corporate office and was told multiple times the regional manager would contact me back. They never did. Its clear that they arent concerned about helping the customers that they serve and clearly put money over health. Go to Walgreens! The staff there is fantastic, friendly, and extremely helpful.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to get your COVID vaccination or anything else for that matter. Very bad and unprofessional technician. I got my vaccine shot here recently and that was the most uncomfortable cringe feeling I ever had in a pharmacy. The lady (around 40-50 years old with black hair, I didn’t catch her name) who was giving me the shot dropped the band-aid that was suppose to cover my shot. She then picked it up from the dirty floor and used the SAME band-aid and put it on my arm! I mean seriously, how ignorant do you have to be for you to realize that what your doing is wrong. I just hope that my shot doesn’t get infected. I trusted that you guys know what your doing but now I wish I didn’t and went to a safer one. Nastiest experience ever. I am also writing a letter to the HQ for this experience. 0/5

Anti-science fascists.Now requiring masks for everyone per company policy, in violation of Grand Traverse County resolution date 8/18/21. This, despite scientific studies that now show mask mandates are completely ineffective against the spread of COViD-19, in addition to the studies showing masks do not stop infection.Don’t give them a dime or support the COViD zombies.

Horrible customer service. We were approved to refill pain pills and drove 90 minutes to be told my husband could not have them for 5 days. My husband is 63 on disability and they would not give any for the weekend. My husband was in agony... then when asked to transfer one of my prescriptions from Ohio I got an abrupt answer to contact my doctor. We have spent 10 hours of drive time to stay with CVS but we will be changing to Rite Aid.... maybe they will treat customers with respect.

I had a good experience. I came in asked where what I needed was they told me, I got it and I left. Quick in an out. Yes, and it had plenty of parking, impressive for down town.

Rude pharmacy staff & always short handed. After many years of getting prescriptions there and far too many bad experiences in the more recent years, I will never step foot inside this building ever again. Ps you must make flu shot appointments in advance. But no one will answer the phone. No walk ins. They do not want to help people.

Generally a good place to shop. I get my prescriptions here, only after Petertyl’s closed.However, I just drove about 15 miles from home to get something, and found the store had closed at 6pm!I understand that many stores are changing their hours due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but there has to be a way of communicating changes of hours to regular customers so we don’t waste our time and gas!!!

Never have I ever been treated so rudely by a staff of supposed medically trained professionals! TBH, the lesser trained techs were actually more knowledgeable about the system, much more patient & pleasant, more helpful when it came to treating side effects and overall a much better choice to get information from. Katie is your very best choice, but she will give you the name of the next best person to help you if she cannot, I promise you that! But if you find yourself in the hands of a Pharmacist who will undoubtedly be, too busy to talk right now. Cant you call back later? (And that would be a good day). Ive also been told, Do you know that I have 10 pairs of eyes staring at me right now as I stand here at the cash register talking to you?! And I dont have time for this!!

I just waited on hold for 30 minutes and hung up because no one at the pharmacy would answer my call. I had to block their phone number because I get so many Robo calls wanting me to order more drugs I don’t need that it interrupts my day. The wait at the drive-through is so long that I turn the engine off and sit and read. Plan at least a half hour if you want to pick up your prescription in person. Why do they want me to order more drugs when they can handle the orders they have? Some of the staff is untrained and do not know the names of common drugs. I’m planning to move to a different pharmacy.

Very nice store! Convenient to the heart of downtown. Attractively landscaped and easy-to-access free parking lot with plenty of spaces. Also close to Munson Hospital for prescription pick-ups! Right at the intersection of M31 and W Front Street.

Can I leave 0 stars? The pharmacist I had to deal with yesterday was unbelievably rude. She is the older lady with brown/black hair. She was complaining the entire time I was there about how much she hates her job and how she has it so much worse than anybody else because she’s 50? Not just this but she was trying to tell me I shouldn’t be having these problems with my insurance (none of her business to start with) only because SHE never has any problems and proceeded to argue about it with me. Will never return back here.

If I could give this place a negative 10, I would. The pharmacy personnel are rude, incompetent & never do as they say they are going to. It took me 3 phone calls & two weeks to get a s prescription filled that my Doctor called in. The lines at the pharmacy are extremely long. The clerks are inpatient & down right rude. I am DONE with this place!!!!!

I would have given 0 stars if I could have for the pharmacy. Did not give out costs for alternative meds and then wouldn’t let it be returned not very helpful at all. Never again at cvs pharmacy. Rip off

Very rude pharmacist assistants. If you want to be treated with a nasty, rude attitude then this is your place. Women is blowing bubbles from her chewing gum in my face, won’t take my I’d for my incredibly long last name, instead insists I spell it even though she will need it for the meds I’m being prescribed. Condescending thank you at the end. What a horrible expirence. I will never fill my prescriptions there again.

First time ever walking into this CVS. They do not seem to have enough staff and were running around in a frenzy. After waiting in line for several minutes. They informed me that they will not honor the Goodrx coupons.

For MoneyGram Bill Payers, do not visit this location. The system in place is archaic and outdated, you are directed to is a red phone to establish your bill pay. Save yourself a trip and go straight to Wal-Marts Money Center.

Whatever your need is they seem to have it here. They are very helpful and know their store well.

I can load cash onto my Amex Serve debit card for free here at CVS just by giving money and my card to the cashier! Convenient location, nice service and good selection of pharmacy stuff of course.
