Great experience started with Patti and our technician, Tim, was fantastic. We had two pole barn doors that needed some TLC😊Tim did a great job and no daylight coming thru now. We are very happy with the service.

I had great service once again from Overhead Door. Emilio installed our new garage door and was courteous, helpful and explained everything we needed to know about our new door once he finished the job.

Please beware of this company. I made the mistake of calling them before I checked the reviews. They came out, mis-diagnosed the problem (actually made it worse), then told he I needed to spend an additional $500 for a new spring (which I didnt need), then tried to up-sell me on a door panel for $3500. A complete sham.I called Grand Traverse Garage Door - they came out quickly, fixed the problem same day and even had the Manager come out a few days later to review the work and ensure my satisfaction. to top it off, they charged me less than Overhead Door.

I called for service three times in 24 hours then they thought it would be a good idea to return the call?!And I declined to answer. Since Mark and Cindy have gone,it’s gone south,how 😢

They ripped me off $368 for a 1-hour service call. Dont ever go to this place there total robbers

My springs broke on my garage door which would not open at all and my car was trapped inside. Called Overhead door and was told it would be at least a week. Called Northern Garage door who came out the same day to fix it. Shame on Overhead door.

They came to adjust and service a door at my work made the door door work worse and sent me a $300 bill
