Mark was awesome! I had my beard trimmed and a neck clean up done. I look forward to going back again. He is great at his art and for conversation!

Wonder royal shave service for my boyfriend. He loved every moment of it and feel asleep during his treatment process. Warren provides excellent customer service and is personable. Sadly, he moved out of state. Although services and products are a bit pricey it is worth the investment. Its only a week without Starbucks!

I heard of this place before.. An I just happened to be at the right place at the right time when i walked in.. They have a beautiful line of products in there, especially if you are into higher end stuff.. However, my biggest upset was the person who was working there on 10/26/13 @ 18:32.. I wanted to know more about the shave cream/gel/lather/whatever you wan to call it... She was so intent on either proving me wrong or imply i dont know what the he!! I was talking about which i didnt hence me walking into the store.. So, where I am getting at is the customer service experience sucked if it wasnt for my curiosity i wouldnt have bought anything to begin with. She was very argumentative.. did not know the product she was selling... to have an incompetent person selling higher end stuff is just a poor reflection of the company... I dont care if your a four tune 500 company or a mom and pop store... you will not benefit from sales people like this working for you..

Will never return to this store. Not only are the products over priced and not that great. The staff at this store are useless. I had an appointment for a shave and a haircut. Arrived at the appointment time and come to find out they dont have a barber. Was never contacted about the appointment and then was made to feel it was my fault that I turned up for the appointment and they rude about it too.

Had an awesome experience. As a first-timer, I had a vague idea what to expect, but once I arrived, the staff was extremely courteous and the barber was professional and informative, providing specific information to help with future shaves.I came across The Art of Shaving from a campaign about prostate cancer called Movember. I will be attending The Art of Shaving again and again. Very satisfied!

I bought my husband the beard products and he loved it. Keeps his beard moisturized and not greasy .The staff was very polite and knowledgeable.
