Very cramped and outdated store... Busy and slow in and out of the parking lot because of trafficThe staff are very very nice... Exceptionally so.

Just moved here from AZ. This is our local 7-11. Every single time he goes into that store to purchase, the older lady cashier rolls her eyes and huffs, sighs, makes pig noises. He is very polite and too nice of a guy to call her out on this. She is driving us as customers away and will not recommend anyone to this location. Upon reading similar reviews, we are not alone in this complaint. Its called Customer Service for a reason and she is not doing her job! I can only hope the owner takes care of this ongoing problem.

Was denied buying alcohol when I was 100 percent sober. Cashier said I was drunk and was very insulting and rude, made a scene asking me to leave the store. Very bad customer service.

Male cashier was incredibly rude to me several weeks ago for forgetting my mask (I am vaccinated and have not once caught the virus). I apologized several times and definitely knew I was in the wrong, but yet I still was treated extremely poorly. How about you enforce the mask guidelines to your employees? Saw their masks were down seconds before my friends and I entered the store. Couldnt wait to get out of there.

Went into this store with my registered service dog and very rudely/aggressively got harassed by an employee about what services he provides for me.

Extremely Rude cashier behind the counter shes about 4 foot and very mean to her customers she should be fired. Go the shell across the road they are way nicer to everyone.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The cashier was cussing at me and refused to allow me to purchase my items. I’m not sure how she can even be employed with an attitude like that. If you want to act like a child, go back to school.

Stopped at this location this morning, which I try not to as the employees are beyond rude, but as I proceeded to pay for my items I had asked the cashier a question and before I could even finish my sentence she had rudely cut me off and told me to speak up, then tells me how it’s already been a day from hell.... I get we all have bad days, but be professional, suck it up and move on. Since this is not my first encounter with the owners horrible hires, I can promise you I will not come back.

I stop here twice almost every day, and there is almost never any grill items ready to be sold. Several times I have been ignored while waiting to be served, while the employees stood around and socialized. I would estimate the loss in sales to be around $800 just from myself, this year alone.

Ive been here a couple times. If you just need a pop its fine. The hot food is just beyond gross. The hot dogs are fine (hard to mess that up) but the chicken wings are dried up like hot chicken jerky! Ive had them two different occasions, just hoping the first time was a fluke. The employees are negligent and rude. The young man who retrieved my sorry excuse for chicken wings, acted like it was a huge inconvenience to do so. He was busy complaining about working 4th of July and July 11th .. such a hassle. ugh. I do not recommend this 7-11.

I dont know about the owner but I would like to give a shout out to the staff who are always friendly and helpful. I go here all the time for my coffee and lotto tickets and always have been treated well.

Usually good experience with the gentlemen that work there but the lady there today was rude.

Good products, Nice employees, But the owner who works nights overcharges, Walked down to get some cheap food for myself and its bad enough I can barely afford it without being ripped off. If you do choose to spend your money at this establishment I suggest you get a receipt and make sure he is charging you right for everything.

Do NOT go to this store...Most ALL of the employees are RUDE...especially the heavy set wart pig that works the days she is completely off her meds. Do NOT bring any more that 3.00 back in returnables (do not put them in plastic- do NOT bring them back to the burnt out hippie wanna be on 3rd shift) I hope many people stop going to this 7-11 its not a customer friendly store and frankly the owners dont care. Too bad for the 7-11 brand eventually this store will fold like the one over by the college did. Too bad Don.

I remember going to all7- 11s in Traverce City to try to find WWE SUMMERSLAM Cups When they were out ? years ago. I found 2 or 3 good cups other then that Ive never stopped by 7-11

The employees are usually very nice. but the owner, John, is a nasty, lying creep who is rude on whim to the homeless. he has gone so far as to lie, pretend he was threatened and has called the police on folks who do nothing any more dangerous than meekly trying to return bottles. and so i BOYCOTT this store and ask that anyone with ethics or a moral compass does the same. we have enough 24 hour stores in town, no one should help the prick who owns the place profit in any way with his petty tyrant behavior.

Horrid. Not only is there no public restroom and bare shelves where healthy snacks should be, but you may have to wait in line for 4 minutes while the cashier engages in a conversation about fidget spinners. TERRIBLE customer service.
