There was so much potential... I give a little slack being that its opening day and the items are only like $7 each, but overall not impressed with the food. Flatbread was okay. Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla but it was a ciabatta sandwich? Maybe the ice creams are better but it seems like a Walmart version of Tropical Smoothie.

Went there today. Ordered a wrap with no tomato. It had tomatoes so had to be remade. Then when I got home I unwrapped the paper on it and the wrap was completely broken open in the middle so I couldn’t even eat it. Plus none of it was ever warmed up. Which I found also to be weird. The milkshake was great!

First time here and I’ll definitely be back! The wrap was huge! I could only eat half but it was so delicious. My kids got the quesadillas and both approved. Smoothies were great too!

Oh my goodness. I love this new addition to TC! I have stopped in here more times than I would like to admit since they opened. Always friendly service and great with recommending items that we may enjoy. My favorite so far is mango Dole whip. Give it a try! Its even excellent on a snowy night.

We love Tiki Pineapple! The staff is friendly and their portion sizes are huge for what you pay. I usually get a wrap and eat half and then the other half another time and dont forget to get a smoothie - to die for!

Love their dole whip!! Havent tried their food menu items, but cant go wrong with dessert! Fantastic option for those of us who are lactose intolerant/dairy free!

My first time there today. Very very impressive. Food is great, especially the Tiki Hawaiian BBQ wrap and paired with a citrus blast float.... go get it, youll thank your palate and stomach. Enjoy

This is a long one... We wanted this place to be good, but we were very disappointed. I thought it was a chain, so thought they would have things dialed in and employees trained properly before opening. I was sorely mistaken.1. The employees had no idea what they were doing and seemed like they had to look at what was actually in each bowl/wrap while they assembled.2. They have 1 residential-grade rice cooker and panini press. There’s no way they can accommodate more than 2 customers at a time. 3. The chicken in our wraps was microwaved, canned chicken. The buffalo chicken bowl was some chicken and gross lettuce with a bunch of cheap ranch and red hot dumped on it. The grilled cheese and bacon sandwich was some shredded cheese on “wheat bread”, sprayed with a bunch of spray “butter”.4. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired.I gave them 2 stars because the Dole Whip was decent. Though the poor guy behind me didn’t get the flavor he ordered/paid for because the girl didn’t know how to work the machine properly. Definitely would recommend going to Tropical Smoothie over this place.

We’ve ordered from Tiki Pineapple twice now and the food and smoothies have been absolutely delicious!

I absolutely love their smoothies! Food is good too, although its a bit inconsistent each time I go. (For example, the last 4 times I have been there, I ordered the club - one time it was perfect, twice there was wayyyy too much chipotle, and one time the sandwich was not cut which made it hard to eat while on the go).Great place though, I keep coming back for a reason!

We ordered the chili and some floats. Did not disappoint. Super friendly service. Excited about all of their non-dairy options. The non-dairy vanilla ice cream in the floats was surprisingly really good.

The owner is a super nice guy. Recommend the shop, recommend supporting him.

No flavor! Cold not toasted. The bread was not even cooked all the way. Very little meat and cheese..... I even ordered extra meat on the sandwich!!!! I won’t order from there again! Cold subway is better than that! And for the price.... every where is better! I would eat at jimmy johns over tiki Pineapple!!!

Just ordered for the first time on doordash...SCORE! Wow, fresh...delicious, reasonable...and delicious! Ordered a smoothie, 2 flatbreads and I had the Baja bowl...yum. Like a poke bowl but with southwest flair. I like that it wasnt overly seasoned, I added salt and then a little ranch for the romaine and it was awesome. Hubby and daughter loved the chicken bacon ranch flatbreads and we split the smoothie for dessert.

My boyfriend and I were so excited to give this place a try. Yesterday I looked online and it said they were open, so I called and called to make sure and no answer. We finally drove over there and I guess they closed early because no lights on or anyone there. So today we decide to give them a call again & they answered and said they were open so we went over there. We were disappointed to realize the food was pretty much identical to tropical smoothie. I ordered a bowl and my boyfriend ordered a rap and let me tell you we spent 30 MINUTES WAITING FOR THEM TO THROW THE SIMPLEST OF INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. For the first 10 minutes these two girls were literally just standing there talking to each other about God knows what. They finally decide to start making our food and what looked like the manager walked in talking about how she just got back from Walmart clearance until she realized we were standing there and stopped talking. They were so un organized it was physically painful to watch. The manager was freaking out about some guy coming in the morning and everything had to be perfect. As Im watching this girl make my bowl she literally put scoops of rice IN HER HAND then walked it over to my bowl?? The manager then points at us and asks one of the girls have they been waiting long and the girl replies no when we had been there about 20 minutes. Once our food was ready we proceed to wait another 10 minutes on my milk shake, the girl filled it to the top beyond the lid, but still tried to smash the lid down and there was ice cream dripping all over the sides and she just handed it to me that way because she didnt want to deal with it. Then the lady that showed up after us and ordered an ice cream cone let me tell you it was the most messed up lop sided ice cream cone Ive ever seen and the lady did not look happy lol. Bottom line just dont go here, just go over to tropical smoothie where you can go there drive through and get you food within 5 minutes :)

The food is yummy i got the ultimate tiki bowl and Ceasar wrap and a few dole whips and 2 smoothies and the food is really good the only thing that drops a star is the opening doesnt seem smooth but ill change the stars in a few months

Last wk. Had 2 grilled chicken Ceasar flat breads, very good. Today we ordered (3) chicken club Flatbread grilled. Called in order, knowing they only have one griddle to make one at a time. They were not grilled much, chewy dough tasting and she forgot the special sauce that was supposed to be on them ...agree they need more then (1) grill press machine.And they need some training. And they need to grill them all the way. Disappointed today..Pina Colada smoothie asked them to make, with Vanilla and pineapple whip and coconut was good.

This is going to be a very long and detailed negative review. We spent 30-40min inside this restaurant.1) Management and the crew seems to have no training or proper leadership. The 2 girls working clearly had no idea what they are supposed to be doing. They kept looking confused and were not being efficient at all. The manager came into the store caring a couple walmart bags bragging about deals she got on some office supplies. The manager than took 10 minutes to help the struggling staff and kept talking the whole time about items not related to the job other than the owner is coming into the store in the morning and we need to make sure everything is perfect. The manager even parked right in front of the building where customers park.2) Sanitation training apparently never happened with staff and covid-19 training. I seen the staff take money with gloves on and then handle food with the same gloves. One girl even handled some ladies ice cream when putting it in the cone.3) The microwave is doing all of the cooking. In the restaurant industry thats called Chef Mike. The food was still ice cold when we got it.4) The food tasted old and like its been sitting in a refrigerator for some time. It was watery and that is a sign of sitting for to long, things separate.5) We had to handle a nasty menu that only God knows who else has handled. With covid-19 going on this is not allowed. The menu was cover is sticky stuff and there was only 1.6) Not a single bottle of hand sanitizer to be seen or used. Covid-19 going on this is a basic thing to have when you have everyone sharing a menu.7) No sign for how many people allowed in the store for safety and health reasons. We showed up and there was 8 people in the store. No one could have been 6 feet apart because its a old subway store, you know the size of them.8) They dont keep normal hours. They are closed randomly at times.9) If I was the owner I would shut this place down and start completely over with new staff and a new manager. Everything about this restaurant was completely unacceptable. There is no way it is turning a profit.
