I have never shopped there but I will now after reading the moronic posts from anti-maskers. Folks, get a life. Poor little snowflakes cannot handle a little precautionary public health discomfort for what, 10 minutes?

My wife and daughters walked in this evening around 530pm to pick up some Christmas decor before our dinner at 630pm at Red Ginger and the customer service was awful. Two ladies walked right by us without saying hello or welcoming us. Another brought a ladder next to us and got up on it and started working on something and didn’t acknowledge that we were even there. My wife finally said “Hello, how are you!?” And she simply responded “fine” I can only assume these people were the owners and are incredibly wealthy and could careless about customers in their store and are more worried about status. It was absolutely insulting to not even get a hello. I hope anyone that sees this avoids spending a dollar there.

I have shopped at this store for years. I was in May 2020 and spent over $300. Did not wear a mask when I entered the store in May. Tried to enter the store and shop yesterday and was told I had to have a mask on. I said I have a medical condition and I cannot wear a mask. I was told by I think the owner that I’m sorry it doesn’t matter if you have a medical condition you need to leave the store and he proceeded to tell me about his asthma condition etc. I stated well if you have asthma then you are protected with your mask and then he proceeded to say well it’s your for your protection. Unfortunately, I don’t need to be protected I don’t need a government to tell me how to live my life or to tell me to wear a mask or to try to protect me especially if I cannot wear a mask. Additionally do not need a business owner to do the same. So I left the store very disappointed and honestly sick to my stomach by the experience. Regardless of whatever ridiculous order or directive this business owner and all the other ridiculous business owners are choosing to follow it has always stated that if you are have a medical condition you are exempt from the mask rule.Such.A joke. Lost sales. I will NEVER shop here again mask rule or not. Pathetic actually.

My wife and I typically stop in while shopping in Traverse city.Today (all masked up) was a first, my wife pulled her mask down under her nose, to scratch an itch on her nose, the lady working there instantly told my wife VERY rudely if you cant keep your mask on your nose, youll need to leaveWas the most rude customer rep Ive ever met.Totally unnecessary.

I was looking forward to furniture & accessory shop at the Nest until an employee approached me & rudely told me if my mask (that had just fallen below my nose) wasnt pulled up, I needed to exit the store immediately, so I politely exited. Never again will they get a penny of my money!!

I was shopping online at Trapp Candles website, I found that Nest of Traverse City sells these items in their store. I didn’t call I just stopped in... I was specifically looking for the holiday scents. They had what I was looking for and I was in and out in no time... Excellent service!

Great customer service! I called to complain about a product and they took that I complaint seriously and even called me with an update. Much more than most companies would do!

I spent over $100 here and was prepared to spend an additional $300 on a print when I asked if I could use their restroom. Nope. No public restroom. Probably would have spent more but will go elsewhere. I’m sorry- customer service?
