Paul in the Pharmacy and Sarah upfront are both models of great customer service.
Pharmacy service is horrible. Refused to fill a tele-medicine Rx. Asked if I could see a Dr. in town! Pay for another appointment because the pharmacy cant figure it out... really? Clearly did not care that I felt bad and was waiting on them. CVS on front street helped out in minutes.
At least the remodel made the store look nice inside.
Anton and Paul are the best Pharmacist. Would recommend them to everyone.

I was very disappointed in the rude and unprofessional demeanor of the pharmacist at the drive-up window named Lionel. I made an appointment to be tested for COVID-19 on riteaid.com (project baseline) and followed all of the prompts/directions, which result in receiving a reference number used to confirm your appointment. After giving him the number (sent in an email from project baseline) and showing my ID, he claimed “I was not scheduled” and that “this reference number does not exist. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to “follow directions to correctly schedule the appointment,” and until I did so, no test would be administered. When I tried to tell him I did follow directions, he proceeded to say “the number doesn’t exist, so obviously you didn’t.” I became angry at this point at basically being told I was lying, and left (drove away).My dad is an assistant manager at another rite aid in town. He followed the same process that I did to get his test, and when he showed up to take it, there was no problem (however, the pharmacist who assisted him was Anton - I’ve gotten him before, and he very good). Since we followed the same process, I can only assume that something went wrong on their end - and while I get that happens with technology, the rhetoric that Lionel used to me was unprofessional and rude.I understand that Rite Aid is a third-party partner in this testing process. But that does not excuse the behavior, rhetoric, and demeaning tone Lionel used. I will not be attempting to take advantage of the free testing site again - clearly, you get what you pay for.

The pharmacist at this location was probably the least helpful person i have ever encountered. Please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else
This is the worst place to fill any prescriptions. I called ahead verified they had the script.. they said 30 mins. I came in exactly 30 mins got to the window she the. Said additionally 15 mins. I called her and said I needed to get my kids and asked if they would be ready she assure me and this is where we are.... This place is a joke it surprises me the people would treat us like this. Your work would be your pride.. and from here you dont look like you give a crud about us!
