I tried to replace my IPhone 6s battery with the help of a friend. During our repair we realized that the glue to the battery, we applied to the wrong side. We did not have another glue and we called this shop to see if we can buy one from them. The person said he has one and I asked how much I should pay. He said he will give it to me without asking to pay anything. Though I offered him money, he refused. He asked me to give him a five instead.I am giving him a 5 star, due to his gesture to help. I told my friend that in this world, once in a while you come across a good samaritan.

The sound on my iPhone speaker stopped working, and the volume was low in handset mode even at max volume. Apple offered me a refurbished phone for $200 because they couldnt fix the problem, they said the whole phone would have to be replaced. I lived with the issue just using earbuds. Recently, I stopped in at Cellular Repair Center because my battery needed to be replaced, I also asked about the sound. I had zero expectations they could fix it because of what Apple had told me. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and determined there were some broken coils inside - that was within my first 5 minutes there and without any disassembly! ONE HOUR later, I picked up my phone with a fresh new battery and SOUND!! My years-old iPhone feels like new and I have Cellular Repair Center to thank! I am an amazed and happy customer. Recently took one of our phones in for service to replace the charging port. Last year had come across this place and had taken in another phone I had to replace a scratch camera lens. Both experiences were excellent. Fair prices, quick repair, had the parts, and very courteous. Even though this place is about a 15 mile drive for me, it is worth it in having the confidence in getting good work. Nemo has always taken care of me and is a pleasure doing business with.

My wife paid $235 for a new galaxy S7 screen on 3/30/2019 screen is not working by 4/18/2019. No trauma to the phone, case on it the whole time. Rep told my wife the screen broke because she damaged it and there is no way that it could be a defective part. I accused them of putting in a used part that could be defective without their knowledge. They denied such a thing was possible, but minor research will show that there is a market for used phones and for their parts. Rep dismissed my argument as not possible, but failed to refute any of my arguments. He then refused to provide invoice of the part used to repair my wifes phone. Rep tried showing me the screen+digitizer of a different phone to prove that it could not be a used part, made absolutely no sense. He had me fill out a form and stated he would give my report to the manager to see what he could do. Left my phone with them. Will update this post with results.UPDATE: David the owner of the store contacted me in less than 24 hours to tell me that he will get a new screen sent to the store and installed right away at no charge. He delivered on his promise and my wife had a working phone just several hours after his call! He was very professional and understanding even though I was upset and I can truly say he went above and beyond with his customer service. Thank you! 💯

Dillon and Jacob replaces my cracked screen. Then the phone itself started delaying and had glitching so they replaced it again taking into consideration what I’d already paid. When that didnt work, Jacob did repair work on my motherboard and fixed it 100% then hooked me up with a new screen protector (obviously my previously purchased one had to be removed for repairs) and gave me a deal on a case to help prevent another problem. And most importantly they are two of the nicest and genuine people I’ve interacted with since moving back to Michigan. Great job guys and I’m glad, and not surprised, to see so many five star reviews!
