Went for a oil change. Very nice people.

Couldnt help us with a flat tire. Just wanted to sell us a new one. So we went inside the Walmart itself and bought a can of Fix-a-flat.

No stars. The service manager had an awful attitude. He knew it too and didnt care. I would rather take my service and have been taken my service somewhere else. Service manager Mr Jimmy, do better Sir.

Brought my car in for an oil change yesterday, great job as always, great group of people in the auto center, 5 stars all day and night plus they are actually open 7 days a week. I even had a plant spill a while back in my passenger side, I cleaned up the best I could with my crappy shop vac and they vacuum the car up nice wasnt even part of what I thought they were going to do, checked all my lights everything tire pressure. They do a good job in the Troy Wallmart Auto Center, have good knowledge, I hope they are appreciated, thanks as always.

I had gone to walmart for several consecutive oil changes because I liked to shop while it was being changed. I guess they never changed it though because my engine blew out due to zero oil in my car, and not long after changing it. Walmart covered none of the damage and it was huge inconvenience. Don’t go here!!!

Brought my car in to have my tire LOOKED AT because I had gotten a screw in it. I pulled up to the service bay after being instructed to do so by an employee so that they could look at it to see if it could be repaired. Was told by another employee that Id have to wait THREE hours to have my tire LOOKED AT. When I told them Id be going somewhere else the employee rushed back to my tire to tell me that he might be able to use fix-a-flat but wouldnt recommend doing that and that took him less that a minute. But, hed already lost me then. Wont go back.

It is a pretty efficient service. They have always greeted me kindly. It can be a moderate wait sometimes.

Walmart auto center Troy Alabama is one poor shop that needs help they need training .A simple 10 minute oil job takes well over an hour because they spend so much time on the computer trying to figure out how to put a quart of oil in your car. If you dont have well over an hour to spare to get your oil changed do not use this shop . this is the second time I had to use a shop but it is the last one also

Service was awful! Many incompetent employees.

The guys were great . I had warranty work on a road hazard tire . Replaced & I was only charged for the new road hazard plan & disposal fee !

2 hrs to install a plug. At least let customers its first come first served.

Clearly there needs to be some adjustments to the Automotive hours at Troy Walmart. The sign says that they open at 7 I sat in my car waiting on tire service until 7:30 and the doors were still not open that is ridiculous no one should ever shop at that store.

Only place in town you can get free air in your tires.
