The Lumber Shed has been my go to for all my wood needs thus far. Corey at the front counter is a super cool guy and easy to talk to. They have a good supply of wood species to choose from. I personally just rummage through the discount section and find a good piece (I have my own shop). The walnut cutting board I have pictured was made with discount wood. Great place to be overall. Will be going there often.

Friendly service and lots of great lumber choices

BEWARE!!!Purchased a white cedar log mantle on 6/19/20, I had no place to store it For at least 3 or 4 months. Ryan assured me that he would mark it as sold with my name on it and that it would be safe and secure for as long as it took. We returned on 8/27/20 to verify size and make arrangements to pick it up. Everyone remembered it being up on the top shelf with our name on it, but it was nowhere to be found. They sold it to someone else!! What kind of business operates this way. We had planned on this unique one of a kind log being the centerpiece of our new great room fireplace. I am now scrambling to find a replacement. I would give a negative 5 review if I could.

Ryan by far is the most honest business owner around. The staff is so willing to help and support your projects. There is no other place to by lumber than the lumber shed.

The worst selection of rough sawn lumber. Terribly rude and unfriendly, no customer service or help. I walked out.
