I hired Granite Transformations in April 2021. The sales person, Danielle didnt tell me she was JUST focused on the sale. I thought she was also my design consultant because shes supposed to be finding faucets and fixtures for my approval.Well after a month of receiving no suggestions she sends me random SKU numbers WITHOUT the manufacturers name JUST numbers to research online. Ive never heard of anything like this.If I wouldve known she was just a salesperson I couldve saved my time and money. Now I have to go back and forth with a fathom owner to get back my money.Meantime, shes not responding to calls/texts/emails. These companies are horrible in MI so be aware. Find your own contractor and go somewhere else for countertops.
We just had our new countertop installed. We were thrilled with the product and the installers did a wonderful job with extreme efficiency. We would highly recommend them.
