The staff at this place will tell you whatever you want to get you out and will not address the issues. I moved from IL to MI and used Comcast at both locations. I brought my personal modem with me along during the move. The Comcast team (Mgr Lisa, Bobbie, and Jeff) and also the on-site $100 technician could not figure out how to transfer this modem between locations due to Error: The customer premise equipment could not be added to inventory: A component address already exists in inventory. This modem worked great with Comcast at my place in Chicago. They admit its something on their end and yet they cant fix it.Ive wasted my time coming to this location twice today in the morning and afternoon. Conveniently right around 5pm they gently escorted me out with no resolution. Bobbie gave me a number to text (266278) which was useless since after my second visit they removed internet completely from my account it appears. See text response from that number attached as an image.Thanks for nothing Comcast and random Comcast text response. Why do I have a $50 bill if I dont have internet?

Do not use Xfinity mobile service. They have so much spam through the service. I stopped answering my phone altogether. I opted to pay off the devices and switch service rather then stay with the mobile service. I am still paying for it and will be for 18 months!

Went to the Xfinity store after Wowway totally messed up our internet. Customer service here was great! Yanis was a great sales associate and we were in and out quickly. Everyone was very friendly and we had working internet within the hour. Paying the same amount for Xfinity as we did for Wowway, but internet is 3X faster.

Ordered tv/internet. Came to this store to pick up equipment. There is a 30 minute wait just to pick up cable box and modem. ONLY 4 employees on the floor and more out back. Then I take modem and cable boxes back home, setup according to online instructions and......you guessed....no service. I call the no help support number go through a series of automated voice prompts for about 25 minutes. A guy gets on has me do everything I already did only to tell me you will have to get a service tech out. Also stated that because I setup myself to avoid installation fee is no guarantee tech service is not required. The fee is $140 but xfinity will “absorb” $70 leaving me the balance due of $70....tossed it all back in the bag and dropped it off at the store, after having to wait another 30 minutes. I would never recommend this clown show. You can do what you want but Never again. Wasted 1 hr round trip to store, 1 hr setup and trying to get boxes to connect, 1/2 hr wasted talking to automated computer and 1 hr going through the setup process with a support desk person and time wasted driving back waiting and about 30 min cancelling the service. I would give zero stars if possible.

Worker was somewhat helpful at the store but did not advise about the extra cord that was needed for the equipment I picked up. I had to wait until the next day for a technician to come out and was out to TV for a day, not to mention the frustration of assembling the equipment and having on line Comcast assistance for over an hour which also proved to be in vain.

I pay for 100 Mbps. Service delivered by xfinity Comcast was very poor. For example: On Saturday 04/17/2021 recorded internet speed was 20.2 Mbps all day.I am very upset Comcast super sucks. I will look formore reliable service with different providers.

Without a doubt the worst customer service to be had. That other guy Jim with the neg. comments was spot on! They got lucky with this virus otherwise they would be out of business with the way they treat customers. They would not turn over their router/modem without first turning off my service leaving me to hang to figure out how to connect their service and the equipment. Further they would not give the equipment to the installer. All things said I would be left on my own without any internet until I could figure out how to set it up properly. Definite thumbs down.

Quick in and out experience. I was just dropping off equipment that has been replaced via the mail. The line was short and moved swiftly, the attendant merely scanned my devices, printed a receipt for me and I was on my way. Staff were all wearing face masks.

Taylor was GREAT! Xfinity all of a sudden deactivated our modem that weve had for a couple years saying its not compatible. Mantily at Xfinity got us permission to turn on our internet until we could get to the xfinity store 25 miles away. So now we have to run to the xfinity store so my son can do his online covid schooling. Taylor helped us get the hard ware we needed and even steered us to a better option!

I went in last month to return a modem. I had questions about my bill and extra charges I had received and a representative named Kennedi M. was very nice and helpful. After about 15 minutes, she told me that I would have a credit of $31.61 on my account within 24 hours. Well, here I am now almost a month later and there has been no credit to my account and I am still being charged for the returned modem. I have tried to call customer service and I cannot get through to an actual human. Its very irritating and just unprofessional.

Eric is the man! I had a bunch of issues I wanted to resolve regarding a move/transfer of service from Georgia to Michigan. Eric professionally addressed my needs and bent over backwards to make my experience as easy as possible. Moving is stressful so I can’t tell you how thankful I am that E went above and beyond to answer my questions and send me out the door a VERY happy customer! Terrible service - avoid if possible if you’re trying to return any equipment. They randomly deleted all of our Xfinity equipment from all residences after we returned equipment from one residence. When we left, we double checked to confirm whether one specific account was still activated, and they simply responded, “you should be fine - if not just call and they can reactivate easily.” Not so much. Two hours later while on phone - we have no service and are having difficulty getting online. The only solution now provided by Xfinity is to return to a Comcast store to change out the equipment all together or purchase a new router (with no reimbursement by Comcast). I rarely experience this level of customer service but this definitely cuts the cake - writing this review just in case you’re remotely considering a positive account experience.

The Internet service is good but the cable TV service sucks it is very very bad.you can barely change channels, you have to axiom real well.Very poor quality on playback of recordings.there is no picture in picture and the list goes on very bad service for cable TV.Plus their automated phone service when you call then is poor.

THE STAFF WERE SUPPOSED TO WAIVE MY INSTALLATION FEE AND CHARGES FROM WRONG ADDRESS BUT ALL WERE CHARGED AND NEVER WAIVED. IF they didnt say they would waive installation fee, I would use AT&T. How they charge fees for what I never used (for wrong address)? To fix the bill, I visited store 7 times. They are stealing money. I can see same thing happened to other customers.

My experience dealing with the Xfinity Comcast store was, tragically wretchedI went in to inquire as to where the money that they had been taken from me since September even though I went in and cancelled my account. They have been billing me monthly since I dropped them as I was required to move due to family health concerns. Im awaiting a refund they owe me of close to $700 and for some foolish reason they still havent sent the money that they themselves admit that Im am owed by them. Ive been fighting for months attempting to ascertain where the money they owe me actually is!!! Meantime I continue to receive calls from them saying why havent you turned in all your equipment and why arent you paying your bills... I visited the store personally three times and explained the same damn thing each time. They admit they owe me the money and that a check is in the mail... I havent seen it and Im in desperate need at this point as I need the funding to assist caring for my parents who are each quite ill right now. Im extremely upset beyond words that I should use here. I have no idea what the delay is as even they admit that I was over build for those months. To stop them from withdrawing money from my account automatically I had to go to my bank and sign some documents and force them to refuse payment to Comcast. Meanwhile they continue to phone me and asked me to return all the equipment... This is something I did already. I believe the date I returned the boxes and equipment and such was September 5th... So if you intend on using Comcast Xfinity, never placed them on automatic payment as theyve proven themselves quite untrustworthy to say the least.I love the programming as Ive had their services for many many years and this is the things that they give!!!

Great store, and exceptional staff. Ive gone in there irritated from dealing with other parts of Comcast and the staff has patiently and positively helped me out. Id rather deal with them than any of the telemarketing or phone customer service. A special Kudos to Ashnee who was able to honestly break down all of the information that the marketing wing should have given me so that I could make an informed decision. I will definitely be returning when its time to upgrade!

When you walk through their door, you are greeted by the staff. The staff takes your information and, depending on what you need to do, they put you in queue. If you are only making a payment and you dont need any change, they offer kiosks for you to make a payment.The only reason I downgraded the store is because they dont make change for you if you are paying at the kiosk which makes it difficult to make the required payment so be sure to bring exact change with the exception of coins, the kiosk does not accept coins, so you dont have to go get change. The other option is to overpay on your bill and they would credit that toward the next bill.

Went there a month ago to lower the bill when the one year agreement drew to the end. The team working there are the same guys that used to be located near Normandy rd on Delemere Blvd.The place looks really clean and hip, kind of like the upscale T-Mobile stores, service is great, lines moved fast at 2pm on a Wednesday (there werent that many people though)They said that my bill was taken care of with another discount applied and should be even lower.(update: huge bill came in in the mail last week. Something isnt right. Well go back there to check and will update again)

I’m not sure if I should write this as a bad review because of how Justin the sales consultant treated me and was too rude with me, or a good review for how cooperative Corry, another sales consultant, who saw how rude Justin was dealing with me and decided to be positive and take over. Corry was able to solve my problem and help me leave xfinity satisfied and signing a new contract for one More year.Moreover to mention, when I first dealt with Justin, I asked him to speak to the store manger, he replied rudely and told me that the manager has just started a meeting and I have to wait for an hour or two till he is done with his meeting. Also after I was done with Corry, I asked again for the manager, when Justin came again to say again that I can’t meet the manager I could come back some other time.A big company like xfinity needs to ensure that their customer service team are well trained, and they should treat customers in a much much better way.

Returning xfinity modem. Was completely ignored. Finally someone said I have to check in. I’m the only one in the store. I don’t understand why I have to wait for 20 minutes for someone when I’m the only one here. They have 4 different people around. Other needs to get to work. Horrible experience.
