20 year warranty, 20 year windows. Kolbe & Kolbe windows were installed by Old Mission Windows in 1998, and I bought the house in 2016. The year I moved in, there was a failed seal on one window. The glass was covered under warranty, but I had to pay several hundred dollars in labor to get it replaced. Every year since, I have had a window spontaneously shatter in fall or winter. Sometimes inside panes, sometimes outside panes. Sometimes there were closed blinds, sometimes not. In each case, they had a screen outside that was unblemished, so it was not an external force hitting the windows. There is now a failed seal on the large glass outside door, too.I called OMW to ask how I could prevent the windows from shattering, and the person I spoke to said its just something windows do as they get older and experience temperature stress, and there was nothing I could do differently to prevent it. Five failed windows in five years should not be normal.I think these windows look really, really nice, and its possible that a current purchase of these windows wouldnt have the same results, but I would expect a premium window to last a lot longer, and not shatter. I wouldnt take my chances buying them again. Id use my parents brand, which has been in place over 30 years without issue.P.S. It was less expensive to have these shattered panes replaced at another glass shop outside of warranty than it was for the one failed seal that was covered under warranty, so even if you have something covered under warranty by OMW, call around and you may get a far lower price for a fix.

Can’t speak for their products or workmanship since it’s been a week and no one would even return my call. I guess they have enough work.

Premium windows and excellent products. What really makes the difference with Old Mission Windows is the service they provide. They will take care of you for as long as you own the home. They will even take care of you if you are not the original homeowner. Not typical salesman, they are seriously interested in who you are as a person and what your needs are. Very experienced and able to offer real world solutions.

I have always liked this Company and have used them exclusively for a while. Very high quality windows, local service guys and great warranty as well as a local company.

Good customer service. Had what I needed but not at the price I wanted to pay. Would contact them again if I needed a door.
