We left a message asking about piano lessons for our child. A woman returned our call, and was rude. Her exact words there are no lessons until after covid is over. Look elsewhere for music lessons.

My questions never went unanswered, and whatever I needed help with was helped. Enjoyable time, left happily with two guitars.

The young man in the strings department? Nothing short of amazing! Advise and hands on service...no high pressure sales pitch or run-around, just facts and service and a tutorial on a beat-up sweet old banjo.And so far, so good.

Just purchased my dream guitar from Marshall Music. Chris was awesome to work with, answering all of my questions and helping me out wherever needed. The guitar was shipped quickly and safely, and arrived with a fresh set of strings on it. Not a mark orblemish to be found. Highly satisfied, and would strongly recommend!

I would definitely recommend going to Marshall Music for general music needs. Ive personally bought an SM57 and an audio interface from them, and the staff was extremely helpful with both. Could not have been more satisfied with my experiences there.

Marshall Music is always super helpful for anything when it comes to instruments and repairs and accessories. My brother has an extensive collection of instruments and quite frequently he will go there and my mom and I have gone in there for presents for him and they have always been able to servers Us in the way that we need to be serviced. Very friendly staff and has a vast knowledge of instruments, repairs, and suggestions. They always ask me if I need anything as soon as I walk in and really care about customer satisfaction. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all the instruments. I was about to find some cool bongos for a gift.Prices are great and they often have good sales.Would definitely recommend for experience and aspiring musicians alike.

I went looking for a Kalimba (thumb piano) and was able to get one. Unfortunately, they only had a 10 note - I wanted a 17. They would have ordered one; however, it would be too late for Christmas and they didnt know the price. I found the staff very helpful.

It has a good selection of instruments and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There have been days where I had time to kill so I just drove over and played the pianos for an hour, filling the store with a relaxing sound. The staff are supportive of people coming in to try out their instruments. I have bought a guitar and ukulele from them, both at reasonable prices.

Didnt really have a warm welcoming feeling when my hubby and I went there. Had a slim selection of guitars, but new shipment hadnt arrived so thats understandable. But the ones we did look at were fantastic!

Surprized by low prices

Worst guitar repair ever. This review doesnt necessarily reflect the TC store, but rather the corporate nature of how they handle repairs sending everything to Lansing, and then charging a lot of $$. A few months back, I sent my guitar in to have the electronics fixed. I was not getting a signal from both the magnetic and piezo pickups. I also wanted a setup on my guitar, because it was buzzing a little bit, and quite hard to play. I got my guitar back a couple of weeks later, and the magnetic pickups were fixed, but the piezo wasnt even looked at. The worst part was that the input for the jack was loose, and it seems like something obvious that would be fixed. I sent it back a second time, waiting another week+ only to hear that the piezo was un-fixable, and the jack still was not fixed, even though I asked for it to be. I brought the guitar to another store to have it looked at for no charge, and their opinion was that the piezo electronics could have been damaged from a previous repair. I cannot absolutely prove this, but I myself have never messed with the electronics. The other day, I changed strings, and now the graphite nut is loose and does not stay in place. I never had this problem before. The jack is still loose as well. Normally I would not be this upset, but for the $130 repair, my nut should not be loose, and the jack should have been corrected. It almost seems like I got charged $130 to solder a wire, and change my strings. Something I could have done myself. Marshall should have repair techs for guitar in TC, and not have to ship everything to Lansing. The guys that work at the store in TC are great, and I feel bad writing a bad review, because this is not their fault, but Lansings fault, and the corporate nature of this company handles repairs. It should be done on a local level for guitar, because it is such a common instrument.

Nice store the staff is great, the stock has a good quality selection of guitars, its a little light on amplification,drums or electronics but for acoustics this is a great place.

I use a Vic Firth stick, AJ 6 and they had several pairs in stock and they gave me a nice discount on a pair!

I went there, and no joke one of the staff members didnt know how to properly turn on a tube amp. Other than that it was great but that was kind of a come on man moment.
