I had my truck repaired twice this year at The Collision Shop and both experiences were wonderful. Brad was great! He kept me informed on the entire process and was very helpful with the many questions I had. I was unhappy about having to take my truck in twice due to accidents that were no fault of my own. However, Brad and his team got my vehicle fixed quickly and it looks nice! The inside of my vehicle was vacuumed which was very nice of them to do. Also, my rental vehicle was free both times which I was very happy about. I highly recommend this place for a professional and quality service from start to finish!

When you call ask for Brad! I was in a fender bender where I was not at fault. He took care of the estimate and got it to insurance. He also covered a rental / loaner car for 4 days while waiting for my car to be repaired. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Brad for body work in the future. He’s honest, straight forward and will take care of your problems with care.

Our car had extensive front end damage on the driver side. We didn’t have collision coverage. When comparing estimates, The Collison Shop’s was the best one. It turned out that the estimate was quite accurate, and Brad the owner gave us additional discount at completion.Not only the price was good, it was also completed ahead of schedule, and in good quality. And we can bring the car back there anytime if something not to our liking.Brad also arranged for a rental car.But his service did not end there. Later it was found that the electrical system worked erratically from the collision and was beyond the scope of an auto body shop’s ability to fix. He personally drove behind our car to ensure that we could get to the auto mechanic shop safely. And when again the problem was too complex for a regular mechanic shop and we needed to bring it to the dealer instead, Brad sent a staff to help.

Fantastic job! I was in a car accident and not at fault so they did all the paperwork and was in contact with me during the repair. The job was done on time as promised and the car looks incredible. I can’t thank them enough.

Really satisfied with this company. I brought my vandalized car in on Monday and had it back by Wed. Brad walked me through the whole process. He helped me get a rental and even drove me to them . My car looks great . He even touched up some spots that had nothing to do with my insurance claim . The quality of the work is great . They even cleaned my car inside and out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. He is a SCAM ARTIST! First and foremost he did a mediocre repair on my impala. He charged for new parts but used used parts. I didn’t complain because I had been a month without my car due to COVID and the insurance company moving slow. Nevertheless the repair job was not worth the $6000 he charged my insurance company. Then, He offers a warranty on his work but does not honor it. My bumper fell off while I was driving and he refuses to fix it under the warranty that he gave. The undercloth that he replaces also came off and he refuses to replace it. This guy does bad work and bad business. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!

I was referred to The Collision Shop Troy on Tuesday, August 21, 2019 because the Maple location was unable to fit my car in (I was leaving for Nashville that Friday). Not only was Brad able to fit me in, his tech did an awesome job. The entire staff was friendly and delivered on the promise. My car was fixed on time allowing me to hit the road Friday. Also, Brad was honest and saved me a few $$$ in not doing a repair that was not necessary. I really appreciate that and I will return.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The people were respectful, helpful, polite, and professional. Brad was always responsive and did his best to work with my insurance company to get things covered. They had a good relationship with Hertz down the street, so it was very easy coordinating the rental car during the repairs. The discount on the deductible was clear, and they applied the promised amount. The quality of the work was superb. Ive now had the car back for about 6 weeks and have had no issues whatsoever. It looks great, the paint matches, and the repaired areas look new. A relative, an insurance adjuster, remarked that they did a great job. Overall, Im very satisfied with my experience working with them and the job they did repairing my car. While I hope not to have to need to use a collision shop again, I would come back here should the need arise.

Brad Gandhi and the collision shop were very prompt and informative about my car and its case. They were very open and helpful in bringing my car back to shape after a crash. They fixed my car and put it back on road in a reasonable time.Backed up by their lifetime warranty, after fix, I had couple of issues with my car and the collision shop was more than happy to help me with the issues. One of the issues were very tough to replicate and Fix, Brad went extra mile and sent the car to dealership for a complete inspection and getting the issue addressed. Eventually the issue was fixed. Through the process they have been answering my calls and giving me updates on what was happening.

Very fair and honest and they always do a great job. I dont even bother to get quotes from other shops. I totally trust them to do a good job and Brad is excellent to deal with. Would use no one else.

Extremely friendly and professional. Every employee and the owner treated me as a respected and real person and they understood and tried their best to help me out. Unfortunately I went in for some minor work that wasnt such a minor repair (due to unforeseen circumstances) and ultimately didnt go through with it; but they were able to offer an alternative and I did do that; the work seems top notch and Im happy with both the price and the end result for what they did for me.

Think twice before going to Brad.i went in for my Toyota Camry after a collision and he “fixed” my bumper, as he said, as I was leaving the bumper was visibly loose, minor I’d say, but he said to come back and he’ll fix it. Once I took the car home the bumper is completely loose and is visibly coming off. I went back to him and he is claiming that I damaged the bumper and is trying to charge me more for fixing his screw up! All in all, he comes off as a “great” guy but this guy is the ultimate scammer. Not sure how and why he has a bunch of 5 star reviews but I would really go somewhere else unless you want to deal with unnecessary bull

I first went to the dealership collision shop and would have had to pay a $500 deductible. Then I did some research and came across this place and found out they help pay for your deductible! Brad there is very nice and makes an honest effort in saving you the most money. My insurance policy wouldnt pay for my rental right away because my car was drivable but my AC wasnt working. I had to wait for my insurance to approve and start the repair before paying for a rental. He made a point to my insurance that my bumper was hanging and was a potential hazard on the road so he convinced them to pay for my rental while I waited for the approval. They have a lifetime warranty on their repair and paid my $500 deductible!! So glad I didnt go to the dealership. This was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! I definitely recommend this place over the dealership collision shop. You wont regret it!!

This is my second time that Ive used Brads place for repairs, and Ive been so satisfied with both times. I have a blue fusion that was rear-ended and then a few years later Id went over a rock and cracked the bottom panel. The paint matched perfectly and the car looked like new both times. The first time, Brad helped me deal with my insurance company and saved me boo-coo bucks. He up on all the state R&Rs with deductibles, etc. Really sharp guy.

Brad and his entire crew were courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job on my vehicle. He gave me a prompt and thorough estimate, worked with me to help me cut the costs where I could, and got my car back to me in way less time than I expected. Excellent service from start to finish. Had my car reviewed, inspected by insurance, and, repaired - all in a weeks time. The friendly staff offered to work with their car rental alliance and my insurance to provide a loaner that will be covered by my insurance (i.e. no cost to me!).The repair work was done professionally, in a timely manner. The staff also offered to pick me up when the car was ready (as I couldnt find a ride to the shop)!Ive referred several of my friends to this place and they all have had a very good experience.

I brought my car in to get a new passenger side mirror and front fender after a small collision. They ordered the parts and painted the fender to the paint code on the car. I was unable to leave my car with them to be able to get a perfect paint match. When I went to pick up my car, the paint color was a match but, the metal flake pattern was not correct. I was able to leave my car with them for a couple of days in order for them to fix it and when I went to pick it up, the color and pattern match were perfect.All in all, I am very satisfied with the services provided by them.

I worked with Brad and Henry. The quote was reasonable and they were very accommodating around my schedule. I left the car on Sunday and it was done by Friday when I returned from a business trip. While I had to deal with the pain of being in an accident and a banged up car, The Collision Shop made the quote and repair process painLESS!

I was told three weeks for repairs and my car sat for over a week before they even started repairs, for a total of 4 1/2 weeks on repairs, I received no updates. When I was finally told the car was ready i had to wait around for hours for them to clean up my car because the paint job was done so horribly. They missed damage, and my undercarriage protective pieces were missing and was brushed off multiple times.. guy told me “what do you want me to do about it” and “ that was like that”... the entire job was done horribly just because I’m a girl.... I feel so unbelievably scammed... also the guy told me there was no delay on my car when I asked about it ... I was told the 6th then the 12th and then the 18th so how it that not a delay without explanation of what is going on.... BRAD is a scam artist and a lair

I had a really bad experience at the artmoran dealership the last time I needed collision work(AVOID DEALERSHIPS!!). This time I decided to go with the Collision Shop on 14 mile. I called the shop and Brad handled my case, I have to say they did a really good job. I never write reviews but I had to put this out here.. I ended up having them do some touch up work on my second car and I was very impressed with the work.. I highly recommend this shop they did a really good job..

Ive had the worst experience with this place. It took over three weeks for minor damage to be repaired. Opted for the discount, not the loaner car. They then had to fix the painting because they didnt paint the parts they were supposed to and the parts they did paint didnt match. My hood wouldnt match agree they were done. I had to pay extra to fix this and it took another two weeks to fix with no loaner. After this, my horn was removed, broke, and not replaced. Had to go back again. Overall, I was without a car for over five weeks. They dont do what they promise, they never meet timelines, and theyre work is very questionable. Not recommended!

Staff and Owner were very helpful and friendly. Needed a dent fixed to replace my burnt bulb and they fixed it in a timely manner. They also replaced both bulbs now i dont have to worry about other one getting burnt for a while. Overall great experience and coming back again for future collision needs!

Worst customer service. Secretary Caroline, tells me she will get, Ghetto on my ass, because I told her they have no choice but to fix their mistakes that the insurance paid them for. I was in a car accident and they got over 10k from the insurance, so after i picked it up, things started to happen and they didnt want to deal with it. My hood was placed on wrong, causing it to hit the wipers and causing a dent and paint to be scrapped off. Two technicians at the dealers wrote out a full report of what they did wrong and the rude ass secretary tells me thats not their problem and they wont fix it. Then tells me she will get ghetto on me lol. They also gave me my car back dirty after the 1st repairs and the scratches not patched up until i said something about it. Worst service i have ever seen.

I would give this place a zero rating if I can. I had given my car for a minor repair which was estimated for a 5 day work. Today is 4th week and they do not have a date by which then will even know when my car will be ready. The guy who took the car will not answer or call me back from last 9 days. They say that the technician that was handling my car did not handle my car in the right way so they FIRED him and my car is with a new Technician who has 8 more cars and he does not know when he will get back to my car. On Aug 20th (9 Days back) they told that the front door was bad and it was supposed to be replaced but the expert technician put more time and saved the door and the car will be ready in 2 days. No update, no calls, no call back. Finally from Aug 24th (3rd week) a new person starting talking and assured that she will take care of the car but did not have any update on the car. After calling every day on Aug 27th she completes her investigation (Her words) on the car and tells me that it is the back door that had to be replaced. On Aug 30th I call and they do not have a date when the car will be fixed. By the way sill the original sales guy who took the car will not call me back for some reason and no one seems to know when he will be back in the office. The update I get today is that my car is one of the 8 cars that is with a technician and the do not know when he can get to the car and when it will be ready. I still do not know how well they will do the car but take my advice and avoid this place if you can. They tell you to avoided insurance claim because auto shop will use cheap stuff if we use insurance as they feel the insurance companies will not pay them good. Cannot believe that I got trapped in this place.
