Karen & Len were very friendly and wonderful to deal with. My windshield was completed on time and everything seems to be fine. Price was comparable to other companies, but they were so easy to deal with that Im glad I went with them.

Henderson Glass did an amazing job replacing the windshield on my 2000 Porsche Boxster.They got genuine glass from Porsche not some cheap knockoff like Safelite wanted to do for me. And they got the glass fast, they said it would take a week for them to get it and it came in a week. Then scheduling an appointment for it to get installed was hassle free, I dropped the car off at 8am and it was ready before noon.If you have an old or special car, this is 100% the place to go. But even if you drive a Honda Civic youll be sure to get much better customer service here than anywhere else.Thanks to Len, Karen, Mario, and Chris, I had a smile on my face the whole way home.

Yes it was a warranty repair of a windshield but I was thankful that my insurance company uses them for repairs or replacement. Have had a number of new windshields done at the Troy store over the years as well. This time Karen and Jim combined to get me scheduled at a convenient time for me and Marin and Chris did a flawless install of OEM glass that left all the electrical stuff in fine working order. Great folks doing a great job!

Great experience all around. Full service including calibration of my sensors after replacing windshield (others did not do this). Great work, on time, friendly, professional, easy to work with. Plus they worked directly with insurance and I just had to pay deductible. Make it easy on yourself and go to a great local company!

I took a new garage coach light in to see if they could cut a piece of glass for one of the pieces that had broken during shipping. They told me they could and would look for a scrap piece to cut from and didnt charge me. That kind of service is rare. Thank you.

Nik @ Troy location was an excellent technician and he was very responsible and truly concerned about my problem with the car windshield and got me in scheduled in time so I don’t have to drive with broken windshield ... not just this but he cut me a great deal with full windshield replacement ... really appreciate that Nik..he communicated with me well and called me back with better deal ( how many people do that lately) thank you and would highly recommend this place.

They were able to fix my house window quickly. And I’m surprised it wasn’t expensive at all. I really thought I was going to end up paying $300 to fix the window but it didn’t cost me even $100. Great friendly front desk ladies to! The one may have the name Karen, but she’s awesome!

Great service, just today a rock hit my windshield and made a chip smaller than a quarter however Henderson glass got me in and out. They did a great job to fill in the chip before it start spreading

Referred by Firestone in Madison heights to come here. Everything from service to install and payment was reasonable & professional. Had a Saturday appointment to replace windshield. Instructions were to drop off 8am-9am and then come pick it up before 1pm, because that’s when they close. They finished before 1pm and the glass is pretty good so far, high quality for the most part. There’s a reasonable charge for the installation, but you can charge it to your car insurance. Everyone was in following COVID-19 guidelines as well, wearing masks.

Henderson Glass made it easy! I had a cracked windshield and my insurance agent recommended Henderson Glass. I called and easily got set up to get it fixed. Henderson Glass coordinated with my insurance company, and got me a convenient appointment at a nearby branch. The folks at the branch we professional, capable, pleasant and efficient. All went smoothly and I was set to go sooner than I expected. everything looked great and the instructions as to what to do and not to do for the first 24 hours were clear and reasonable. Office person was Karen Shanon and the windshield replacer was Josh Marin.

Worst place, not recommended, customer service unprofessional, placed an order for a glass for my kitchen cabinet, product never delivered and they never called to update on order status.

Emailed while closed during pandemic, corporate called back and said someone will call within a couple days because they are reopening for business. I never received a call and called myself on getting quoted for side mirrors replaced on BMW. I spoke with a lady and she instantly said no, I needed to go to a dealer. I ordered online, watched a YouTube video and installed myself within minutes. Would of paid double what paid online for convenience but I guess they didn’t need the business but I guess I saved some money. Thanks to the lady that said do to the dealer.

Called with a question about cutting and drilling a mirror and the woman on the phone was very short and rude. Not sure what her issue is but I’ll go elsewhere.

This was my third separate time in to them. The first two times they fixed chips, one so bad it looked like a bullet hole from a stone off the expressway on a while away on a weekend hiking trip. I was convinced it couldn’t be patched. They were very confident it could be done. It was and that patch out lasted the windshield! Earlier this winter I picked up another chip which turned into a crack before I could get in to have it patched. I knew I was going to need it replaced before end of summer. Well I washed my Wrangler to get all the mud off and that caused the small crack to become crack so large it bifurcated my entire windshield! I got a quote for the MOPAR windshield and ordered it. The next day I was able to bring it in for installation, though they did offer to come to me, but our recent stretch of rainy weather left me squiffy on having them come to me. When I arrived to drop it off the offered to drive me to work and then to bring my Jeep back to me! Not only did they go above and beyond with that, but they also reattached my fire department sticker AND even my oil change sticker! They really offered me the white glove treatment and I will continue to tell people about what great service we got!!

I got a small chip/crack in my car’s windshield and called the Troy location to see if I could get an appointment the same day. I was told no appointment necessary as long as I came an hour before they closed— great! When I got there, I was helped by Karen, who had taken my phone call earlier. I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes and the crack was repaired and is barely visible, even if you know where to look! I’m so pleased with the result, the price, the short wait (it took me longer to drive there and back than to wait for the repair)!! Good price and considerate people

Like another reviewer said, when I called and asked about a windshield repair the woman who answered started telling me about everything that could go wrong. Despite the positive reviews here, it was less than confidence building and the woman wasnt very helpful or friendly when answering my follow-up questions. It is one thing to let me know the risk and another to go on and on about it. I ended up going elsewhere and got a great repair done.

I had a small windshield chip to be filled/fixed. It was done quickly and information provide on the phone prior to visit was fine (which I guess was a call center because when I arrived no one knew I had called and was on my way in). However the front desk staff didnt instill confidence in their work/product with the repeated clauses and warnings regarding the chip will not disappear it may crack further during the repair work and it might continue to crack as time goes by. I left feeling like it didnt matter if I had it fixed because it probably wont stop the cracking. Hoping for the best.

Trevor replaced my windshield today - and he was fantastic. He called me, said he would be at my workplace in 15 minutes, showed up and did the job. The entire process was painless. It was super hot outside and he was still pleasant and helpful. He actually talked with a co-worker in the parking lot - to help her through potentially getting a replacement windshield. I dont usually like to leave bad reviews but this situation warranted it. We decided to go with them in the first place because of their awesome google reviews! We did not have that same experience. Buyer beware. We have been trying to get glass in our office for several months now. After spending a half hour with a technician in our office to measure and articulate what we needed, he said we would hear soon on a quote. The win in this whole thing was the technician was a delight and so eager to help us create what we had envisioned. Everything else has added massive stress. We thought a week turn around time seemed fair so we made our first call. They said I was rushing the process and would be in touch soon. I have called no less than a dozen times over the last 3 week period to get a quote, all of which was responded with a Ill look into it and call you back. Each time they argue I must have the company confused because they cant find record of the technicians visit to our office. No return calls. Each time they seem inconvenienced by my call. I finally mentioned on my last attempt that I had not heard back from any of my previous calls. I also mentioned that so much time had passed since they initially came in that we had moved into our new office. I got a voicemail later that day acknowledging that they didnt have the specifics on our project and needed more information. I would have expected that if they needed that information, I would have heard back from them. Usually that is how it works, or so I thought? I am in the service industry and wanted to give them all of the fair opportunities I could. They do not appear to want our business, they never apologized for the massive inconvenience this has created and dont align with the way we do business. We reached out to several other companies and have already gotten quotes.

I just got my windshield replaced today and everything went perfectly! They picked my car up from work, and dropped it back off to me in perfect condition. Thank you Trevor for being so accommodating!

Brought two vehicles in for stone chip repair, both performed, quickly and professionally. Was told the second vehicle crack may spread after applying pressure and explained in detail (with drawing) what could happen. The repair turned out fantastic, way better than I have had done at other shops on other vehicles. Will regretfully return here - (who wants to keep repairing stone chips?) but definitely recommend this shop for any repair and glass needs.

Had an 8 AM appointment to get my windshield replaced on my Jeep Cherokee. They took my Jeep back right away while I waited and worked on my laptop in their lobby. With Michigan roads, I have plenty of opportunities to visit for chip repairs. Karen Sharon is always a treat to deal with. I highly recommend this location. Marin Trevor did a wonderful job on my last chip repair. Almost invisible, and it was a pretty nasty one.

They got me in the next day and did a lovely job replacing my windshield. They even moved my oil change sticker and work parking sticker to the new windshield. Sharon, Karen and Marin were very helpful.

Whoever was working around 11:30am on 6/20/19 should be taken off the phones immediately. Extremely short, and made me feel like an idiot because I didnt know the exact aftermarket windshield I needed. You couldve just asked for the VIN upfront instead of providing a rude explanation.

I have had my windshield replaced several times by them. Even this last time when I had a chip in my windshield I got their as soon as I can and they were able to repair it right away. They even stayed after hours to make sure they got it before it started cracking and so I could have my car back in driving condition as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this place!

Windshield looks fine but the inside of the car was a little dirty when i picked it up.

I took my car to Henderson Glass to have two stone chips in my windshield repaired. Karen was very friendly and only charged me for one of the chips. The repair only took about 20 minutes and was cheaper than the quote I got from Safelight.
