Good customer service and good products. I was a little worried to purchase from this shop with the mix reviews, but I am glad I did. They have a lot of now designs products I absolutely love and cannot find anywhere else. My order was split into two shipments. When I reached out to to ask what was going on with my second shipment they responded quickly and well after business hours. Everything was well packaged so my fragile items arrived in tacked. I would recommend them.
Very poor customer service. There was nothing stating my item was out of stock when I ordered it. There was no communication that shipping would be delayed. There is no team available. When calling during business hours to follow up on the status of my order, no one ever answered the phone. There is not even a professional business greeting for the answering machine (something like - this number is not available now). My item was not shipped in time for me to use as intended. Do yourself a favor and check out the Google maps outside view before ordering. I wish I had.
The best customer service I have received online in quite some time. Order arrived in 4 days but the mug had a chip on the handle. I emailed them and they responded quickly and shipped a free replacement very quickly.
I love the unique selection of item on this website. Some of the stuff I could find on Amazon but the prices here are much better on Cherryland Sales. I think the website could use a little work on categories.
The item I received was exactly as described, the customer was great, always responding to both my emails and calls, the item arrived within a week and the price was great! I definitely would continue to support this small business, extremely happy with my transaction!

Placed order on 12/14 which is plenty of time for Xmas. Emailed twice no response as to the status of the order and then it shipped on the 26th (never any answers to website emails). Horrible customer service. Item was listed as “in stock “ too. They really should put something on their website that tells customers that items won’t ship for 2 weeks.
