I dont usually write reviews unless something or someone really wowed me. This is one of those occasions.I was looking for something like an Edible Arrangements for my mom for Valentines Day and I stumbled upon this shop. I placed the order on the 13th of February and so I figured that the order would come in late. I even wrote for the note to say belated in anticipation.To my surprise, Barb reached out to me to tell me that she would be able to deliver the basket the next day (Valentines Day) and was wondering if I wanted the belated removed!We talked back and forth about where she could deliver it since she didnt want to leave it at my moms doorstep on account of the cold and snow. We decided to have it delivered to my moms workplace.Throughout the entire conversation she was incredible courteous and well meaning. I couldnt have had a pleasanter conversation with a total stranger.Im living out of town, but the next time I go to Traverse City I will be sure to stop by Bay Baskets to personally thank Barb for doing such an amazing job.If you are considering buying a basket from Bay Baskets, I can tell you without a doubt that you should do it. You will not be disappointed.
