This place was great. I found this place through my AT&T insurance. It took them less time to fix my screen than anticipated. I forget the guys name but whoever he was, he was polite and even told me about the noodle place next door while I wait. It was good lol. My phone hasnt had any technical issues because of their work. I would recommend this place.

Wow!!! I should have offered a tip! The charging port on my nearly 1 year old Samsung phone wasnt working, or the battery because it wouldnt charge and was dead. The gentleman said the port was bad, but it was taking a wireless charge. Genius! $40 for the wireless charger, instead of $100. And an instant fix! Thank you so much!!!

They are really good at what they do. The only problem I had with them is keeping customers informed on the status on their product. I had to call several times to ask if a part came in, but I would have been more satisfied if they would have called me and let me know my part was delayed. They are very professional, and nice to talk too overall.

This latest time was unfortunate because the Samsung S9 was only 6 weeks old when I broke the screen on October 10, 2018 at 1:25 p.m. However, I made an appointment the very next day. They actually had the phone finished in less than two hours + I had them install their screen protector. The young man at the desk also said that they replaced the battery (but that does not appear on my receipt so I cannot be certain).

Nice place, nice folks... unfortunately they could repair my phone due to lack of parts, but thats on Samsung, not them. The 5 stars really is for the customer service.

Great experience over the weekend out of UBreakIFix in Troy. Ive never been into one of these locations but was very impressed with the operation there. My technician, Alex, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very quick to help diagnose my problem. I will return to this location during my next inevitable phone crisis.

I used my Verizon insurance to have my screen replaced, they were supposed to come to my location but they did not enter the building. The driver Steven told me there was no parking at the business but when I walked outside there were 3 parking places less than 50 feet from the business. He still did not come in my location and when I tried to watch him replace the screen on my phone he shut the door to his van. I would not use this company again

I brought my Macbook Pro in for a screen repair on the 16th of May. I was informed that they would have to ship it out which wasnt the problem. The problems arose when after about 2 weeks with no update my husband had called to check on the status of the computer because we had received no update after being told the estimated repair time would be 5-7 days. We were told there was a delay because of Covid which is understandable but the fact that we had to call the store was odd to me. (An associate had also stated they had called us with this information and had spoke to someone which is not the case, neither of our phones had any missed calls or voicemails). About a week later i had called to get an update and to make sure they had the correct phone number on file which they did. I received an update on the 4th informing me that the parts for my computer were in and that I would be getting a call when it was ready. On a whim my husband called on the 12th to see if my computer had come in was informed that it was ready. So today (June 13th) my husband goes into the location to pick up the computer and he immediately notices several scratches on the top which werent there. He points them out and ;Zane tells him that they were already there and would not take responsibility for the new scratches and charges him full price. Upon his return to the car with my computer I inspect it and notice all of these scratches so I take it back in. Zanes first response is that they (at this location) did not cause the damage and tries to shift blame onto the workers at the facility where they shipped it. I inform him that he is still responsible for the damage and that I would not be paying full price and would like to speak to the manager. After informing me that he is the manager, I ask for the store owner because his initial response to the issue was dumbfounding.He informs me that he cannot give me that information which is fine because I already planned on calling corporate. He then refunds me 100.00 for the damage after the back and forth. Upon coming home I have noticed glue on the bottom of my computer and another scratch on the inside. I would not recommend taking any computer in for service just take it to appleAs of November of this year my computer screen has started to glitch at the bottom of the screen. I highly recommend uBreakiFix. Unfortunately, I have had to use their services a couple times. I have teenagers who are not always the especially careful with their phones. I have had 2 cracked screens replaced as well as a water damaged phone fixed. The phones were as good as new after the repairs. The staff was also very knowledgable and friendly. During the pandemic, they even delivered my phone to my car for a touchless and safe pick up. Hopefully, Ill never have to need to use their services again, but if I do its good to know that my phone problems will be resolved.

Anthony was extremely helpful and walked me through the steps to file a claim which I had forgot to do before my appointment. 2 hours later my phone was as good as new! Very professional and friendly, highly recommend for any phone repairs you want done right.

Fixed a botched iPhone 11 screen repair job done by another repair company.Good work, fair price, no complaints.Just make sure to ask them for the non-OEM screen replacement option, it’s about $100 cheaper and works just as well. The non-OEM warning notification goes away after a few days.

The gentleman that helped me was awesome. They fixed my screen in a couple hours and were extremely nice about it. A little pricey but good service isnt cheap and still cheaper than buying another phone

This place is amazing! The staff is sooo friendly and their work is outstanding! Asia was the one who took my laptop and worked on it and fixed it. She did a really good job. My laptop was basically brand new and I seriously cannot thank her enough!!! She has great customer service skills and I appreciate her so much! This place is LEGIT.I didnt know what to expect, but I needed a quick battery swap for my Google Nexus 6P and these guys stepped up.Claude was very professional and knowledgeable. He assured me that theyd get the job done right. He said originally that the part we needed would take 3-5 biz days, but they called me the next day and said they got one transferred.Anthony met me the following morning, and I knew already it was going to be a job well done. Great service. Super quick replacement of my daughters iPhone 6S screen, which she dropped and broke. They use OEM parts, so it won’t void the warranty either. I knew they closed at 7, and I called around 6 to see about coming up there. They said I could bring it in all the way right up to 7, and they’d still fix it then and there (meaning they were willing to stay past 7 to get the job done). They also noticed the proximity sensor wasn’t working, so they informed me they MIGHT need to replace it (they’d know for sure once they replaced the screen). However, once they replaced the screen, the proximity sensor was fine. They could have told me it was bad, just to charge extra and I never would have known the difference, but they didn’t. Very honest and reputable service. The person who helped us was Chase, and he was great. Highly recommend. Hopefully, no other devices in the family break, but if they do, we will definitely be back there for a fix. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience with uBreakiFix! I was able to book my appointment online and then they called me shortly after to confirm the details of the repair and gave an accurate estimate. I was able to get in same-day to have my screen replaced and it only took about thirty minutes. (As an FYI to future patrons, they did tell me it could take longer depending on volume of repairs, however.) Asia and the other staff-members were very courteous and knowledgeable about the issue with my phone. I definitely recommend this place and will come back if/when I need service for my devices. (Although hopefully that won’t be for awhile!)

Wouldve given 5 stars if there wasnt a misunderstanding on the amount of time it would take for a screen replacement on a Note 8. Was told it would be no more than 2 hours. Ended up being three and a half. Besides that, its great to have my whole screen working again after almost eleven months of the middle of the screen not responding to touch. Done for free under Samsung warranty. Thanks again!

I cant say enough good things about the service I received here. Ive been going through getting a replacement phone and the manufacture is giving me the run around. The techs here contacted the mfr and got them to finally replace the broken phone after several hours of work and argument. They went above and beyond what I could have asked of them.

Got my screen replaced for a samsung s10 plus. Took two hours. Came with manufacturers installed screen protector. Supposedly. Placed my phone directly back in its case. Within a week the screen protector started lifting, showing bubbles, and ripped. I called to see what they could do for me because it had literally only been a week. They told sorry that happened. It would be an additional cost and we only have the liquid glass. Why if its only been a week can they not fix it?
