Trying to furnish a newly built house. Walked into the store not knowing exactly what I was looking for or needed. Staff was very knowledgeable and took their time showing me different items and ideas. Walked out with many cool storage items!

The best place for anyone who loves organizing or considers themselves a clean-freak! Pretty much any container you can think of, as well as other organizers and cleaning products. The products here are more expensive than normal organizational products, but thats because of superior quality compared to stuff youd find at Walmart or Target. Not recommended if youre on a tight budget, but otherwise a very nice place to shop

Excellent selection of inventory. If you dont see what you want it doesnt exist.

Fantastic place for organization accessories

My cousin told me about this store and omg he did not lie! This store is amazing. It has everything you need for organization and storage for closets, home offices, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. The products are good quality and reasonably priced. The staff is engaging and nice. They definitely have a new customer in me.

However, we wanted to show the store, to see and feel some things in person. The store did not disappoint. And neither did the employees. Every single one was friendly, helpful, and ready to help.

Too expensive!

The people are nice and the store is clean and up to date. Only problem I can think of is some items are priced great but some items are really over priced. They do have unique solutions to edd problems. Like a wall mount coat hook that folds away and such. Fun place to check out if you havent been there before.

Type-A personalities dream! I had not been to this store until now because I had assumed it would be expensive, but to my surprise, I found the items to be quite reasonable. I like the way the store is laid out and the employees are very helpful. My only suggestion would be to include a picture of what you can do with some of the organizational items. I am not imaginative and I look at some things and know I could use it for something, but I am not sure what. The items that do have pictures on the tags are helpful, but I bet they could sell more to unimaginative types like me if they show me what I can do with all of their stuff.

Went in today to buy kids lunch boxes. Went to an employee to ask where to go but was shut down before I could even open my mouth. Extremely Rude worker! I just left without buying. I’ll go to Kohl’s they’re much friendlier.

All the containers you could ever want to organize anything you want to organize.If you dont speak to the staff, they wont ask if you need/want any help but that depends on your desires. I, personally, felt happy to walk around unchecked freely looking at all of the MANY containers.Ample parking.Disability friendly parking.Restroom is available.They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards.

Beautiful store, perfectly organized. Just looking around gives you lots of ideas for your own house. Store is divided up by the different areas of your home that need organization. Closets, office, walls (hooks etc), filing systems, garage, laundry, and kitchen. They even have a cool gift wrapping and package shipping section. An organizers dream!

This store has so much for organizing! Was my first time here and I saw stuff I never knew existed. I got ideas after seeing what they had and bought some things I was actually looking for! Would definitely recommend this store if you like being organized!!!

This place is amazing! So many storage options! They had a whole row of just different shoe racks! Gave O.C.D. me so many ideas!!! I took pictures and measured things and, at least this time, bought only what was on my list. The garage storage ideas were way more than I was considering. And employees were everywhere to help. And it was BUSY! But aisles were wide enough that you didnt feel crowded. Check out was quick, even with the very long line.

Great place with great storage options. Good for storage boxes for dorms. Have been a customer at container store for over 20 years, first in IL, then OH and very happy that we have 2 in MI. Take time to shop.

I have only gone to the Container Store 2 or 3 times over the past couple of years and when I went in yesterday looking for things to help organize my Sons new home, I remembered why I dont go in more often. I am a pretty good shopper and know prices pretty well and I just find the Container Store to be incredibly expensive. I have seen many like items of equal quality at other stores. Since the Organize it store went out of business, the Container Store now has the market on providing organizing items all in one location. And that is the key, most items you can find at other stores (many that offer discount coupons) if you shop around. So this is why I give the Container Store a 2 star rating. I doubt I will be going back.

The Container Store is nothing short of amazing. They have virtually everything you can imagine to get your home organized. From bins, to boxes, to full setups to organize your closet or even your office. Their prices can be a bit steep sometimes but the quality is a lot better than what you find at your average store.

Just like the ones I use to shop at twenty years ago in Dallas TX. The perfect place to get your storage nerd on. Store was clean, bright and well organized. The staff was ready to help without being obtrusive, just the way I like it.

This store is huge. It has any type of container you could want or think of. Lots of trinkets around as well. Visiting this store is a delight, especially for those who love organization and containers.

The Container Store is one of my favorite places. They have a great selection. You can build a closet, organize an office, buy kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies. There is lots of sales help, too!

Just ok, my first visit was today. Was really hoping to like it since Im new to the area and redoing our closet. Couldnt use my 15% off coupon along with the items I purchased so that was a bummer, no greeting upon entering the store although I walked by multiple associates.

A little pricey but a great selection of organizational needs. I didnt even realize how unorganized I was until I visited this store. Still, it is amazing how I can find $200 of bins to sort $30 of material.

I couldnt wait until the store opened near me.I am an organization freak so I thought Id be happier.1...very expensive, bins, trash cans etc., can be found much cheaper at Lowes, Target.2. Dont order large items from them, they take forever, shipping is expensive. This especially applies to the Elfa closet system.I bought one online, didnt receive any shipping notifications, so I called customer service. They told me there would be about 11 packages and they are all over the place, so they wont all arrive together.Then I asked about setting up installation that they advertise they do. I would have to make an appointment at the store for a design session, they would submit and an installation would be scheduled. The approximate cost was $250, but it would be about a month turn around. The cost is ok, but a month? Im not redesigning my kitchen!!Never again will I purchase items from them.Lost customer.

Terrible service. I tried to make an order and it didn’t work because “their website was down” so i called to place my order and she said her system was down. told me to call back in a couple hours, i called at 7pm the phone told me to call back during their normal business hours which were monday-saturday 8am-8pm. today is thursday ..... the phone keeps hanging up.

My wife and her mom really like it. The main thing I know about it is that it sells cool stocking-stuffer-type tchochkes, gadgets, etc.

I returned several items without a receipt. I couldnt find it. Right behind the register was a display of these items. I received a significantly reduced store credit for the items. In the store they were selling for about $69.00. My credit was $32.00. Will think more than twice about buying from The Container Store.

The PRICES!!!! Just plain crazy. Who shops here - people who have no idea of what things should cost? People who find all that money in their wallets too large a burden?
