It took me 5 minutes to order my new 2022 KTM 250 over the phone and I picked it up a month later. Total time to buy was less than a half hour. Thats how easy it is to shop here. Great staff to deal with. Love this place!
Everyone at edelmann was great with me. I ordered my te300i through them and called once a week to check on it. They were patient each time and actually looked into delivery time for me. Once the bike came they set me up right away. Gave me a great deal on any parts I needed answered all my questions. I really cant sat enough nice about them. They are a 2 hour drive for me and worth every minute of it. They will continue to have my business. Great shop. Great people

In short, I called them and told them what I want. They told me they had it at very reasonable price, there were no xyz costs discussed. I traveled, four hours with a van full of family, they had the motorcycle ready with no bad surprises, only a warm welcome and careful planning to complete the sale.I can tell they are very professional and warm people, it was my best purchasing experience and I will go again, Heck I will find excuses to come visit edelmann :).

Friendly and Knowledgeable.I currently own 4 motorcycles and I will tell you that Edelmann was the most welcoming store to purchase a motorcycle from. They do not nickle and dime you for freight and assembly. Their price is what they tell you, not like the other dealerships in Brunswick.I just purchased a KTM 1090 Adventure R from Edelmanns. I only communicated with Heidi and Cody, and both were remarkably knowledgeable and upfront. I just picked up the bike and am extremely happy. I hope to do more business with them in the future. I see a 1290 in my future. LOL!!
Ktm, Polaris, and Husqavarna are the stars of this family run business. Tucked away on a dirt road off a dirt road Edellmans lies right off of a few major trail intersections. From Snowmobiles to Four Wheelers and Side by sides Edelmann has it all for your outdoor adventure needs. They even sell and service Husqavarna chainsaws. Changing gear along with the seasons this is the place thats sure to keep your adventures going. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I personally purchased a Polaris Sportsman this spring and love it and the service I receive from the crew here.

Put used electrical components on my bike. Didn’t charge for the used coil wire they “had laying around” but I didn’t bring my bike to my buddies garage, this is a dealer where I’d expect new for the price paid. Rebuilt motor well, however broke a wire going to TPS, and gave my bike back with a fault code on the dash. Then tried giving me another used TPS plug, of the wrong type to fix it myself. Told front desk it was the wrong plug, was relayed a message that I “should be able to make it work”. No customer service, mechanics directly deal with issues. Spent close to $2000 here, apparently new electrical connectors weren’t included in that. UPDATE: Used coil wire has since failed in about a week. Maybe give specific instructions to use all NEW parts if you bring your machine here for service.

I went there to get my transmission rebuilt told them to do nothing else dropped it off running and starting get there it needs a new battery and starter solenoid ($200) then they said 2 1/2 weeks till they could start transmission 4 weeks later getting call saying they have looked at it now 2 months later finally getting back.Do not come hereIt is a horror showDon’t care about you’re machinesDO NOT COME HERE

From day 1 the entire staff were very professional, courteous and personable. Qualities that seem to be fading in the service business lately. My purchase started with Heidi. She orchestrated the financing and purchase contract effortlessly and within 24 hours. Cody handled all my questions about the bike and helped with my gear selections. In the end I decided on the Husqvarna TE150I for the trails I intend on riding the most. He even recommended some suspension adjustment settings which turned out very helpful in correcting the front end washing out on me.My story doesnt end here. I purchased the bike the first week of January 2020. I was able to put 7 hours on the bike within the next 6-7 weeks. About 2 weeks past the warranty period, the motor started to have excessive vibrations and an evil chattering.This is where I started dealing with Dillan in service. With the bikes warranty expired, I was slightly concerned was headed for a battle. But after a short conversation with Cody and Dillan, I was confident everything would be handled. The entire motor was rebuilt including replacement of cylinder, piston and crank bearing. The culprit was a burred piston that destroyed the cylinder.Husqvarna and Edelmanns both stood firmly behind their product and returned my bike in under 2 weeks. I immediately took the TE for a 3 hour ride. No problems, no vibrations, no chattering and more importantly, no injuries. Very happy with the TE150I, the Financing Package and the service provided.I highly recommend Edelmanns and Husqvarna.Thomas Dingley

I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. Just picked up a ktm 50sx mini and Ktm 85sx small wheel for both my kids from them. I want to thank you so much for fixing my problem and treating me after hours and waiting for us to come down there. It is worth it because the next day I had a race and I got third place if it wasn’t for them I would’t of Gotten to race. We haven’t had a problem since they fixed it. Made the call, got a price, gave deposit over the phone, took the 125 mile drive, picked up a 2018 EXCF 500, in and out in minutes. No nonsense surprises. The sale transaction was very smooth.
I worked with cody, who was very helpful and attentive. He was only willing to give a non-refundable deposit, which I totally understand. But he attended to all my needs on my bike and made changes when I asked. He, along with several other members of the staff explained components of my bike to me and made special adjustments.

Im the nicest guy on the planet. And I do believe that a shop has to make money to keep the shop running.... BUT when you overcharge a kid for putting in a basic tube I think thats wrong....The tube was $20.00 the dude charged 1/2 labor to install the tube..... The grand total was 53.00 bucks....More to install the tube the the tube cost...... Not cool..not cool...
Very disappointed in this place since I have a few in my inner circle that highly reccomended them. My first experience was when I brought my sons ktm50 in when it started smoking. I told them to go through the whole thing and let me know what needs done. I get a call back that it was overheating because the propeller in the water pump went. So new pump along with rear break pads are due, clutch should be replaced since it got burned up. I agreed lets do it all figuring I dont have the time and Ill get it back being 100%. I also asked if they could replace the arm on the kickstart since its loose and rattles against the exhaust. Nothing wrong with it but very annoying. $900 bucks later I pick it up and get it home. The first time I go to kick it over and the arm sticks in the down position. Sticks hard enough that I cannot pull it back up. I have to repeatedly kick it to get it unstuck. This happens over and over. So I call them after being home for 20 min. I explain whats going on and I get that has nothing to do with us. Alls we did was replace the arm from the outside. It sounds like there might be shavings in there from the burnt up clutch. Might have to open it up and clean it out. I reply with listen with all due respect I was able to easily kick this bike over several times before I brought it to you. I would just kill it before it got that hot. Sorry man nothing to do with us. Now as a business owner myself. I was expecting something like bring it back over and we will take a look at it. I wasnt expecting a freebie right away but definetly expected some help with i . Its a big coincidence that after they put a new kick arm on it sticks consistently.My 2nd experience after that was today and ended my relationship with them. I needed parts for my polaris 500, I go in and buy what I thought I needed. One part I thought needed was a new ecm. $150 part. I get home and immediately plug it in to find out that wasnt my issue. I call and asked about another part that I may need and ask will take this back right? I just left there so its brand new. I get no we wont. We dont take returns on electronic parts. Its pretty common in our industry to not accept returns on electrical parts. Are you kidding me? I would be fine if it was mentioned in any of the conversations. From when I first called and discussed the part to when I was at the counter paying for it. No mention of no returns.

My experience started great saw edelmans local garage online and having had problems in the past with my current garage I decided to give edelmans service a try. This was a mistake. Very nice shop interior but thats as good as it got. Dropped my crf250r 2009 off for a simple break job as the rear caliper had locked up after a fluid leak. Was told it would be a few weeks. That usually would mean about 2 maybe 3 in my book. Unfortunately after 48 days I was called to come pick the bike up, they had also adjusted the clutch lever replaced the clutch lever and perch which I did appreciate however today I finally got to put some time on the bike AND THE REAR BRAKES ARE NOT REPAIRED. After about about half hour of riding and a hard press of the rear brakes downhill they failed to release causing me to be stuck in the trails for a long period of time and having to remove the break pad to be able to escape the woods. Bc of the lack of communication and honesty on time periods as well as the pricey repair not even being done corectly I cannot reccomend this shop to anyone. Thank you.

While plowing with the wheeler, a radiator tee snapped, probably due to age and the extreme cold yesterday, January 20th, 2019. I contacted Edelmann Sales through their Facebook page at 730am, and someone responded. On a Sunday. In a blizzard. They were open until Noon. On a Sunday. In a blizzard. And they had the part. Awesome showroom, helpful owners and staff.
My experience with Edelmanns was very good. I was in contact with Tim for some time before making a purchase with them. He was extremely helpful with options and prices. My experience in store was very good when I went to look at the machine the employees stayed with me and answered all kinds of random questions I had and when it came down to it helped to get me an unbeatable price on the machine I chose that I couldnt walk away from. The buying process was painless and took minutes, and all registration was taken care of by them. When it came to pick up they worked around my crazy schedule and got the machine out the door. Really a top notch experience that I would suggest to anyone considering buying a nice new Polaris, Husky, or KTM!
These positive reviews must be old. Terrible service. One guy working on a ton of machines. Kept mine for a month before calling after being told one week. Then they hit me with a thousand dollar bill to do some minor maintenance.

Drove a good way to get my 09 yz250f worked on. staff was real nice but that was the end of the good. mechanic dillon said he thought my tps was bad and the bike ran good with it unplugged on the 2d mapping. after 20 min on the web was clear that needed to be replaced.i told him i would rather just order the part and put it in so i could get my bike back asap. he said he would pull one of a friends bike and see if that fixed the problem only be a couple days.(awesome what a good guy). not after 4 weeks he still had not tried the tps in my bike and when he did return my calls he said because i told him id been working on the problem for a month that he would get to it when he could and that was ok because it took me over a month and i couldnt figure out the problem. so long story short i picked up the bike with nothing fixed and paid around 140 for a diagnosis and two wheel bearings which also had not been put in yet. When i went there to talk to him (40 min drive) he was to busy working on an engine to come talk to me. i would not recommend spending a dime in that establishment. update brought the bike to pro cycles in clifton park they fixed the problem the same day and it was cheaper then the dianosis here which was the wrong diagnosis. go there its worth the drive
