Unorganized salesman: had difficulty logging into the demo app, didnt give us the option of adjusting for ourselves to explore functions. Overpriced products (double the price of a high-end mattress and adjustable frame system). We were told wed need to buy our sheets from the manufacturer (at an inflated price). Annoying follow-up contacts after getting quote. Store was clean and well laid out.

My wife and I tried every store in town, but our experience at Sleep Number was next level!! We worked with Zack the manager, and he helped make the overwhelming bed shopping process easy and seamless! We are SO excited to take delivery of our sleep number bed 🙌🏼🤩

I cant speak for all Sleep Numbers since Ive only been to the T.C. location, but this one had friendly, knowledgeable staff ( Zack I think his name was) that truly helped with my needs! The beds are ridiculously comfortable and the mattress combined with the thing that makes it go up and down instantly helps with back pain :)) An investment worth every penny.
