BY FAR THE BEST AROUND!!!The owner Jeff went above and beyond and his crew did an amazing job on my truck after I hit a deer on the expressway. I truly cant say enough good things about Jeff and Quality Coach Collison. Jeff took care of everything including lining up a rental for me and dealing one on one with my insurance company and his communication was outstanding keeping me informed constantly on the progress and he really made my unfortunate situation as smooth as possible for me. My truck came out beautiful and he even had it washed and shining like a mirror when I picked it up. I decided to bring my vehicle to Jeff because of his long outstanding reputation of professionalism and Quality and I could not be happier that I did and honestly recommend Quality Coach Collison above all others so if you are looking for that old school caring family based company that treats you like family then Quality Coach is the only place to go.Its all in the name Quality CoachThanks a Million Jeff and Quality Coach Collison!

They take care of every aspect including dealing with insurance companies! Our entire family has used them for the smallest matter to big issues and every time very pleased with the results!!!

Quality Coach was one of the shops listed with my insurance companies as they had met certain criteria. They surpassed anything I could imagine, they called ME after I chose them with my agent. Linda called and set up the estimate which was done promptly and a time was arranged to drop the car off. The detail in determining the repairs was exceptional as nothing was missed, I felt I was at the right place.Obviously they are in demand and when my car would not be ready as estimated, due to the amount of business they had, Jeff arranged a rental car for me for the weekend. I was picked up and taken to get the rental and when my car was ready I dropped it off and the rental company took me back to the shop.When I picked up my car I was completely impressed by the quality of work, the car was perfect. The interior was detailed and looked amazing,. My car was repaired to perfection. Jeff and his team did service in abundance. I could not be happier.

Absolutely fantastic service. I did a number on my vehicle (some of which was inexcusably my fault) and Jeff at Quality Coach was both courteous and personable throughout the entire process. There were three separate repairs that needed to be made, and at the end of the process, I was impressed by how utterly unable I was to discern any evidence of the original damage. The initial quote I received was also completely reasonable and comparable to the final amount I paid.All in all, Im almost looking forward to the next time I make a boneheaded decision and damage my car, because at the very least, I know Ill be treated well at Quality Coach.

We were very pleased with our experience at QCC. Everyone is super nice and they do great work.

My experience with the owner of Quality Coach was much more than I could have wished for. My CR-V was rear-ended in an accident and sustained significant damage. Due to a terrible “pothole” winter, the caseload at the facility was huge. My rental car was not covered by my insurance so the length of time that my car was being repaired was important. Linda, the front desk angel, called me to keep me updated and the shop texted regularly with updates. I was finally able to drive my car home and felt very satisfied with the attention, contact and quality of service that they provided.. I will highly recommend this group of people !

Quality Coach has been the best repair experience Ive had. Attention to detail on the repairs as well as the customer needs. I have now had them repair my cars a few times and each time the experience is outstanding!

I have dealt with Jeff Conroy 3 times in the past two years, and every encounter has been a positive one. He fixed my Chevy Impala when I smashed the fender into a stop sign during the icy road conditions during Michigan Winters, also repaired my dashboard when a burglar broke in and stole my navigation screen. Also fixed my new Chrysler when it was rear-ended in the summer.This is the only place to take your car when you need repairs. The owner will personally take care of you every time which seems rare nowadays. This is the only shop that will have your car in and out, no worries no hassle, no nonsense!

Ive rarely been so invisible. I now know about their delinquent electric bill since that was what the young woman who was supposed to be the receptionist was discussing over the phone. In a side room I could hear men laughing (lunch bunch) but no one had the slightest interest in why I came in. I left and went to another collision business. They obviously are so successful that their business model is to ignore potential customers.

This place was great at one point; now their work is really bad and the (lack of) customer service from the owners son leaves a lot to be desired. Im still unhappy with the last car I took there and in the end I paid them (just so I didnt have to deal with them anymore) & have decided to take it elsewhere to fix their mistakes.
