Run Away! Nothing but problems!Only getting 1 star because there isnt an option for zero stars.Started out great. Speedy appointment. Then install came. Dirty, stinky, extremely unprofessional installer did a horrible job. Took weeks to get someone to come look at it and agreed it was terrible, and recommended a complete tear out and replacement. Told us that the installer started at the wrong corner. From the onset our floors are full of chips, high points, top nails, gaps, and splinters. Theyve scheduled multiple times to fix the installation only to be cancelled the day of or the evening prior. There is zero regard for the effort of me having to move all of my furniture, arrange child care and arrangements for my dog to not be in their way each cancelled time. No callbacks or followup.

Zero stars if I could... worst carpet installation ever

From start to finish we received exceptional sales, service and installation.We had carpeting installed in 4 bedrooms, hallway, stairway with runner this past February.We could not be more pleased.I highly recommend calling Superb Flooring for any flooring needs.

Awesome service. We came to the store needing a quick solution for our new build. Superb went above and beyond and got us new carpet in less than two weeks. Great price, great service. I highly recommend them.

Our experience with this company was awesome!!! Kevin worked hard for 2 days installing our flooring and did a beautiful job. We would definetly recommend him and this company. You will not be disappointed.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, my husband worked with them for about 2 months and lets say the worst company to work for!! They held a check and told him to pick up on a Friday, shows up and they said they had to keep it “company rules” front desk is a joke as soon as you walk in! Very unorganized, and yet they provide anyone with FALSE information. This company is a joke, could go on. Also be careful as they give just anyone confidential information about their workers!!
