Dont t go here if you are hungry, but I was able to get away under $35 with a great coupon. There is so much good food there. Cocktail mixes, Moose Munch of many different flavors, cheesecake, picnic boxes, coffee, tea and many jams, salsas and chips, oh my!

Love this place. Wish they were closer. They have great gift items for sending to family back east. Moosemunch the best. Republic teas truffles chocolate covered pretzels. Yum.

Ive been coming to this location with my family for years! I always make sure to stop here if Im ever in the area.I have several favorite things that I like to buy here (I got chocolate covered blueberries this time), and they always have free samples. I especially liked the free coffee samples they had last time. I was surprised at how good the banana cream coffee was!The service was very friendly! Cant wait to come back again!

For the past 10yrs every year I have sent my parents a box of Cream of the Crop Royal Rivera Pears for Christmas because they loved them so much. The past three years the pears have arrived frozen or so badly beat up or over ripe that they were barely consumable or had to be thrown away. Harry & Davids used to be a quality company to trade with and their products could always be counted on for being premium. Unfortunately when new ownership took over they have gotten far more expensive for inferior quality products. I will never ever buy from this company again and will not ever recommend them again. It really is too bad and shame on the new Owners for spoiling an old fashioned great business in the name of making an almighty buck!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You may NOT GET THE REWARDS PROMISED. Placed large order with this company, was initially promised rewards points totaling a $120 voucher. NEVER RECEIVED THE REWARDS. After they read my personal messages to the recipients, they deemed me a business, which they say is ineligible for rewards and did not issue my $120 voucher. It took me 3 months and many calls to find this out. WHAT A SCAM!!!

I usually bake from scratch, but Harry and Davids Maple and Cinnamon scone mix is AWESOME !! They carry several scone mixes, and they are all very easy and very delicious!!!

When I ordered, I had the opportunity to mark my email preferences. I did not want any emails except order-related, and checked the boxes on the form accordingly. H&D have not respected these preferences at all. I have received 4 solicitation emails from them just today, and its only 5pm. I called to complain, and have it corrected, but beware....this is not the company it used to be; they have lost my business.

I always find more than Im looking for.

First, I have to disclose that I continue to be a customer of Harry & David. Im a real estate agent and the pacific northwest aspect of their products (my clients are in Seattle) feels local and proper and the gift towers/boxes tend to delight my clients. The quality of their products is good. Additionally, because I can choose a gift that is heavy on fruit, it works for clients that might have dietary restrictions and also for foreign clients that might not like cheese and salami type items.Having said how good the food products are, I have to say that just about everything else needs improvement in the Harry & David experience. I would gladly jump ship on them if a better company came along along that had the PNW angle.First, they take an enormous amount of time to deliver--two weeks to deliver a basket that is a couple hundred miles from Medford is the norm. in order for this to be a timely closing gift, I have to think way ahead and order a half a month away from the closing date.They also do some rather ridiculous shipping. I ordered a gift box for a client a while back and they had a promotion for cheescakes when I was checking out. I thought sure, okay Ill add a cheescake for this client. They shipped the cheescake right away and it arrived within a few days (like you would expect). However, the box, which was the main gift, took an additional two weeks to arrive. I got a luke-warm thanks for a cheesecake closing gift on the purchase of an $800,000 home. The outcome is that I look cheap and, by extension, dysfunctional. Not the type of impression I want.Secondly, unless you buy the gift card, your gift message is likely to be overlooked. They apparently print the message on the shipping label and include nothing inside the box. I had a client that had no idea I had sent the gift until I had a casual conversation a month later.Thirdly, their customer service has been less than stellar. I received a marketing email that has a savings pass for $60 off my next order (this was an email from Harry & David mind you). I wasnt able to get the site to redeem it so I called customer service. The woman I spoke to was very nice but said she has never heard of such a thing and I could forward the email to her manager and she would call me right back. I forwarded and nobody ever called.UPDATE:Well, I think this is the end my relationship with Harry and David. After my last review I placed an order for a gift basket for a favorite escrow agent of mine that was jsut diagnosed with cancer. I had a $60 credit on my account (I buy, umm used to, a lot of baskets form H&D) and I used it for this purchase. I got the Founders Favorite basket at $90, applied my credit at check-out and paid $30. I dont pay shipping because I buy the annual passport membership which gives free shipping. The basket was delivered after to weeks (8 days before it even shipped) and, lo and behold, my card was charged for the full $90. This is after I went through the check-out process and the credit was supposedly applied.Harry & David really was a fantastic company. Its not anymore. They have seriously dropped the ball in a comprehensive way and I can no longer be their customer. I hope that some day they get their act together. When they do I might give them another go but for the moment I have to shut the door on their dysfunctional operation.
