The store was very clean, and well stocked. I was able to find everything I wanted. I had a prescription to pick up and that was the only delay they had I guess a lot of customers mostly coming through that was slowing them down but the ladies were very nice.

Their sushi is always really good. Aisles are always looking like theyre out of a movie. Everyone is very nice. Also the bacon and cheddar burgers are perfection.

The have groceries. And they had a decent vegan selection, which is nice. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. What more do you need?

As grocery stores go, this Publix is better than most. Produce is always fresh, meat is higher quality that most, and most selections are diverse (lots to choose from). You wont find quite as many monster-sized containers like you might at a Costco or even a Walmart, but you wouldnt really expect to. Prices are very reasonable for an upscale store, for sure, and folks are quite professional and nice. Place is always clean. I frequently find myself in one of the electric carts, which are charged frequently. Most of the time, someone else bags my stuff at checkout and there is almost always someone available to help me take it out to my vehicle if I need it.My wife and I now shop at this Publix for nearly all of our groceries.

I always leave here a VERY satisfied customer. Wish I could say the same for the place down the road.

Great place to shop. The workers greet you time you walk in. Almost on every aisle you turn, someone is there to ask you if you need help. I love it.

The grocery store is great. Twice Ive been to the deli the girl looked at me and walked away. I stood there 10 minutes I asked the guy preparing sandwiches he said someone would help. The girl again walked past and just looked my way then walked in the back. I will never go back to the deli.

My experience is always good with the store. But it still takes me all week to get my medicine refilled. That is a serious problem that needs to be fixed.

They didnt have the sandwich that every publix carries. I was told they were out for the day. The lady said she could make me one but it would take about 20 minutes... No bud light six pack cans or 4 tall. Afraid to ask how long that would take to get

After wasting half a day trying to get a prescription filled at CVS in Greenville Al., I called Publix Pharmacy in Troy, Al. After talking with Chloe on the phone explaining my situation, she informed me that Publix could fill my prescription. CVS lost a customer and Publix Pharmacy is my new favorite Pharmacy. All my prescription medications are being transferred to Publix in Troy, Al.

The cashiers were courtesy, the buggy workers are helpful, great variety of food, and great customer service..

I enjoy going to public to pick up a few things, I cant find other places like nutritional yeast. Everyone is always helpful and friendly.

Really enjoy shopping here. Yeah its a bit more expensive but if you shop the sales it isnt bad at all. Its worth paying more for the cleanliness and service. There is also a better crowd of people who shop here. You dont have to put of with some of the things you would in Walmart.
