First off I have to say an AMAZING experience! If I could rate it more stars I would. When I first saw the Facebook ad I was very skeptical, but I decided to send message and see what was up, turns out everything is absolutely legitimate and the experience was way better than I expected. We met Josh at the warehouse and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the whole place was absolutely spotless. Way cleaner than most stores you go into, all of the beds were all set up in a very nice manner and all were very very clean. There wasnt even a spot of dirt on any of the mattresses so I felt very comfortable going in and trying out the mattresses. Josh was extremely helpful, he asked us some questions to help point us in the right direction, and answered any and all questions that we had, then he left us alone to try out the mattresses and talk about what we want, there was no pressure to purchase anything which was really nice to not have a sales person breathing down your back. Overall it was hands down the best experience we have ever had when it comes to purchasing a new mattress, or a purchase in general. I cannot say enough good things. We will definitely be going back for all of our mattress purchases in the future should we need one.

I will admit that I was a bit skeptical when I saw an ad on facebook marketplace for a guy with a room full of mattresses to sell. But I was wrong. All of his inventory is brand new and high quality. BoxDrop Traverse City.We had been hunting for a new mattress since black Friday. We couldnt find a mattress we wanted for a decent price. I was told to try BoxDrop for a good deal on a great bed. I never heard of the place but after two raving review from people I know and reading all the other great reviews online, I called them up. You have to have an appointment but they got me in the same day. The place is set up like a showroom in a wearhouse. Very clean, warm and relaxed environment.Josh gave us space to try each bed but made himself available to answer any questions we had, he is very knowledgeable about his matterses. Im picky and had to try serveral beds serveral times. I never felt rushed or pressured. We not only found the perfect bed, got a great deal but also got it delivered same day. After getting it home I realized I bought a larger box spring then my bed frame was meant for and Josh worked with me to exchange it for a smaller one. I couldnt be happier with the service we received. So happy I found this place and I highly recommend them.

First off, Im VERY SKEPTICAL about ANYTHING advertised on Facebook, but I took a chance on Boxdrop in TC & I cant be anymore happier than I am now. I called up to see if they were at the warehouse and was communicating with JOSH who texted me directions to help me find the place. I arrived at the BoxDrop showing warehouse (which is IMMACULATELY KEPT), and was shown the different mattresses made available for purchase. I decided on a mid-priced queen euro and I dont think you could find a better deal ANYWHERE!!!! My mattress was delivered 20 MINUTES after I purchased it (extra charge but very reasonable). Anyways, if your shopping for bedding, dont want to get gouged on pricing, need financing cause they got that too, 90 days SAME AS CASH, Call em up & ask for Josh, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
