DISGUSTED WITH STAFF. The products and pricing are amazing! ButI went in there this week to get products I get frequently.unfortunately, i listened to advice from the lady cashing me out about a product I should mix in.WELP when I executed her advice a TON of my hair burnt off!!! I have NEVER had this happen!!!!!When I went back in to talk to her (same lady. tall, long platinum hair) about it. she was rude, had a very -oh well- attitude. She was NOT helpful AT ALL.MY HAIR BURNT OFF. YEARSSSSS of doing my own hair, Ive NEVER had a issue, till I listened to that woman.

The two women working were very pleasant and knowledgeable on the products. One was a little more knowledgeable than the other. It was my first visit and I will return.

Slight undersupplied for the item I was looking for, not much to choose from.

Everything I purchased was small and fragile and I am disappointed they are charging for bags. I will go somewhere else.

They are filthy, covered in scratches, and full of hair.Ok, so somebody at the location made a mistake, no big deal.Not even 24 hours later I went to return the clippers and was told all clipper sales are final. I’m sorry WHAT? This is a policy, I agree, but someone hasn’t been following or I wouldn’t receive used clippers, right?No problem, I’ll call the corporate number and speak to someone with common sense and get a refund.Nope, same answer from the “customer care” call center professional. This person straight up told me that what happened was impossible......Of course all supervisors were busy and could not take my call. I’m not holding my breath on a return call.DO NOT PURCHASE CLIPPERS FROM THIS STORE.I have a sneaking suspicion that one of the employees is exchanging used equipment or something.....

Sally Beauty is your one stop shop for all things beauty, hair brushes, dye, nail polish, they have it all. This location is clean and every time I visit I am greeted at the door and asked if I need help finding anything. If you have any questions, especially those that are product specific, the associates are very knowledgeable and willing to help!

I went there this afternoon. Had a wonderful worker named Jamie help me. I was making a drastic change with my hair and this was my first time shopping at sally beauty. She had made return customer out of me! The store had an awesome sale and had discounted my items too to help the ending price. I had a fantastic experience and felt comfortable that the workers were knowledgable.

There was a very lovely lady who gave me great advice about products for curly hair. Very impressed with her knowledge. This is why I love going to this Sallys.

I had a little hair coloring problem, and was so happy at the help I received at this Sallys location! The employee was very knowledgeable, and was able to guide me on the right purchase to help me fix my coloring issue. Store was clean and well stocked, too!

Lousy place with poor customer service!!! Better staff in Eastpointe. No bouije behavior whats so ever. Those two sales ASSOCIATES dont know a thing about their own products..They just know how to make you feel insecure about your ethnic background and to talk to you like you are 5 years old!! My husband Glen and I frequently shop at this Sally Beauty only and were always treated like ol friends from pretty much all the female staff working at the Troy, MI location. We appreciate that so much! So if you never want to be disappointed, go to the Troy, MI Sally Beauty and youll always be smiling. 😄*Weve been to the Sallys at 14 Mile & Van Dyke one time, and the young brown haired girl with a ponytail was very rude and disrespectful towards me and we mentioned that to Jamie 😄a sweet petite woman who works at the Troy, MI Sally Beauty and someone else supported us saying, People always have negative feedback from that place!!! ;they meant that particular 14 Mile & Van Dyke Sally Beauty.* How many complaints do we hear about monthly from how awful they treat their customers there?😕,both women asked each other. Nice place to do shopping for cosmetics.They have all branded products in vareity of colors under one roof.I was spoilt for chances as to decide which one to buy.

I had a horrible experience with the location in Troy on Maple . The lady was shouting at me, talking over me, not helpful and just plain rude !
