She had a very loud dog would not stop barking I asked the dog to shut up and she told me to leave. Said I was being mean to her very aggressive dog. This dog would definitely bite buyer beware if you go into this establishment. I was going to buy $1800 worth of carpet from them because they are local I have never been treated so rudely as a customer in a business because of a dog barking in my life. I don’t know who you guys are buying carpet from that you’re giving them five stars but they don’t even deserve one.

Visited this store twice, yes a dog barked the 1st time but not the 2nd time. I never seen the dog, it was not roaming the store. I did not feel threatened by the dog.Very happy with my carpet installation.
