Violet helped me get new work boots. She was patient with me. she helped me pick out a style I liked and considered the Cushioning factor that I was looking for. She stated she had just started at family footwear wear and she took the time to try and learn the product along with me as well as make suggestions. I bought three pairs from her and I’m pretty sure one of them is gonna work out awesome if not all of them

Went in today for running shoes for me and sneakers for my son. The little guy is autistic and the staff was very patient with him. I got a great recommendation as well and they helped me find some heel inserts. Was very happy with the service and expertise.

We drove an hour and a half to visit the Family Footwear store in Troy to shop for mens Dansko clogs. Starting from the phone call we made inquiring about the product prior to our drive there, until the moment we walked out of the store over an hour later! What a fantastic place. The Manager, Sonya knew absolutely everything about the shoe and even stayed past her shift end to hand us over to very capable Paula, the assistant manager. She was was so knowledgeable and friendly along with her assiciate Louis, that we felt like we had known them for many years.We received such great service and cant say enough about their professionalism, friendliness and passion about the product.
