This location is currently having a store closing sale. When I went most of the items had been cleared out. They still have a lot of womens shoes and kids shoes. It would be a good idea to get to this store for some great deals while they last.

They dont have anything for a 13 wide unless you dress like a boomer. At the register I saw a stack of like 20 pairs of shoes they were shipping out. Maybe thats why they didnt have anything nice in my size?

Man. I came out of their store running like I robbed them. I saved so much money and bought everyone in my family shoes. Also, the cashier was helpful in helping me measure my childrens feet.

Its a nice store, name brand shoes decent prices mens womens and kids shoes, you will not find any Jordans but they did have LeBrons for $100 and Durants for $90

All the ladies at the shoe store were really experience and I really like the store so Im giving it a five-star cuz I wanted to get my son some shoes because hes been so good to me taking care of me through my cancer issues

I found shopping here to be really interesting. It was really easy to find something I like in my size. It was nicely cleaned and organized. I was able to keep myself entertained when I done shopping and had to wait for someone I was with to find something they liked.

I am tryna get some black crocs. i call, then am told the worker lady will not shop for me..what?? all i am asking is what is in stock lady. improve your speaking skills explains why there’s a lack of customers in there

Very clean shoe store and they have name brand shoes and all sizes.

I have been here a few times. The staff is friendly. The store could be a bit cleaner and slightly better organized. I do wish there was more of a variety there. Most of the shoes I have seen there are kind of bland or basic.

Helpful Staff and Easy to find shoes. Only negative is there is no restroom, but other than that its a great shoe store.

To bad this location is going out business.

There is a high variety of shoes here. If there out of your size or if you are looking for a special style. They will order it and ship it to your house for free. I buy al Ill my shoes here. And there are always great sales and coupons for whatever you are looking for.

Sherry is the most rudest, inconsiderate, and innappropruate employee any company can have representing them. My wife asked Sherry jokingly if they accepted bridge card because my son was asking for candy. It was of course a joke. Sherry became offensive with her demeanor and disposition and responded no in the most unnecessarily nasty tone and facial expression. And when my wife said she was only joking, Sherry responded I said no. I was so taken aback that I had to intervene and tell Sherry in a more aggressive manner that it was a joke and that her disposition was unprofessional and inappropriate. Her response was come on, are you ready, as to rush us to make a decision on the shoe protectors I was reading and get through the register check out. Mind you, there was NO ONE else at the register. The children were upset, my wife insulted, and I was still diplomatic yet stern because the entire situation was entirely exacerbated by Sherrys poor professionalism and sour attitude. I have been to this location before. About a month ago and spent $200. This visit I spent $100. If it werent for the greats prices and selection, Sherry would have lost this company money. This will be my last visit.

I was just at shoe Carnival I got me a pair of black. Boots they are sooo cute I may go back and get me a grey pair.

First time coming here. We walked in and saw the gentlemen standing behind the podium just staring at us not even greeting us. Actually most of the people that worked there didnt even greet us. Bad customer service. Bought my daughter two boots and left. I will not go there anymore. Deserve no star.

I walked in. Looking for some riding boots. The staff and manager went above and beyond. One pair I wanted wasnt stocked in my size. The other one I wanted was online only.They ordered both pair for me. Even offered me a BOGO bc I walked in in hopes they still had that deal. And they didnt. :( Needless to say... I love this shoe store. It needs to stay in business.

I hate to be the one, but customer service here is below par compared to other retail locations. The on duty manager on 8/8/19 during the closing time hour made it clear that she was annoyed and would rather not be there. All this was after I returned because customer service forgot to take off the security mechanism when I purchased. Wasn’t until I returned home that I noticed it was still fastened.

The shoe selection is great found everything but the guy who worked there followed me and my husband around the store as if we were gonna steal shoes it was so uncomfortable he took shoes out of our hands before we decided which one we wanted and took the pair up to the front he keep asking can I help you if I needed him I would of let him know so the second pair of shoes I was looking at and asked him for a size he put it back on the rack and helped someone else and we bought 2 pairs that day but I felt like he thought we were poor or gonna steal that wasnt a good feeling I hope someone reads this from the store and talks to him so my husband band says boy you must have a lot of people who steals shoes he says we do actually as we are looking around coworker says did they leave yet lol someone help there rudeness but love my kicks
