Pass, not enough selection and horrible prices for an Outlet store.

This is the best place in all of the Portland metro area to get running shoes. We trek out here about two or three times a year for just that purpose because they have the best prices on Nike running shoes. And the guys that work here are always ready to help out and they are very friendly too. Great place!

Very rude! High quantity low quality employees they can not handle customer returns without being rude and demeaning oh and the worker that did my return STOLE the excess 10.00 from my purchase and donated it to a charity without my consent

This is not an outlet. The shoes were full price. We went to a retail store right afterwards and they had the exact same shoes for the exact same price.

The shoe store is a customer friendly shop for families with little kids. I found the shoes I was looking for my grand son. The Troutdale shopping outlet is a very friendly place to shop for some quality merchandise at affordable price.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! The girl, whom I believe is the manager was rude. I saw a day later when I reviewed my receipt, she lied and told me she used the $20 off $100 in purchases. She made a joke at my expense. Once my order was delivered, because they didnt have the size I needed, it was the wrong size. Now I have to figure out and return the incorrect ones and reorder the pair that I need. Did I mention she was rude to me?!

If you are at all covid cautious this isnt the place to be. I walked in & found the store packed with people, many without masks, unlike the two other stores I visited. I left
