Beautiful table- not worth the headache of dealing with Woodland Creek as a company though.I ordered a dining table back in mid February and was given an estimate of 8-10 weeks for delivery. Well... four months later I finally got the table after calling let them know Id be canceling July 1st if I didnt receive it.I have no complaints about the table, it is beautiful and was almost worth the wait... until I got to spend two more hours on the phone explaining to Fedex and Woodland Creek why Im not responsible for $160 re-delivery freight charge after being stood up for the original delivery date.Honestly... this is the most expensive piece of furniture I have ever purchased and the process from start to finish has made me feel unappreciated as a customer. If you order from them, you should expect ZERO communication through the process. No updates on wait times, delays, shipping issues etc. Today, they didnt even call to find out if I liked my table, they called to ask if they could charge my CC for extra freight. Apparently, they store credit card info without permission as well.Conclusion? I wish I had bought a table from someone local and not ordered from them at all. Do not recommend.

I recently bought a home that I planned to remodel and I started searching for real rustic furniture. I came accross Woodland Creek’s Log Furniture Place online and immediately I knew I had found the right place. I needed EVERYTHING for the new house and WC had it. What initially drew me in were the log furniture beds and the dining room table with tree trunks for a base. I also loved the antler chandeliers. I could easily search through each “room” and find more and more amazing hand made furniture that looked so sturdy and rustic and just really well made. I called and spoke with Erica who really knew her stuff. I was placing an important order and she went out of her way to answer all my questions whenever one popped into my head. The ordering, amending orders, shipping, packaging, communication...and importantly, the furniture is all AMAZING. I was really just speechless when it was all in and set up. The product I ordered is absolutely beautiful, however; in terms of customer service this company is lacking big time. It is high end furniture, so it is very expensive. At the time of my order, it was estimated to take 6 - 8 weeks to delivery. They took the full payment immediately. Months had passed with no cabinet and absolutely no communication from this company! 5 months is what we ended up waiting, and only recieved our cabinet after we requested our money back. They were not apologetic, nor do they seem to see an issue with this gaping hole in their customer service. When it was delivered, I was pretty shocked to see this high end furniture packaged in only plastic wrap with absolutely nothing to protect it from damage.Their furniture is beautiful and great quality, but I will never do business with this company again.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT.I ordered a vanity the end of January 2021 with a 4-6 week delivery promise. Paid for the vanity in full when I ordered and still don’t have it in July 2021. We have had many promises and they keep using COVID excuses but never follow through with their delivery dates. Woodland Creek should not be taking any more orders until they can complete the ones they have abandoned.

Will never shop here again. Two times over the past 3 months I came to look for a dining set. Both times all employees were without masks and made no attempt to put one on, despite my inquiry as to why no one was wearing one (note: there is a sign at the entrance to the door stating that everyone entering must wear a mask unless you have a health condition...really, did all 6 of the employees at the front desk have a health condition??). The response was just to ignore me, which translated to total disregard for the state mandate and the safety of the customers entering the store. I have to believe the management of this establishment was aware employees were routinely conducting business without masks, and condoned it. So, Im all done with both Woodland Creek stores and make it a point to tell others of my experience. There are other places to shop in this town that took the pandemic seriously and did an excellent job of running their business(es) in a manner to keep both their employees and customers safe.

I purchased a kitchen table set and it came out way better than I ever expected. The shipping process was great and I had zero issues. The company did a fantastic job building my table and I couldnt be happier with how beautiful it came out. I will forever be a customer of this company.

If they dont care about the safety of their customers, I dont care if I go somewhere else. Which we did. Immediately. Both our losses really.

More of a rustic modern vibe than contemporary here, although you can get the more modern options in their showroom next door.This place was surprisingly large and featured items for every room of your house! If they dont have exactly what you need on the showroom floor, theyll assist in ordering that custom item for you (however expect a wait time). The staff was incredibly warm, helpful, & courteous. They followed up promptly & made sure our needs were met.The only odd thing I noticed: staff didnt regularly wear masks, despite the sign on the door requiring customers to do so (I shopped in early January 2021). Slightly concerning, as Id prefer anyone indoors to follow government-mandated orders & wear a mask for others (especially employees), but not enough to not shop here.

Received the Wood Wall Art and just knew it would go perfectly with the Back to the Barn bed. Easy to install, just need two people, and I got 4 LED tea lights at the dollar store for the four shelves and the results are amazing.

I called Woodland Creek, immediately talked to a live person, and they were so helpful. I spoke with Felicia in shipping and she was well-informed and sympathetic about the situation. They immediately agreed to just issue a refund, no argument. Even though I didn’t get my product, I was still impressed by the customer service and respect I received from this company.

I love my Aspen Beartooth 6 drawer dresser and Aspen Beartooth 5 drawer Chest. I looked at these for three years and finally saved the $ to get them! I was hesitant about the ordering without touching/seeing but it turned out great. They were shipped without incident and are the quality I expected. We ordered a beautiful coat rack from Woodland Creek Furniture which was shipped in a wooden box crate.Unfortunately, the coat rack did come in damaged as the padding was minimal to the quality of everything else. We had to work with Woodland Creek (Erica) to resolve the broken rack and due to the level of damage, she and her manager decided it was best to resend us a new one with better packaging.Our family is happy, happy, happy with the replacement! The newer rack was not damaged and we were pleased to see that there was extra padding included (blankets) as well as more layers of wrapping prior to shipping. We are also impressed with the level of professionalism we received from Erica. She did everything she could to assist us and ensure we would be happy customers.As we continue to fill out our home with high-quality, beautiful pieces of furniture, we will be sure to use Woodland Creek again in the future. I would also highly recommend this company as they did go above and beyond our expectations in fixing our broken rack.

Multi time repeat customer. Outstanding quality in unique furniture and decor. We drive five hours to come here! Our most recent trip was in June of 2020, we came loaded up to pick from their extensive offering of exceptional accessories. We ended up buying a salt lamp, teak wall hangings, a huge mirror, two amazing wall sconces, and a masterfully made wood bowl. The young ladies there were so friendly and eager to help. One even wrapped our items in sheet plastic to protect them from the rain that was pelting down outsideThe only critique I would offer is for the gentleman at the front desk. We were in the store three times over two days. We spoke to him a few times and each time he simply grunted for someone else to address the issue or answer the question. When we were trying to load up our very large purchases in the torrential downpour, an offering of help would have been nice and appreciated. You are a high-end store with the prices to match. You might want to consider presenting that same image in your customer service behavior. Have a look at the exceptional management and service offered at your Minocqua WI location, as an example of how its done.

Beautifully crafted furniture that I am proud to have in my home. The table and chairs I ordered are the first things one sees upon entering my lodge-style home. I had a rare quality concern about the table, and the builder (Rodney) went above and beyond to correct it. Erica Mortensen of Woodland Creek was wonderful in dealing with my concerns and was a responsive go-between between the builder and me. I wouldnt hesitate to buy anything from them again. A wonderful shopping experience with gorgeous, well-made furniture and awesome customer service!

There were several employees at the store. NONE of them were wearing masks. They walked around the entire store talking to other clients and staff with NO REGARD for the safety or wellbeing of their customers. I left immediately upon seeing this. Were in a f*ing pandemic, people!!!There are so many other places to purchase furniture...and at much lower prices.Plus, the store has changed drastically with its really tacky and cheesy nick nacks. 👎👎👎

I ordered my furniture in April. After two months I received the incorrect table and one bench was broken. I am still waiting for the correct table and bench? I also ordered another bench and bar stools. The bar stools were incorrect also. Had to send back and received new ones. I still have not received the correct table, new bench and replacement bench?The furniture is very nice although expensive. I cant understand how disorganized they are and poor customer service.

I could not have been happier with my new log bed or my experience with this company! The bed is beautifully well made and arrived about 6 weeks after I ordered it. It assembled relatively easily too. I was nervous about getting the bed freight shipped and how we would deal with getting everything upstairs. The crate was little tricky to get apart, as it was stapled together. We were able to break open the crate outside and carry the bed pieces in one by one. The packing inside the crate was impeccable and protected the bed well. Thank you so much! I would certainly purchase from Woodland Creek again!

My experience could not have been. better. We absolutely love our bathroom vanity with a stone sink and linen closet. It is well made and creative with custom hardware and branch details. We were so impressed that we now have ordered amirror to match, an entertainment center and 4 bar stools! Erica was extremely professional, timely and helpful. 10 star rating!

Buying bathroom cabinets online is VERY SCARY! Especially when you live on the west coast. BUT, the cabinets and mirrors we had built are wonderful. We absolutely LOVE how our bathrooms turned out. We just received our second large purchase from Woodland Creek Furniture. This place never ceases to amaze with their beautiful log products and incredible customer service! Our latest purchase was the Cedar Log Vanity and Medicine Cabinet with Light Bar. We also purchased the oil rub bronze sink package. It is so well made and extremely beautiful! In addition, the customer service is second to none! I had some questions and Erica was quick to respond each time and was kind, courteous and very helpful!! Great products are obviously important, but with customer service reps like Erica, it makes the experience even better! We will be back for the Rustic Cedar Bed in the near future and cant wait to do business with them again! Thank you again Erica!!

I’m only hoping I will absolutely love the table because I’ve been waiting for it since May 12, 2020.After several calls and emails trying to find out the status of the table that was supposed to ship in 8 to 10 weeks, I received an email on 8/1, finally, from Angie who has been horrible at communicating with me, advising she needed the balance so the table could ship.“ I need to collect final payment of $2836.78Then your order will ship. Please call me at oyu r convenience and I will help finalize you rorder.Thank you,”I called her immediately and gave her the payment.As of today Angie advised the table will ship NEXT Friday… Making that four weeks from the time of my final payment. Completely unacceptable and I cannot believe it is all attributed to the Covid situation!I’m so disappointed with this company I can’t understand why the reviews are so high. So I’m hoping and praying that the table is magnificent!

I love all the furniture they had inside. I give them a one star review because their prices are out of this Galaxy! I also make wood furniture just like this place does and I also have visited many stores that sell the same type of stuff Woodland Creek likes to multiply those prices x10. Youre not buying anything here unless you are well into 7 figures. The average coffee table that I kept seeing throughout the store is around 2K. That same coffee table at other stores is $200-300. Dont get me wrong its a very cool store stop by if youre in the area just dont expect to buy much

We ordered a double sink vanity based on the website pictures. The product as delivered to us was EXACTLY what we were hoping for. The quality and craftsmanship is of the highest quality. There were some issues with local delivery (not Woodland Creek problems) and Woodland Creeks shipping manager was very helpful with the resolution. We are delighted. The cost is reasonable when you consider the quality and the craftsmanship ... (I too build furniture as a hobby and know what it takes to do a quality job)

We ordered a log linen closet and a log vanity for the master bathroom. Once the order was purchased we waited about 2 months for the items to be crafted. It was not the amount of time that it took since it needed to be made that was the issue. The issues first started when it was time for delivery. I had put specific instructions that it need to be sent to my brothers address since I was living in an apartment at the time. On the day of delivery I checked with FedEx to see where it was being delivered and low and behold it was getting dropped off at the apartment complex I was at. Luckily I was able to store it in a garage while we waited to close on our house.Once we moved to our house we opened the crate. The first thing that I noticed was that the vanity top had 3 predrilled holes in it for their faucet. When I placed the order I didnt include the faucet because we wanted to put in our own. However we did order the hammered copper sink with the vanity.I then called the log furniture place ( woodland creeks secondary store) and made a complaint. The customer service person i spoke with said they will make a new top and get it sent out. I then told him that I am not a furniture builder so I wanted someone to put the top on. He then assured me it wouldnt be a problem.After waiting another 2 months for the vanity top the shipping manager told me it would be shipped out the following Thursday. I confirmed that it was going to our new address ( since I told customer service 3 times to change everything to the new address) NOPE! Still going to my old apartment. Luckily I got that sorted out with a little work. Thursday comes and nothing! No truck, no vanity top, no phone call. At around 4pm on delivery day I called and talked to the shipping manager to ask where it was since I had been sitting around all day waiting on it and they said it wasnt going to be delivered until the following Tuesday because they still had it going to my apartment address which was in their shipping region. However my new house is 3 miles south of 94 in michigan and I was told that the dont deliver south of 94. After some persuading they agreed they could deliver it. On the following Tuesday it was delivered and installed. But we arent finished yet...the sink didnt have a drain and it was supposed to be shipped with the top. Never got it until I nagged customer service to send it out.Communication is lacking with this company. Multiple times I was told I would get a call back or an email and would receive anything until I reached back out. After the frustration with the shipping the second time and not getting a call, I wanted to speak to the owner so that it was known how unprofessional it was. When I finally got through to her and made my complaint all I got was, ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ill look into it. Not even an apology from her. Nothing. They didnt even attempt to try and make the whole experience better. I WILL NEVER order from this company again. It was a waste of time and effort!

Really nice to shop for home furnishings. Many amazing pieces of unique furniture and artwork. If you like the Up North look this is THE place to go. Much of what they sell is absolutely stunning. Much of the furniture is hand crafted one of a kind, all high quality. Prices on much of their inventory can bea bit intimadating, but you will understand when you see the beauty and quality of what they sell. Even if you are not buying its a great place to just come in and look around. There is No pushy sales staff. If youve never been in, you have to at least go in and look around.

I love my dining table and eight chairs that I just received this morning. I ordered eight of the lodge style log dining chairs and a custom barn wood and hickory log dining table. They are beautiful and seem to be put together quite well. There is no wobble or loose joints in any of it. This will be used in a VRBO cabin and I anticipate that our guests will find it a perfect addition to our lodge style decorating.

Wow! I usually dont start reviews with wow, but the vanity we purchase from Log Furniture is spectacular! Im a professional woodworker and Im as picky as they come and I was so impressed with this piece of furniture. It also arrived on time and came well packed and Erica our rep was very professional and made our purchase experience really great.

What a nightmare!We ordered our bed the end of May it’s now August 9th.First we were told it came in with the wrong headboard and now we are told it wasn’t ordered until July 24.People don’t want to be lied to.I asked to speak to the owner and the sales manager refused.I intend to write to the BBBI just thought their product was exceptional looking.I had no idea their customer service was sub standard.

I would not recommend this company at all. I was fired after my first day. Not because I did or said anything wrong. But simply because the closed minded owner (whom only met me for about 5 min) didnt like the fact that the underneath of my hair was shaved ( as tribute to my mom who passed a few years ago to lung cancer. Its not noticeable when I wear my hair down. And instead of saying anything about it to me she simply called the next day refused to give me a real answer and said your just not what were looking for . Then why did you hire Me? No wonder they are struggling to find help so bad.
