Marcus is amazing to work with! He is very knowledgeable about all the phones and is great to work worth. This store feels more of a family store than just another chain location, they truly care about their customers.

We went to this Verizon store after having a bad experience at another local one. Our family was in the process of going through new phones and transferring phones to other members. We purchased a phone at the Apple store and they were helpful but unable to get through certain technology that requires Verizon to assist with. I am SOOOOOO happy that we went to this store and met up with Marcus. He was knowledgeable, helpful. Addressed us as well as other customers that had quick questions. Everything we did required 45 min and we were not made to feel like we were a bother. He activated my daughters new phone, transferred her phone to my son and gave him a new phone number, took my old phone and manage to get me a great deal on a new phone. I dont plan to go to another Verizon location again. He also mentioned that he has a very generous boss! Thanks Marcus.

Today I had the pleasure of working with one of the most pleasant Verizon representatives, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this location, they always help me in the best way they can, and go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable with everything that was happening, there was no problems with my data transfer, which was important. They even let me check and make sure all my devices data got switched to my new device. Side note there was an older gentleman in front of me that needed extra help with things to get his device up and running to use it properly, instead of the representative shoving the older gent to the side to help me, he helped him with all the questions until the older man was done. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy that this shop shows to their customers.

I really appreciate the friendly and thorough service from the staff here. Very competent and easy to work with. I upgraded 2 phones and was in and out in less than an hour. Very safe for Covid too, with distancing measures in place. I especially liked the name your price accessories and cases they display.

Diana and her coworkers provide everyone with fantastic customer service. I recently ported over our family lines and devices to Verizon and Diana made sure we were 100% satisfied every step along the way. Even going the extra mile to root cause and determine my new phone was defective and immediately swapped it out for a replacement. I’m sure others would have quickly dismissed it as not their issue and directed me to online tech support. I really appreciate their passion and desire to help their customers!

This Verizon store is by the far the best store Ive been to since being a Verizon customer. The service is excellent, the folks there are extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store, and they dont try to upsell you or pressure you into buying things you dont need. I worked with Kal, and he was outstanding. He was incredibly personable, kind and helpful. If youre planning to stop into a Verizon store in the near future, I highly recommend going to the store at Northfield Commons.

Great store to visit if you need service and/or advice! I recently went into this store with my fiance, with the hopes of finding a smart watch that would work with her Note 8. Since we decided to load all 4 kids in the van to make the trip during peak rush hour, naturally it decided to pour buckets outside. Once we got inside, we were greeted by the single brave soul manning the counter in the storm. His name tag read Marcus, and he seemed confident and willing to help. While I kept the children from bankrupting Verizon during our visit, Marcus helped my fiance pick the perfect smart watch for her. He was very patient and made the trip easy. I would definitely recommend this store and fantastic employee to anyone! So do yourself a favor and make this your go-to Verizon store.

Top notch facility, competent employees, but not a corporate store. Purchased a new s10 that liked to freeze. Was encouraged to work with it for 2 wks. Then told the warranty was up. Tough luck. While some girl was exchanging hers 2 days newer cause she picked the wrong color.

This past year we made the big decision to switch to Verizon after being with the same cellular carrier since we started using cell phones. We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding customer service we received from Kal and the other staff at this 2109 W. South Blvd., Troy location by making this a smooth transition. Having children away at college this Verizon team made buying all new phones for our family go without issues and the overall transition easy. I feel Verizon has the best service and plans but have found the costumer service exceptional. While getting my new phones I observed Kal and his staff helping other customers and going out of their way for the older more mature population. Having older parents this made me happy and I even saw him go and help an older more mature lady plug in her car charger when she was struggling. It’s nice not getting anymore dropped calls and anytime I have an issue I know I can count on this Verizon Store location to help me out especially since I’m not too techy! I highly recommend them!

Bought a new phone there. It didnt work. Had to go in 13 times to get them to fix it. Ended up with a insurance replacement because those 13 visits took longer than the 1 month return policy! Insurance replacement = refurbished phone! Paid for a new one, got a refurbished one. ALSO, I triple checked than my plan wasnt going to change. They assured me it wouldnt. I had unlimited data. Find out 4 months later I dont have that anymore. You can only get unlimited if you are grandfathered into it, so I cant even get it back. Lesson learned. Never go to an authorized retailer only go to the store owned by Verizon (on Big Beaver by the Troy Sports Arena).

These guys are the best Verizon store for anything especially buying your next phone. I got my iPhone X from them 2 months ago and they were most helpful, provide the best customer service. Unfortunately I had to go through 3 other Verizon stores who made me wait for hours and had the worse customer service. But you don’t have to if you go straight to them. Alex is awesome! I am always greeted and my issues resolved. There is less selection of phone cases at that location but I usually dont have to wait long and I know my questions will be answered.

Horrible service, bought the next Gen AirPods, after a week was not able to use them, kept having “plugged ear” effect. When I bought these I went to the store - the guy was busy with a customer and never really spoke to me; asked me what I needed, and rang me up while still dealing with the other customer. I contacted them after a week and they told me “no refunds or exchanges” as that was told to me when I bought them, I told them that was never shared with me. Then they told me it’s on my receipt as company policy, I couldn’t find the receipt at the time so I accepted their position. Found the receipt 2 weeks later, and it’s not on the receipt! Verizon will accept the AirPods back within 14 days, I explained to the store that I called after a week, and now found the receipt and it’s not on the receipt, they told me it’s a health code policy (third reason) and so they declined to give me a refund, exchange or store credit. Disappointing and nothing but lies over and over...

Shana was so great! I came in with my mom to update her and dads phone and she was so helpful! Will definitely go back when Im ready to upgrade

I waited for 8 minutes while the two reps at the counter ignored me and then I walked out. A big part of customer service is greeting and acknowledging people. The same thing happened to me at the Verizon in Lake Orion. Employee training and adequate staffing would benefit them greatly.
