Pretty good, nice employees, not that many sweat shirts as online,but its still warm out so thats fine!

The employees in this PacSun are not accommodating whatsoever. I placed an online order for one swimsuit at 6:15 and the store closes at 7, so I understood when I went in at 6:50 it wasn’t ready, however it would have saved myself and them time if they were to of placed the swimsuit that was literally in front of them in a bag and left themselves a note for the morning. I went in today to pick up my order and was told it would take 20 minutes? I’m assuming the manager was the one who told me I would wait 20 minutes? His tone and attitude should really be checked. I understand if you are busy, but it didn’t seem as if you were.

If I could give this pacsun zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, didn’t help with anything at all. All the workers were standing in one spot and talking to eachother. A worker told me at the register, “did you need something or”

This place had terrible service and I heard them talking bad about customers. Worst pacsun I’ve ever been to. I don’t recommend at all.

I’m pretty sure he’s the manager of the store cause he’s there every time I come in, very rude. Terrible customer service!

Horrible customer service. The boy with the nose ring at the register was completely rude. There was a sign right above the tshirts that said graphic tees buy 1 get one half off. When I went to purchase them he didnt honor me the price and said I dont make the signs. Well your store is falsely advertising and your employee needs to work on his customer service skills. Its a shame and a loss for your business.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. Walked in to the store and we were not greeted by the employee who WAS IN THE FRONT. Wanted to try on some denims, stood in the fitting room line while three employees were just chatting with each other and not even aware that people were in line. After waiting 5 minutes, we put everything back and left the store. Never went to any store with more DISRESPECTFUL employees as this one.

A blonde girl who works at this PacSun kept following me throughout the store and staring me down. She kept changing her position so she’d had a clear view of me. I had a Forever 21 bag with me because I had just bought something from there, so she probably assumed I was going to steal since the bag is not see through. Also I think racially profiling was 100% involved, she did not follow anyone else in the store(mostly white) nor did she follow my friend(who is white). The other people who work there are fine, they weren’t stalking me and they were polite. I work retail so I get how you keep an eye out if someone looks “suspicious” but the thing is I was minding my own business and not looking “sketchy”. I wont be coming back to this location anymore since I’m clearly not welcomed by some.

My daughters loved it but over priced for the quality. Its not like its going to last like Carhartt
