All I can say is Ive never had a bad experience shopping here. Absolutely great employees and the selection of good, quality boots never disappoints. They also have awesome hats and belts. I now own 3 great belts, 3 pairs of amazing boots, a really awesome hat that I absolutely love. If I didnt have any self control, Id spend all my money here for sure

Came here at 6:45 PM on 11/05/2021 and they had already locked their doors and closed!They’re advertised to be open till 7:00 PM, this isn’t the first time this happened, they sell good products but lazy employees that closes early!

Great selection of boots but I wouldnt mind having more variety of hats just didnt have the 1 I was looking for. Too bad but Ill definitely go back for some boots!

I live an hour away and before I left my place I checked their website for store hours. Website said 9am. I get here and their sign on their door says 11am. Why not update your hours on your website? Left and WONT be going back ever!!! 🤬🤬

Extensive selection of western boots, work boots and clothes. Large selection of hats. I came in for a belt, couldnt find my size in the style I wanted. Haley was kind enough to order one in for me. The staff really goes the extra mile here.

I am so upset. I drove all the way out here to pick up my order because I got an email stating it was ready. When I got there, the woman at the register told me that if I didn’t get a call from Jim, that it wasn’t ready and she couldn’t help me. She told me to come back when I got a call. She also told me that people have driven 2 hours to get there when they got the email but their order wasn’t ready.A week later, I called the store to ask if the order was ready and the woman who answered said “if you got the email, it should be ready.” She double checked the back for me and it was ready, yet I never got the call. I wanted these boots a week ago and I’m frustrated that I had to drive all the way out there twice. Giving 2 stars because the pick up order system seems messy. I wasted my time driving just to save $10 on shipping and ended up spending more than that on gas.

The staff was super helpful and they had a huge variety of western apparel, accessories, and boots. Got everything needed for the wedding party.

Nice place to go get a nice pair of boots. Got mine for the same price as if would have got them from Amazon. The difference is the costumer service and you get to try them on and walk around the place . 140 bucks super comfortable. I just got done 5 hours of walking around at the mall and my feet feel happy lol.

Went to buy my boyfriend pants. Every other BB I have been to have price matched but they said BB doesn’t price match so I ended up paying $30 more than I should have. I asked about this at another BB and they said that that particular store pulls a lot of BS. They are supposed to price match everywhere except Amazon. Not going to this store again.

The ladies were very nice and helpful! Tons of boots! A little slim on kid stuff though. I have also found that when you have young man who is almost out of youth sizes NO ONE seems to have over size 6 and the smallest size in mens starts at 7. It makes it super tough to find a size that fits!I would say the only downside from Boot barn is that they dont have a clearance or sale section. You just have to comb through everything to find them.When your on a budget and just want to find something that works and not spend a lot of time combing through everything isnt fun.We found boots and a hat that works so we are happy! I really appreciate the ladies taking time to help me as a 1st time boot shopper!

Autumn was very helpful in finding a boot to fit all of my needs. A little pricey, but not much over MSRP, but the extra few bucks i spent was well worth having help measuring my foot, explaining my options, and finding different boots to try. Settled on a pair of Ariats, they feel good, look good, and have everything I needed in a boot.

This place has an awesome selection of boots and supplies, as well as western wear. The boots are competitively priced. Standard leather run from about $100 to $400 and the exotics (ostrich, shark, crocodile, snake, and even ELEPHANT) start at about $350 and go up from there. The best thing about the place is that the shoes are arranged purely by size with everything on the sales floor, so you dont have to worry about finding something you like and then them not having it in your size. Bonus points for a super friendly staff!

I get their Cady James Square toe work boots they are 179.00. Worth every penny. I walk 8 miles a day in my work facility. They come in contact with oil, water, fats, chemicals, you name it they hold up great. They last me anywhere from 12-13 months consistently. Ive gotten three pairs so far. I also pick up some work clothes but mostly its their boots. They also have a wide variety of country garb which all looks very high quality.

Helpful staff . Dont forget to ask about discounts if you belong to a union. Easy returns if necessary.

Customer service is good. But unless you’re a fashion model, don’t expect to get boots you can work in got two pairs of boots that were defective and had to return both within a couple weeks. When you spend over $200 on a pair of boots, they should last longer than 2-3 weeks. Went back to exchange the second pair, and had none in my size. Apparently men don’t have feet over size 11.

The Boot Barn is a great shop and has more than boots. The carry Los of name brand jeans like Miss Me jeans. I recently visited to check out their jeans and the staff welcomed me in and helped me to find just what I wanted as well get me a dressing room. Love this store! I will be back.

Boot barn claims to have work boots but came to buy some red wing work boots name like boot barn no doubt they have them. . . Nope they dont oh they do online but to the best of my knowledge you cant try those on, and work boots is something I try on before I buy. So one star for you because if its worth having to sell its worth having in the store. If you dont have it in the store than you dont have it to sell period.

Large variety of boots for everyone, even found some to fit size 14.

It was my first time visiting the store. While I did make a purchase, it would have been for a lot more if one of the sales associates that were watching me had ask if I needed assistance. I asked for help from one and she stated that she would return in a minute to assist me; but she never returned. I wish the quality of the service matched that of the product being sold.
