Excellent experience, I was able to go in and get the item I needed and get out in a reasonable length of time. My only complaint was the homeless people outside shouting that the prices at Walmart are cheaper. Kind of ruined my experience.

The alternator in my daughter’s Subaru started failing as we were driving over Raton Pass from Texas on our way to take her to college in Denver. It was a Sunday morning with no car shops open anywhere, but we were able to limp into the Trinidad Autozone. Stephanie and James took great care of us right away to diagnose the problem. We originally thought we would need to spend the night at a Trinidad hotel and delay our trip by a day since shops wouldn’t open until Monday morning. This idea didn’t sit well with my wife and daughter. So Stephanie decided to call Woody — an off-duty Autozone employee who rebuilds cars — to see if he would consider coming up to the store to help us get on our way on his day off. Woody said he’d be there to put the new alternator in within an hour and a half! While we waited, we bought the alternator (last one available that fit our car) and a new battery, just to be safe. We got to know Stephanie and James during the wait, which was refreshing and interesting. Our hero Woody arrived and put in the new alternator and battery within a few minutes. Car started right up, and we were on our way north. Stories like this really restore my faith in humanity and remind me that there are still plenty of kind-hearted, good people out there who take sympathy on families in a tight spot and go out of their way to do the right thing. Thank you so much James, Stephanie, and Woody! I will pay it forward and do something good for someone else. And I’ll keep shopping at Autozone (and learn all I can about alternators).

Great place to get auto parts for new and classic cars. I have both and they are always helpful fast and they most of the time, they have the parts I need if not they can get it fast to the store for me to pick up. They guys are friendly.

Got stuck here on my way out of state and the people here where so amazing helped me with my dead battery and helped replace the alternator in an astro van. Which save us a ton of time and money. A young gentleman from California helped us out, and a woman who I never got their names. They where amazing to us. Great place and amazing people. Will never forget them.

Traveling from Denver after picking up our RV which had just been serviced.RV started to overheat and pulled over to check just out from TrinidadFound that cap for radiator tank had been removedLimped it to your store. Did I say the RV was 36 ft and towing a car. Blocked a lot of the parking lotLynn got us a cap and 2 gallons of antifreeze and sent us to A - 1 transmission to put it in.Lynn a veteran was able to adapt,improvise and overcome and get us back on the road within an hourThat was five star service that we are greatfull for and will share with others. We were on vacation and developed an issue with the alternator, it was Sunday afternoon, no auto repair shops opened, this AutoZone staff, including the manager got us back on the road so that my grandchildren could continue with their spring break skiing trip. If it were not for the staff and manager of this store, they would have missed 2 days of the 3-day skiing trip. Great Folks, this is from a thankful southern.

Way to go AutoZone in TRINADAD COLORADO,😁 now the one in Pueblo on South Northern St and prairie only took two when I walked in with four and had to come back all the way home to Walsenburg co. I had a fan belt break on me about 10 miles north of this store. after the state patrol gave me a ride to this autozone, i found this to be the best autozone i had ever been to . i was covered in trani and power steering fluid and this store still gave me a ride back to my vehicle and helped me get back on the road. Thank God for this staff.

In my own personal opinion it is an Excellent place to work in Trinidad Colorado, I my self come from a military background as well as federal all hazarad response team leader, fedearl wildfire engine boss and it has like walking in to a forgien country for me but with the help of co-workers and bosses which i am sure have been very frusterated with me ay times they have helped the adjustment from federal to civilian life style wotk as .... as comforyabke as possible, I have had yo learn to read them and others differently and realize so many other things . Great job and thank you for working with.

Since when did AutoZone stop carrying blinker relays for Ford. Yes, the standard Ford blinker relay in which the OEM is a blue relay. And when can they have one in stock? AutoZone can not get it, they no longer supply this item; not even a after market replacement.-according to the manager...
