This is actually the second time I have had my car at Global Collision. Let me start by saying I am very particular about my car and since it is not an easy color to try to match, I did not want to just bring it to anywhere. After the first visit I knew this was the only place I was bringing my car from now on. Jack and his team once again went above and beyond the entire time and the final product is flawless. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about quality work.
I took my vehicle there after I was rear ended and they exceeded my expectations in every way! The BS Manager Jack was friendly, efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. The BS Manager took care of every detail when it came to my insurance claim which brought a great deal of relief to me. My repairs were handled quickly and my car looks great! The painter Tony there did an excellent job w my paint repairs making my vehicle look like it was brand new off the lot. I could not be more pleased with Global Collision! Make sure to check them out next time your car needs any kind of body work or paint, they will take wonderful care of you!!!

I cant say enough about the guys at Global Collison/Lincoln of Troy and what an incredible job they did with customizing my Daughters 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon which was for her 16th birthday when she saw her car for the first time she almost fainted and its truly a moment that she will remember for the rest of her life! Every dealer and Paint shop I went said they couldnt do the job and Jack Beaver and Tony (extremely talented painter) took on the challenge and the result was amazing. I Personally feel like Jack and Tony are friends and family members now. This place is a hidden gem and I will recommend it to everyone. After having several horrible experiences at my local dealership (5 minutes from my home) I decided to drive across town to the Lincoln of Troy dealership. From the first phone conversation with the body shop director Jack Beaver made me feel that it was going to be worth the drive. It was such a pleasurable experience from the beginning to the end. I cant say enough about Jack. His customer service skills are excellent!!!!! His friendly manner and and professional attitude will keep me coming back. He went above and beyond to see that I was happy.Being a woman it was truly refreshing to be treated with respect in a dealership. I do hope Lincoln of Troy knows that they have a great employee!!!
I would like to let everyone know the great experience I had with Lincoln of Troy. My car was hit and I needed body shop repair. I first reached out to my favorite guy in service Michael Porath. He made sure I had a loaner for the 2 weeks my car would be in the body shop. He then introduced me to the body shop manager Jack Beaver. He made sure my car would be taken care of and not to worry about a thing. I picked up my car today like promised and it came out beautiful! Thanks guys! Without a doubt, the most positive automotive related experience I have ever had. Jack Beaver was professional, courteous, thorough and communicated as promised. The work performed was meticulous and even better than expected. My Lincoln was beautifully cleaned and detailed when we picked it up and I could not be happier. This is the FIRST time in 46 years of driving that I will go out of my way to refer an auto related service company and will tell my entire client & friend network to call Jack. Great experience! I would highly recommend Lincoln of Troy Collision Center to anyone getting repairs done on their vehicles. Jack was extremely helpful and always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle being repaired. He went above and beyond with detailing my car, fixing my license plate holder and even gave me a ride to Enterprise when they forgot to pick me up for my loner car! Jack went above and beyond to get my car fixed and work with insurance to coordinate my rental. They did an excellent job on the repair - and worked within the price estimated. Will definitely come back here if I need any other repairs in the future. Highly recommended!!In looking at other reviews, I have to note that I can’t imagine this team getting anything other than excellent ratings. As I understand it, there has been a change in ownership, and they now have an excellent operation!
I had issues with my four wheel drive shaft on my f-150 and brought it to Lincoln of Troy for service. I was only home for a long weekend and dropped my truck off Friday morning to get it fixed. The service was exponential there and they got my truck right in. I was able to pick it up Monday by lunch. I was very impressed with both the quality or work and the excellent customer service. I Would highly recommend Lincoln of Troy.
Great service from Jack and the team here. They repaired significant damage from an accident making the car look brand new. Got a loaner car and everything went seamlessly. Jacks communication and updates were great. I never had to wonder whats going on as he always kept me up to speed. Highly recommend Jack and team!

I cannot recommend Global Collision enough! Ive never had to have body work done on my car, and my vehicle was damaged shortly before I had to turn in my lease. I was in a panic not knowing where to go or how the process worked. Jack Beaver took great care of me and was extremely patient; he explained how the whole process worked including the insurance aspect, and he updated me every step of the way. They fixed my Jeep promptly and it looked great. Thank you again!
This place is awesome. As a woman I am always really nervous About taking my van to get fixed. My a/c went out and I got a couple of quotes that were really expensive. I took it to global, they were honest, explained what they had to do to fix and explained the cost. I was very impressed and I wasnt getting ripped off. Highly recommend!!! I also sent two of my close friends here to have their vechiles fixed. They were quick in repairs and they were also highly satisfied.
Was treated very professionally and kind. Jack helped me with all my concerns and questions. Very nice!Promised to have it finished on Wednesday which usually means Friday or Monday but it was ready on Wednesday. Not only finished but washed and vacuumed!

I have nothing but awesome things to say about Global Collision and their staff. I worked with Jack and he kept me updated on a regular basis about my vehicle. When my vehicle was returned it was like new. I live about 40 min from their location but will gladly drive past other collision shops to work with them again.

So I took my Lexus to be repaired here after initially wanting to take it where I normally go which is Service King and Kim convinced me to stay because she would take 200 but then turned into 50$ off the deductible. The car was there for over a month she told me she would cover any extra days for the rental. It went one day over because I tried to pick my car up at 4:45 theyre business hours say they close at 5:30 which gave me more than enough time. I call and say im coming for my car the man who works there says today they are closing at 5. So the next day I go to return my rental and they want to charge me $36.51 for the extra day and I call Kim at global impact and ask her to cover that charge as she said she would she then tells me the car had been ready the day before so shes not responsible to pay it. So ive been telling her that I had tried to come and pick my car up at 4:45 because their place of business says its open till 530 but the gentleman I spoke with told me today they are closing at five so I couldnt pick my car up. Then she says to me thats not true they are always open till 5:30 PM. So after explaining this to her I ask her to please cover the charge of $36.51 as a customer who was without a car for a month and had a $8,000.00 claim and still having to pay almost full $500.00 deductible I asked her to please make a check available to hertz car rental for $36.51 because that was her word and she already lied about the shop staying open until 5:30pm. When I ask her to please just cut a check she says she doesnt have checks. Then I ask her if she can take it out of my deductible and she says no because the PaperWorks already drawn up. I run a business as well and Ive never heard of a business not having business checks. They are fast talkers, if you plan on taking your car here for repair I would record all conversation with Kim because her word is meaningless. She probably doesnt even understand that its not about the $36 its about the principle. Never recommending or coming back. Also the work was not done right I had a light come on a few days later but do not trust to take it back here. The light that came on has caused my cruise control to stop working as well as the collision assist and also has affected my Bluetooth to continuously call people and I can not hang it up. I did not want to come back here but my car shut off while I was driving and was nearby and had to bring it here. So I asked if I could speak to Kim or whoever.... the guy on the phone says ya let me get Mr whoever for you. Im only writing this because I am not going to be responsible for anything being incorrectly fixed again or being responsible for something they did incorrectly when I ever take this car back to the dealership. I am hoping that Rob will correctly fix my vehicle in a timely manner. And maybe you shouldnt have a business if you dont know how to at least pretend to like dealing with customers.
Horrible experience Ive ever had with an Auto Body shop. Only reason why I took my vehicle here was because of my co-worker who referred me saying they do amazing work. I took my 2014 Mercedes benz there and the first time I got my car back the job wasntt done right. Scratches over the newly fresh painted hood, bumper, fender, and the rest of the car. Rob the manager told me they took the car through the car wash when they were suppose to hand wash the car. Also my side rail moldings and my window gaskets were broken/misplaced. My hood wasnt aligned right nor can you open the hood. The bumper was also sticking out and I was furious. The second time they tried to fix it and they couldnt do it right. I contacted the owner saying I want to take my car somewhere else to get the job done right because obviously your shop isnt experience to do so. He asked me to bring it back one more time promising me it will be done right. Third time i come back and get my car the mercedes emblem was falling off my temp sensor was misplaced and they did not get the scratches off. I told them i am done and im moving to FL that same day and i will send them an estimate on how much it will be to fix those issues. Rob told me to send him the estimate. On my way Down to Florida i had to stop in Tennessee because my bumper was falling off. After an 20mins of trying to get my hood open which they were suppose to fix I noticed they didnt put the screws on my bumper attaching it to the car. I called rob the very next day and he said we are sorry but the tech rushed to put your car back together and forgot to put the screws back in. After a month of getting settled in i took my car for an estimate and emailed rob. They stopped answering my phone calls and once i got him on the phone he told me we are not going to fix your car we can see you in court. I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE. All they want is your money.
The lady who answered the phone was super rude. Looks like Im taking my MKZ to Suburban Collision then.
