I love this place!!! Such a wonderful, cute shop. I love the cherry sours and the cherry malted milk balls. My family comes to Traverse City ever year and we always make sure to stop by.

This place is amazing! Found it on Trip Advisor when googling best places to go in Traverse City for our trip. So glad it was on the list!!! They have so many edible items made with cherries, make sure you try the cherry yogurt pretzels; we went back the next day to get more for ourselves and family! 🍒💗

I am sure the store is great to visit, but their e-commerce is poorly managed. I received no tracking info with my order confirmation. I emailed asking for it and received it a day later. Now my package appears to be lost, but Benjamin Twiggs insists it is just probably late. It was supposed to arrive 4 days ago and there is no updated shipping info. The most frustrating part is that no one at Benjamin Twiggs will help me figure out where it is and what happened to it. They won’t provide any details.

What a great experience at the original cherry products store in Traverse City! Located in a spot where parking isn’t an issue but still fairly close to downtown. I would highly recommend the chocolate covered cherries, cherry coffee and CAMPFIRE CRACKLE!! The staff is very friendly and help you with any question or need!! Great job Julie and staff!!

GREAT LITTLE SHOP!! I was searching online for a Michigan-themed gift basket to send to some friends out of state. I came across the website for Benjamin Twiggs gift shop. I wanted to customize my order, so I clicked the box for Contact Me, and received an email directly from Julie, the owner. She was quick to respond, and very open to any customizing I wanted to do. I happened to be in the Traverse City, Michigan area recently, so I stopped in to select my gift box items in person. I saw the store would be closing in a half an hour, but went inside. The sales person Jeanne was very welcoming and very helpful. This was a great little shop with great customer service! I will definitely order from here again!

I won a gift box of assorted cherry delights at my girlfriends benefit fundraiser the cherry yogurt pretzels are amazing.

My grandparents have tried ordering items for a yearly Christmas gift to some relatives and in the past two years they have screwed up the package and or the timing of said package. One year, order was placed in December and didnt get there until March. This year was far worse and their customer service on when upon asking what had gone wrong my grandma was given a really lame excuse and wasnt given any semblance of actual help.Later on it was all three areas. The order was wrong, the name was wrong, and the address was wrong. I have never gone there myself and now I would rather go almost anywhere else with gift box stuff and the like. Or heck just do it myself.

I can always find great gift items to take back to Dallas: cherry preserves, dark chocolate-covered cherries, cherry truffles, ornaments, oven mitts, aprons, coasters, notecards, even printed recipes to make with the products....💗 everything cherry!! I was a bit disappointed that the cherry salsa shipment hadnt come in yet, though.
