Great finds while visiting in Traverse City. Reasonably priced and super selection. Definitely a revisit next time we’re up north!

Cute store. We were able to find some unique pieces as souvenirs for our family.

On my first trip to Traverse City, my wife and I stopped in this shop for some gifts. Really nice and clean store, quality products, great prices, nice lady working behind the counter. Even scored a free coffee mug (probably for spending over a certain dollar amount) but still a nice little surprise! Definitely recommend this little shop.

Great shop

This store is great, Ive been there many times and have never had a problem with the staff. I do notice that a lot of them are foreign and may act a little strange but they have not be blatantly rude. There is a lot to choose from in terms of items and the store feels very welcoming. Great place to shop!

Nice souvenirs and clothing.

Great store. The staff was really friendly and told us about some great spots to check out while we were in town. The store is nicely laid out and we found what we wanted quickly and got it for very fair prices.

Visited the store this morning and it was very busy considering its Memorial Day weekend. The employees did an excellent job tending to the customers and even recommended some local restaurants for me and my girlfriend. Definitely a quality store for my first visit to Traverse City.

Stumbled upon this store. Bought an adorable wrap skirt. Good quality, good price! Wish I had bought 2!!

At Critters I bought a zip up the front sweatshirt and it shrunk A LOT. So this year we went down two or three stores (we didnt know they were owned by the same people) and bought a coral colored t-shirt - you need to know the color ran A LOT. Their website = identitytc. So we are taking these two off our list!

Nice store

Visited twice. First time nothing notable happened, it was a very normal store. But after, my fiance noticed some of the reviews about racism and was shocked. We did not plan to return but my fiance and I (she is black and I am Latinx) needed some last minute souvenirs before we caught our flight. I dont remember the name of the woman who we spoke to but she was very polite and at one point left to get retrieve something in the back for us, which I do not think would have happened if she thought we were shoplifters. If there ever was a problem there, I dont think its still an issue. Both visits we were treated with respect and on the second one we were helped more than I would expect at a Wal-Mart or something like that. I plan to return as long as the prices stay reasonable.

Stopped by for souvenirs before leaving town, employee assisted me in picking out a few things for the kids. Appreciate the help.

Name was very misleading. Looked up pet shops and went in expecting that and found it was a typical T-shirt shop for tourists.
