An incredible service for new parents! We received a gift card here from friends and Chef Kaylee has been wonderful in helping us get our meals. Each meal was hand delivered and DELICIOUS! It also fed my husband and I for days... 10/10 recommend!

Wow! Just WOW! The meals I have had for the past week are on another level!! My compliments to the chef!!! Dear sweet little 6 pound 8 Oz baby Jesus let them expand and keep pumping out these incredulous meals.

I can not say enough good things about this company! My good friends had their first baby during the COVID crisis. I cant come see them right now and they arent getting those normal visitors who bring a meal when they stop by. They are tired...I did a google search for home delivery meal companies local to them and FYT Health Foods answered my call! They were polite, friendly, and more than happy to accommodate my request even though they knew I would not be a continuous subscriber. My friends are very healthy eaters and I was pleased to know I wasnt sending them junk food.My friends were so thankful for the food! Attended the open house last night. The experience was amazing! Everything was very tasty; the retail shop is so inviting and filled with amazing merchandise. I sadly didnt get some of the beautifully hand painted towels, but hopefully will be back to purchase them and a few other goodies. You really need to check this place out!!

Getting to know the owners and staff has been the best! Watching them create new menues every week, source as many local and organic products as they can every week, and the attention to detail in diets is amazing. The food is out of this world and so convenient for everyone :) I recomend trying out the healthy food option if you dont have a specific diet you follow but still want to feel good about what you eat!
