Just got my bill summary after getting an att plan at the location, they said Id be paying 130 a month, the bill summary says 190.57 They never told me there would be extra charges and they said the activation fee for the second line would be waved. Also they said that my 800 dollar credit from my trade-in transfered to my new account. Bill summary shows that Im being charged for it. The first months bill is shown to be 237.57. Not happy, feel very mislead.I calculated out how much it should be factoring in the taxes and fees I was never told about. It still should only be a MAXIMUM of 170.37.Not 190.57Not 237.57What the heck guys?

I went to the Troy store on Saturday. Everybody seemed busy but they all greeted me when i walked in the store. Brian took care of me after few minutes of wait. he was very polite and knowledgeable. he helpme out adding a new line to my plan and also finding a good deal for an iPhone 11 for my cousin. I mentioned my phone was broken and he help me out filing a claim which took less than 10 minutes. ( i had gone to my local store in the state of Arizona and nobody help me out filing the claim or trying to oriented me to replace my phone) Brian did what a had expected from my local store representative without even having to ask him. Brian went above and beyond his duty. i’ll definitely come back to this store if i need to do something with my line service even though i only come to the state of Michigan few weeks of the year.

I was in the market to purchase a new phone and also switch to a new carrier. I had a fantastic experience at this location. Cyrus was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to show me a few options and kept me within my price range for my monthly budget.Overall, things went well! Their data transfer process is very efficient. In the past when Ive used other carriers, the in-store service was not great. Not only is this location well-staffed but they also have a variety of options of phones to choose from. I would highly recommend this location.
This is one of the best internet & cellphone stores ever. Excellent service, honest and fast responses from the employees there. I switched from the provider I have been with for more than 10 years because of this store and I am very happy with services of both home internet and cellphone. I had a very difficult issue with AT&T billing.After several attempts to work with AT&T customer service, I went to the AT&T store in Troy. I worked with Natalia, and she was able to solve the problem within a few hours.Her customer service, and attention to detail, and her sincere desire to be helpful was incredible. If there are awards for customer service Natalia deserves one.

The help I needed I was greatly disappointed.I called att office of the president, I shared the experience.I was told the treatment was unacceptable.A few days later I received a call, from the store manager, Mr Jeff Tello,From day one he was very nice to me, and asked me to let him make this right for me. I feel he and his staff tomas and brianwent above and beyond to help me.They went way, above, to help me. Have been to the store four to five times and every time I been there it is pretty empty. the team over there is friendly and they try their best to accommodate your request and try to find a solution to your problem as much as they can. Overall its a very clean store and its pretty empty all the time so you can get your work done very fast.
I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T on Big Beaver Rd in Troy. I was walked through the set up process with my new Apple Watch and left a very happy customer. Cyrus was one of the personnel that assisted me and I should mention that he has some of the prettiest hair I have seen thus far!

Got phone, which had already been opened and told I wouldnt be able to return it if I was unhappy or if I found anything, which I did, it had a sim that was already in it, not the card an extra one, and when I went to set up with my new sim for my account I found it already had the account in the phone. I had put in new sim, new Google account before I entered my first account theres no way the other account should be able to be in my new phone without being set up with info and password.I bought this phone because of hacker problems maybe its coming from AT&T all along.

All staff members are great at this location overall. If you ever have an AT&T issue though go specifically to manager Ken. I had a minor billing issue called customer care and visited 2 Royal Oak locations with no resolution over several days. I was driving by this location tried my luck stopped in and explained my problem to Ken. He assured me the issue would be rectified promptly and within twenty minutes my issue was resolved. Ive since reached out to him two more times for help and everything went smooth as silk. This guy gets stuff done. This is my favorite location thank you much Ken!!!!!

Iri an ignorami from a toxic masculine culture, pried me about questions about my personal life and then got angry with me when I requested for him to keep it professional. His then manager accused me of fraudulent activity (which I have j need of, I graduated top of my class at Detroit Country Day and went on to get a great job) and then kicked me out. Rambo meets rupaul, that manager was!!! Worst experience of my life, ruined my whole day and made me not even want to get an 11 pro

Hopeless store -dont know what they are doing! I wanted to port my current physical SIM to an eSIM (for my new iPhone XS) and called them. Brian said that is not possible and I have to add a new line -pure non-sense! Then I chatted with AT&T rep online from home who sent me an eSIM by email. Now I can leave the physical SIM slot for my India number.
Terrible service! Didn’t know what they were doing. We were here to buy two phones (adding a line), and it took them forever to get that done. We spent 2 and half hours just for adding one line and an upgrade, adding a line with a customer preference area code is what it screwed was the guess by AT&T associate when we were choosing between multiple area codes and he didn’t let me pick a phone number of my choice. Waiting for 2 and half hours and not able to select my preferred phone number is very rude! The store associate (spencer) was getting upset as we were going through multiple zip codes to select my phone number. First of all he didn’t know what he was doing and blaming on the iPad and system. He should focus on customers rather than commenting on his teammates. Even the store manager Jordan didn’t seem he’s not too concerned about our issue and didn’t follow up what’s going on in the whole business. Never coming back to this store again!
Long-time AT&T wireless customers.... but MAY BE TIME TO SWITCH to Verizon. Received TERRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE customer service at the TROY STORE ON BIG BEAVER. Long story short: weve bought numerous devices at this location. Husband had issues with his iPhone 6 continually shutting down and restarting after recent Apple update and took it into the store to see if they might help. Sales rep said, nope - its shot. The update must have fried your phones system. Cant be fixed. If you take it to the Apple store, theyll just try to sell you a refurbished phone, since yours is out of warranty. But.... I have this new phone Ill sell you to solve your problems. Oh, and now that we have your new phone added, our equipment to transfer your data from the old phone is not working. Youll have to try to do it at home or come back later.A quick search on the internet the next day showed others had a similar shut-down problem; and it could be fixed: a hard restart and patience loading the latest update while the phone shut down and restarted numerous times FIXED THE PROBLEM.Back to the store to talk to KEN, the manager, about being given crappy information from his employee and getting a new phone that isnt needed. Wouldnt take back the phone without a $45 charge (REALLY!?!?!). Cant do anything to help you. Were just sales people. hmmmmm. okay then.
Honestly the only reason I am even giving 5 stars is because of Austin. He was amazing and accommodating from the moment I walked through the door. I visited the store twice in one week the first time I was there an hour not even. The second time I waited over 2 hours when I went in bc of “system errors”. Austin walked in halfway through my visit to start his shift and took care of me in 30 min or less. The other associates didnt really seem interesed or willing to help just wanted to go on their phones or take their lunch breaks. Honestly will consider coming back to this location just because of how accommodating and patient he was throughout the process. Definitely a case of an over looked employee who should be on the track towards management.

Horrible customer service. All about the sales. Kris was patient with me when making my decision to stay with Samsung vs the iPhone. But they told me I would get promotions that were not valid which means they lied and still wont honor it. For $900 phones you think youd get what youre told comes with it. Owning multiple businessess I always step up to ensure customer service and satisfaction, this is not the case.Dont go here.Dont tell people they get accessories with their purchase when you dont even know the promotion dates. Learn your job.
