Is this a real auto parts store? I would give them o stars. Ordered a part for my mercedes and paid with a credit card. Same day later I get email from them telling me we having trouble verifying your order we need a valid photo id and utility bill. I mailed them emailed back with utility bill. 3 days later I get email we have cancelled your order and process a refund $....00. Deadbeats could have called if they have any issues with my credit card which I have never had any retail vendor ask for additional information to process internet order. Although I appreciate it if its a routine thing for this place they SUCK! No excuse for cancelling an order without explanation!
Super unhelpful customer service. Spoke to two different reps and both acted like my call was an inconvenience to them. Ill gladly spend a little more for someone who acts like they care.
I read the reviews after I ordered and was worried I would have issues. However, my complete order arrived a few days after it was placed and had no issues with the items. Price was good as well. I wouldnt hesitate to order from them in the future.
They sent a wrong part for my MB GLS in February. I sent it back per their request but they never issued a refund (~$300). They got the part and kept my money. Multiple email exchanges where they claim the refund was issued via PayPal (I did not pay with PayPal) and edited responses. The bank cannot find any evidence of transaction, and they refuse to do anything with it. Complete scammers.
Quality OEM part shipped quickly and safely, faster than expected. Part was exactly as described and proper revision of a series of updated models.
Be careful!!Their website pictures do not match the parts they are selling.I ordered a part based on the illustration in their catalog (attached). I needed a part as shown in the picture (right side) but the item description is wrong stating Left, Rear Left. Not thinking they would misrepresent the part, I considered I must be confusing Left viewed from Front (which would be Right), rather than Left when seated in the vehicle.At any rate, they shipped the Left, Rear Left part when I ordered the part pictured (right). Would not consider replacement, would not guarantee refund, and would not issue a RMA for return as stated necessary in their Returns policy. I honestly dont know how to order from this company with any hope of getting the right part, and with any chance of customer service after the sale.

I am updating my review to 3-stars from earlier today: There is still no one answering the phones, although they claim to be open 7x24. However my request was responded to and a credit is in process. I will be patient and assume folks are struggling due to covid.Previous review: I placed two separate orders with Suburban Auto Parts yesterday. Now I am very concerned. I tried to call to cancel one of the orders right after I realized I had ordered the part in error. There is no one answering the phones at any of their numbers. They have taken my money and all I can do now is wait for an online response to my request and emails.
I placed an order with this company on April 21, 2020. They charged my credit card the same day, sent me the order number and supposedly the tracking number and I havent heard from them since. I have called and sent an email and I have yet to get a response nor any type of notification. The postal service cannot even locate anything from them. Supposedly theyre open 24 hours Monday through Sunday yet when I called again today I was told that they open at 7:00 a.m.Eastern time. I was calling at 3:42 CST.
Ordered a part early April, supposedly the part was not in stock at their shop, said it would take 10-14 days, waited a whole month to receive the the item and never got it. Contacted them and they said it was delivered, provided me with tracking information that doesn’t even exist in USPS. We never received the part and will never order from this place ever again.
Ordered and paid for a part. They wouldnt ship until I sent them a copy of my drivers license and a utility bill! Sounded like fraud. Beware.
